APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES AFTER DEPARTING FROM KELP ENROUTE TO KTCL, LH OIL PRESSURE AND RPM STARTED DECREASING RAPIDLY. CREW CONSULTED QRH AND PROCEEDED TO SHUTDOWN LH ENGINE. ATC WAS INFORMED AND REQUESTED TO RETURN TO KELP. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO KELP AND SAFELY LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, MAINTENANCE FOUND 2 LOOSE OIL LINES ON PROP GOVERNOR. LINES WERE RESECURED AS REQUIRED. ENGINE RUN OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PART REPLACEMENTS WERE REQUIRED.

AFTER TAKEOFF FROM KDFW, THE NOSE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REPEATEDLY FLASHED AFTER RETRACTING THE GEAR AND WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. THE PILOT FOLLOWED THE QRH PROCEDURE AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. THE LANDED WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE LANDING GEAR AND FOUND THE NOSE GEAR DOORS RESTRICTING UP TRAVEL OF THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. MAINTENANCE RIGGED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS AND THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS NORMAL. THE PLANE WAS RELEASED FOR AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT. THE CHECK FLIGHT WAS SATISFACTORY, AND THE PLANE WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE PILOT REPORTED EN ROUTE, THAT THE NR 1 COMM HAD STATIC INTERFERENCE. IT PROGRESSIVELY GOT WORSE UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETELY INOPERATIVE. THE PILOT SWITCHED TO NR 2 COMM AS PRIMARY. THE SAME ISSUE STARTED AS THE FLIGHT APPROACH ITS DESTINATION. ATC CONTINUE TO HAVE ISSUES WITH TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, AND THE LANDING WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TESTED THE POWER OUTPUT FREQUENCY AND MODULATION OF BOTH COMM 1 AND COMM 2 AND FOUND SATISFACTORY. REMOVED PILOTS AUDIO PANEL INSPECTED CONNECTORS, NO DEFECTS FOUND. SENT PILOTS AUDIO PANEL FOR BENCH TEST / REPAIR. AUDIO PANEL INSPECTION AND BENCH CHECK PERFORMED NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLEANED MATING CONNECTORS AND REINSTALLED PILOTS AUDIO PANEL OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY ON GROUND TEST. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT PILOTS AUDIO SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL CHECKED NORMAL.

DURING CRUISE, PILOT TURNED ON ENGINE DE-ICING SYS, RT ENGINE EGT EXCEEDED LIMITS & RT ENGINE FUEL BYPASS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ENGINE REDUCED TO FLIGHT IDLE BUT RT ENGINE EGT NOT RESPONSIVE & RT ENGINE BYPASS LIGHT REMAINED. ENGINE SHUTDOWN, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, DIVERTED, & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MANUALLY ROTATED PROP & ENGINE WAS DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE ENGINE SHOWED NO DIRECT CAUSE FOR THE REPORTED HIGH EGT. TEAR DOWN REPORT WAS ICE BUILDUP IN THE ACFT ENGINE INLET BEFORE ANTI-ICE WAS TURNED ON, INITIATION OF THE ANTI-ICE SYS A SINGLE SIZABLE SHEET OF ICE DROPPED IN FRONT OF THE INLET AREA CAUSING THE OVER TEMP CONDITION RESULTING IN THE SHUTDOWN.

FLIGHT 7074, MKJP TO MIA, DURING CLIMB OUT, SMOKE APPEARED IN THE COCKPIT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MKJP AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE LEFT CONSOLE PANEL LIGHT WAS SHORTED. MAINTENANCE CUT, CAPPED AND STOWED THE WIRES FOR THE LEFT HAND CONSOLE PANEL LIGHTS AND THE ITEM WAS MEL'D IN ACCORDANCE WITH 33-1. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
