NOSE WHEEL LOCK LIGHT INTERMITTENT, BULB WORKS FINE. EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION COMPLETED. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY WITH NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT. MAINTENANCE IS CURRENTLY TROUBLESHOOTING LANDING GEAR SYSTEM FOR CAUSE OF NOTED DEFECT.
RIGHT ENGINE TRUSS TO NACELLE STRUCTURE MOUNT BUSHINGS CRACKED. REPAIRED IAW RDO-CO102750-1.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR FAILED TO INDICATE DOWN & LOCK. R & R LG ACTUATOR DUE TO DEFECTIVE DOWN LOCK SWITCH NOT ACTUATING.
CHAFE DAMAGE NOTED AT RT MLG KEEL NEAR ACTUATOR HYDRAULIC LINES. REPAIRED IAW FR-CO-100795. OK FOR SERVICE.
RETRACTED LANDING GEAR, GREEN LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED GEAR HANDLE REMAINED ILLUMINATED. REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG UP POSITION SWITCH AND RIGGED IAW B1900C MAINTENANCE MANUAL 32-60-00. PERFORMED GEAR SWING IAW B1900C MAINTENANCE MANUAL 32-30-00. NLG UP POSITION SWITCH OPS CHECK GOOD. GREEN LIGHTS AND GEAR HANDLE LIGHTS OPERATE NORMAL. OK FOR SERVICE.
DURING FLIGHT 737 A LOUD BUZZING SOUND IN THE HEADSETS AND SPEAKERS LASTING A COUPLE OF MINUTES. DURING THIS TIME SMELLED HOT ELECTRICAL SMELL. VOLTMETER INDICATING 24 VOLTS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE. CHECKED SPEAKERS OUT, SPEAKERS OKAY. CHECKED AVIONICS OUT IN COAT CLOSET, ALL OKAY. RAN SYSTEM FOR 3 HOURS WITH NO PROBLEMS.
NR 2 ITT GAUGE UNRELIABLE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE ITT GAUGE. INSPECTED ENGINE WIRING HARNESS AT ENGINE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD, OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME. REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW BE1900C MM 39-10-00.
NR 1 TRANSIT LIGHT FAILS TO GO OUT. RESET 60 AMP CURCUIT BREAKER IN LEFT NACELLE FOR MLG POWER PACK, OPS CHECKED GEAR 5 CYCLES, NO FAULTS FOUND. NR 2 GEAR FAILS TO EXTEND, REQUIRING MANUAL EXTENSION. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER PACK ASSY IAW BEECH1900C MAINT MANUAL 32-30-02. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
GEAR FAIL TO RETRACT-RED HANDLE UNSAFE LIGHTS REMAIN ON AFTER RETRACTION. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS, LANDING GEAR INDICATION LIGHTS OPS CHECK NORMAL PER BEECH 1900C MM 32-30-00, OK FOR SERVICE.
CABIN DOOR WON'T OPEN FROM INSIDE. REMOVED AND REPLACED INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE ASSY REF 1900C MM 52-10-00.
CO-PILOT OUTER WINDSHIELD PANE CRACKED. CRACKS OCCURRED DURING THE APPROACH PHASE OF THE FLIGHT AT ABOUT 3,000 FEET MSL WITH MINIMAL CAIBN DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE. WINDSHIELD HEAT WAS ON AND WORKING AT THE TIME. OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE WAS WITHIN A COUPLE OF DEGREES OF FREEZING. (M)
DURING INSPECTION OF THE RT FORWARD COWLING ASSEMBLY, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE AFT BULKHEAD HAD CRACKED AT THE LOWER MOUNT HOLES. WHEN THIS BULKHEAD IS BOLTED TO THE CORRESPONDING BULKHEAD FOR THE REAR COWLING ASSY, A SEAL INCORPORATED IN THE COWL ASSEMBLY. FLAT ACROSS THE SEAM BETWEEN BULKHEADS. IN THIS INSTANCE, HOWEVER THE SEAL HAD CURLED OVER AND BECOME TRAPPED BETWEEN THE BULKHEADS FORMING AN EMPTY SPACE APPROXIMATELY .050 BETWEEN ADJOINING SURFACES SO WHEN THE BOLTS WERE TORQUED IT SET UP LOCALIZED STRESS AT THE BOLT HOLES AND CAUSING THEM TO CRACK.
AIRSTAIR DOOR LATCH CABLE FOUND FRAYED DURING INSPECTION.
RIGHT ENGINE GRADUAL POWER LOSS. FOUND PRIMARY GOVERNOR P-3 DUMPLINE BROKEN AT GOVERNOR END. (M)
RIGHT ENGINE FAILED. ROLLED BACK TO IDLE. FOUND EXTERNAL P3 BLEED LINE BROKEN.
