WHILE IN ROUTE TO KMLI, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE DECREASED AND THE AIRCRAFT YAWED RIGHT. THE RIGHT ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN AND SECURED AND EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT IN KBMI. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND RIGHT PROP SHAFT SEAL DAMAGED. REMOVED RIGHT PROP AND REPLACED PROP SHAFT SEAL AND REINSTALLED RIGHT PROP. CLEANED ENGINE AND COWLINGS, THEN RAN ENGINE AT POWER FOR 10 MIN. VERIFIED NO LEAKS WITH OIL PRESSURE AND OTHER ENGINE PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS.
PILOT WAS ON APPROACH AND WHEN THE LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED TO THE DOWN POSITION. THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND AND HAD NO INDICATION. THE PILOT THEN EXECUTED A LOW PASS AT AIRPORT TOWER AND COULD NOT VERIFY LANDING GEAR POSITION. THE PILOT FOLLOWING PROCEDURES WHILE ON DOWN WIND FOR ANOTHER APPROACH PERFORMED A MANUAL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RECEIVED A THREE GREEN GEAR DOWN INDICATION. THE PILOT CONTINUED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR RELAY CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH NEW. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED MULTIPLE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTIONS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO SUBSEQUENT ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
DURING APPROACH TO PILOT SELECTED LG TO THE EXTEND POSITION. LANDING POSITION INDICATORS DID NOT ILLUMINATE. PILOT PERFORMED TEST OF LG WARNING HORN SYS, HORN PERFORMED NORMAL. PILOT RECEIVED VERIFICATION FROM TOWER THAT THE LG APPEARED DOWN. AN EMER WAS DECLARED & THE PILOT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED POPPED LG POSITION INDICATOR LIGHT CB. PUSHED IN CB & PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF INDICATOR LIGHTS & LG SYS. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL, COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY.
DURING CLIMB OUT FROM KTYS, THE FWD CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON PASSING 14,000 FT. SHORTLY AFTER AIRCRAFT BEGIN TO DE-PRESSURIZE WITHOUT PILOT INPUT. PILOT RAN THE ASSOCIATED EMERGENCY CHECKLIST & DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH ATC. PILOT DIVERTED BACK TO KTYS & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MX FOUND CABIN DOOR HANDLE MICRO SWITCH BRACKET LOOSE & CABIN DOOR SEAL POPPED OUT OF DOOR C CHANNEL FWD LOWER AREA. MX INSPECTED SEAL & REINSTALLED CABIN DOOR SEAL INTO THE C CHANNEL. ADJUSTED CABIN DOOR HANDLE MICRO SWITCH ACTUATING ARM, PERFORMED GND CABIN LEAK TEST & OPERATIONAL CHECKS. ALL CHECKED WERE NORMAL AT THIS TIME IAW BEECH 1900 AIRCRAFT MM 21-30-00.
LT OB WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY SEPARATED FROM AIRCRAFT ON TAKEOFF ROLL. PILOT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY AT NEXT SCHEDULED DESTINATION UNAWARE OF THE LOSS OF THE WHEEL. OUTER WHEEL BEARING FAILED ALLOWING WHEEL TO SEPARATE OVER THE AXLE NUT. WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBY HAD 386 HOURS AND 364 LANDINGS SINCE BUILD-UP, BEARING LUBRIATION AND INSTALLATION. (K)

THE CRACKS APPEARED SUDDENLY AL OVER WITH A LOUD BANG. WINDSHIELD TIME IN SERVICE UNKNOWN.
