DOOR HANDLE REQUIRES MORE FORCE TO OPEN AND LOCK DOOR THAN PREVIOUS DAYS. THE FLAG IN THE SECOND ALIGNMENT WINDOW FROM THE TOP, LEFT SIDE OF DOOR IS ONLY PARTIALLY VISIBLE. COMPLIED WITH TC-5XL-52-160906, FORM REVISION 4, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED ALL DOOR INTERNAL LOCKING MECHANISMS AND FRICTION POINTS. OPS CHECK OKAY, NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW AMM 52-10-00.

PERFORMED AN EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION ON A BLENDED AREA LOCATED ON PANEL 163AC, FOR THE PRESENCE OF CRACKS AND CORROSION, IAW THE CESSNA 560XL NDTM, PART 6, 20-00-02. NO CRACKS OR CORROSION NOTED AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION. PERFORMED AN ULTRASONIC THICKNESS INSPECTION IAW THE CESSNA 560XL NDTM, PART 4, 20-00-01. LIGHT ON EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN ABOVE THE LAVATORY SEAT IS BURNT OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ESCAPE HATCH DOOR PASSENGER SERVICE UNIT EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN ASSEMBLY. INSTALLED A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW ASSEMBLY. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM SECTION 33-50-02
A CRACK IN THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR FRAME UNDER THE AFT SUPPORT ROD MOUNT WAS FOUND DURING 600 HOUR INSPECTION. REPAIRED CRACK ON MAIN ENTRY DOOR AFT FRAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH AEROSPACE QUALITY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MRO ERO-971217 DATED MARCH 21, 2022 APPROVED BY FAA FORM 8110-3 (DERT-833246-CE) DATED MARCH 21, 2022.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR IS VERY HARD TO OPEN. // SIGNOFF// OPS CHECKED MAIN CABIN DOOR AND DOOR PERFORMS WITHOUT MECHANICAL DEFECTS BUT OPERATION IS STICKY. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED DOOR PINS WITH MOLYKOTE G-N AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED REF. CESSNA MODEL 560XL AMM 12-20·52.
LEFT MLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION DID NOT RETRACT - UPON ROTATION THE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ALL GREEN LIGHTS WERE OUT, HYD PRESS ON AND STAB MISCOMPARE AND MASTER CAUTION ON. CHECKLIST DROVE US TO REMOVE POWER FROM THE HYDRO CONTROL CB WHICH RESULTED IN A LOUD NOISE AND THUD AND THE LEFT MAIN NOW SHOWED DOWN AND LOCKED. WE CONTINUED CHECKLISTS FOR MANUAL EXTENSION AS DIRECTED AND ACHIEVED A POSITIVE DOWN LOCK OF ALL THREE MAIN GEAR. AFTER RE-ENERGIZING THE HYDRO CONTROL CB ALL OTHER SYSTEMS OPERATED NORMALLY. **SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: REMOVED & REPLACED LT UPLOCK HOOK, UPLOCK SWITCH, AND UPLOCK ACTUATOR IAW 32-30-05.

AFTER PULLING THE HYD CONTROL CB "PER XLS QRH" THE NOSE AND LEFT MAIN GEAR EXTENDED. ALL HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS OPERATED NORMALLY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: FOUND NLG UPLOCK CANNON PLUG LOOSE. TIGHTENED AND SAFTIED AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS IAW CE-560XL M/M 29-11-00. OPS CHK GOOD.

CLIMBING OUT THROUGH 14000 FT, RT OIL PRESS ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED & THE OIL PRESS INDICATION WENT TO ZERO. RETARDED THE THROTTLE & PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY ENG SHUTDOWN. LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. ON POST FLIGHT OIL DRIPPING FROM COWLING. SOME OIL STILL IN SIGHT GLASS. REMOVED NR 2 ENGINE IN UNSERVICEABLE CONDITION DUE TO LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE IAW AMM 71-00-00 AND EMM 71-00-00. INSTALLED A REPAIRED SERVICEABLE NR 2 ENGINE IAW AMM 71-00-00 AND EMM 71-00-00. PERFORMED LEAK AND OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
AFTER STARTING APU & TURNING ON BLEED AIR, WHITE SMOKE STARTED TO FILL THE COCKPIT & CABIN. APU DID NOT SHUT ITSELF DOWN, NOR DID ANY VISUAL OR AURAL FIRE WARNINGS ILLUMINATE OR SOUND. SHUTDOWN APU & CALLED AIRPORT FIRE DEPARTMENT. THEY DID NOT FIND ANY INDICATION OF FIRE. INSPECTED APU OIL LEVEL. APU OIL LEVEL CHECKED GOOD. INSPECTED APU COMPARTMENT, NO EVIDENCE OF LEAKS FOUND. RAN APU WITH BLEED AIR ON, NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR ODOR IN COCKPIT OR CABIN. PRESSURIZED ACFT WITH APU BLEED AIR. PRESSURIZATION CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF AIR CONDITIONING DISTRIBUTION SYS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD IAW AMM 21-20-05.
WHEN PRESSING ON THE LT BRAKE AT 15 KTS OR ABOVE, THE AIRPLANE SHUTTERS. HAPPENS WHEN PUSHING ON BOTH BRAKES SIMULTANEOUSLY, BUT NOT ON THE RT BRAKE ONLY. TROUBLESHOT BRAKES, BLED RT & LT BRAKES, PER MM. TAXI AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
ON TAXI OUT, POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED ,ANTI-SKID CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY THE LOW BRAKE PRESSURE CAUTION LIGHT. AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO RAMP. TROUBLESHOT SYS IAW THE WDM 32-40-01. FOUND NO DEFECTS, COULD NOT GET THE SYSTEM TO FAIL. MFG SUPPORT SUGGESTED REPLACING THE DIODE ON RELAY KX067 FROM X1 TO X2. REPLACED DIODE AND OPS CHECKED. SYS OPS NORMAL.
POWER BRAKES CIRCUT BREAKER TRIPPED DURING TAXI. NO FAULTS WERE INDICATED IN NOSE COMPARTMENT. ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE AND FLUID LEVEL ARE NORMAL. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER. ACCOMPLISHED OPS CHECK OF POWER BRAKE SYS, WAS NOT ABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. MCC WOULD LIKE TO HAVE POWER BRAKE PUMP MOTOR, HI PRESSURE SWITCH SY007 AND LO PRESSURE SWITCH SY009 REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION. REMOVED POWER BRAKE PUMP MOTOR PN MP50B-1, SN 2675. INSTALLED AN O/H MOTOR PN MP50B-1, SN 2233. REMOVED HI PRESSURE SWITCH SY009 P/N GPP1250-73 S/N 13 10923. INSTALLED A NEW SWITCH P/N GPP1250-73 S/N 1213883. REMOVED LO PRESSURE SWITCH SY009 P/N GPP1250-52 S/N 0833101. INSTALLED A NEW SWITCH P/N GPP1250 S/N 0916155. LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WERE FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. ACCOMPLISHED IAW CE-560XL MM 32-44-20.
DURING TAXI OUT, POWER BRAKES CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED AND ANTI SKID INOPERATIVE, ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER AND WITHIN 10 SECONDS IT TRIPPED AGAIN. DURING TAXI IN, APPROXIMATELY ONE MINUTE LATER, LOW BRAKE PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. STOPPED ACFT. THERE WERE NO FAULTS DISPLAYED ON SKID CONTROL FAULT DISPLAY UNIT. POWERED ACFT, RESET POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER. ALLOWED BRAKE PUMP TO PRESSURIZE SYSTEM. TIMED BRAKE PUMP CYCLE WITH PARKING BRAKE OFF AND SET, NO DEFECT NOTED, PUMPED BRAKE PEDALS MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. REPLACED RELAY KZ067 AND POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER HC113 AS A PRECAUTION. REMOVED RELAY KZ067, PN MS24166-D2. INSTALLED A NEW RELAY IN THE KZ067 POSITION. REMOVED POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER HC113. INSTALLED A NEW CIRCUIT BREAKER, ALLOWED POWER BRAKE SYS TO OPERATE FOR 30 MINUTES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. ACCOMPLISHED MM WDM 32-40-01 AND MM 32-42-05.
BRAKES WERE LOCKING UP OR "GRABBING" BRIEFLY AFTER THE ACFT SLOWED TO LESS THAN 20 KTS ON LANDING. REMOVING FEET BRIEFLY FROM BRAKES COMPLETELY, DID NOT CLEAR THE ISSUE. AT NO TIME DID THE BRAKES COMPLETELY FAIL. BRAKE RESERVOIR IS VERY FULL, AND NO LEAKS NOTED. AT NO POINT DURING THIS FLIGHT WAS THE ACFT EXPOSED TO LIQUID WATER. FOUND SMALL LEAK AT RT BRAKE BETWEEN ELBOW FITTING AND SHUFFLE VALVE. R & R O-RING ON ELBOW TO SHUTTLE VALVE IAW MM 32-44-00. BLED BOTH BRAKES IAW MM 32-44-10. LEAK CHECK GOOD. OPS CHECK GOOD ON TAXI.
LT BRAKE CHATTERING WHEN ANY PRESSURE APPLIED. INSPECTED BRAKE SYS, CHECKED ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE AND FLUID LEVEL. SYS CHECKED GOOD. TAXIED ACFT AT 40 KTS, NO FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK AT 70 KTS, NO FAULTS NOTED. DONE IAW MM 9-20-00.
AFTER LANDING AND DURING TAXI, THE RT BRAKE GRABS VIOLENTLY WHEN BRAKES APPLIED. AFTER SHUTDOWN SITTING IN CHOCKS, A LOUD NOISE COMES FROM RT WING WHEN RT BRAKE APPLIED. NORMAL OPERATION OF LT BRAKE. REMOVED BRAKE VALVE. INSTALLED OVERHAULED BRAKE METERING VALVE. BLED BRAKES AND ANIT SKID CONTROL VALVE. OPS CHECKED GOOD. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. TAXI CHECKED GOOD. NO GRABBING NOISES PRESENT, WORK DONE IAW MM 32-44-00 AND 32-44-20.
RT MAIN BRAKE GRABBING DURING TAXI, LOUD POPPING SOUNDS, SHUDDERING OF ACFT. HAD UNCOMMANDED APPLICATION AT SEVERAL POINTS. BRAKE DID NOT SEEM OVERLY WARM 10 MIN AFTER LANDING. JACKED ACFT , RT MAIN WHEEL ROTATED WHEEL & DID NOT HEAR BRAKES BINDING OR DRAGGING. REMOVED RT MAIN WHEEL ASSY INSPECTED BRAKE ASSY, ROTATED DISCS BY HAND WITH NO DIFFICULTY. CHECKED ALL LINES, FITTINGS & NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. REINSTALLED WHEEL ASSY & PERFORMED RT BRAKE BLEED FOR 1 HOUR. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 32-42-01 AND 32-42-00.
