AT CRUISE LOST PFD 1 MFD AND FMS. CAMEBACK IN ABOUT 10 MINS. FMS GAVE MSG GPS 1 LOST & NO REQUIRED SENSORS AFTER IT CAME BACK ON. POWERED ACFT & AVIONICS SYSTEMS AND MONITORED FOR 1 HOUR WITH NO DEFECTS. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. PER MCC, PERFORMED INSPECTION OF COOLING FANS, PINS AND SOCKETS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. RE-INSTALLED SERVICEABLE #1 IAC IAW MM 34-26-00. POWERED AIRCRAFT AND VERIFIED #1 IAC COOLING FAN SOPERATIONAL. COMPLIED WITH #1 IAC OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW MM 34-26-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER MCC, NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. CLOSED ALL ACCESS AS REQUIRED.
THE LAV UNDER SEAT LIGHTING DOES NOT ILLUMINATE WITH THE EMER LTS ON OR ARM. THE LIGHT DOES ILLUMINATE WITH THE CABIN LIGHT CONTROLS. FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR UNDERNEATH LAV TOILET FOR FLOOR EMER LIGHTING. RE-CONNECTED PLUG FOR EMER FLOOR LIGHTING AND OPS CHECKS GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR ACOUSTIC SEAL: THE SEAL REMAINS INFLATED WITH THE APU RUNNING MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE DOOR. SEE PHOTOS. //SIGNOFF// ARRIVED AT AC. POWERED ON APU AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED MULTIPLE CYCLES OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR. SEAL INFLATED AND DEFLATED AS IT SHOULD. GAINED ACCESS TO ENTRANCE DOOR PRESSURE SEAL ASSY. INSPECTED AND FOUND NO DISCREPANCIES. RESTORED AC TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. CONTACTED MCC AND REPORTED FINDINGS. EMERGENCY LIGHTING: ALL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. APU RUNNING WITH APU GEN OPERATING MAIN DC. AMBER LIGHT NOT ANNUNCIATED. EMG LIGHT SWITCH FUNCTIONS NORMAL IN THE OFF AND ON POSITIONS. //SIGNOFF// UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM, FOUND INERTIAL G SWITCHES ON FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS NEEDED TO BE RESET. RESET BOTH FWD AND AFT BATTERY PACK INERTIAL G SWITCHES IAW CESSNA MODEL 560XL MM 33-50-00, OPS CHECK GOOD, EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM PERFORMS FULLY WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN CABIN DOOR CENTER INSPECTION WINDOW GREEN FLAG NEEDS ADJUSTMENT. GREEN FLAG IS MOSTLY VISIBLE WITH THE DOOR IN THE OPEN POSITION, SEE ATTACHED PICTURE FROM OPEN POSITION. CABIN EXTERNAL HANDLE IS VERY LOOSE. IF ANY WEIGHT IS PLACED ON IT, IT DROPS DOWN ALMOST TO THE DOOR SUPPORTS. ANYONE USING IT AS A HAND RAIL WHILE DEPARTING THE PLANE WILL MOST DEFINITELY FALL. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW PIN PN MS35675-42 NSN INTO CABIN ENTRY BOOR INNER HANDLE IAW CE560XL 52-10-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED

REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD EMERAENCY LIAHTS BATTERY PACK. BATTERY CHARAED AND OPS CHECK IS GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED DIODE DI051 WITH A NEW PART. OPS CHECK IS QOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM 33-50-01 AND SPM 20-30-25.
MAIN DOOR TELESCOPING ROD: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. TELESCOPING ARMS WILL NOT FULLY RETRACT. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED SC IN MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN. OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE IN MDW IS CURRENTLY -18C. FBO WILL NOT PROVIDE HANGAR SPACE. REMOVED AFT STRUT AND FOUND LOWER ROD STUCK. CLEANED. WORK DONE IAW AMM 52-10-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.

COCKPIT ODOR OIL SMELL - ENROUTE THERE WAS A STRONG OIL SMELL THROUGH THE OVERHEAD VENTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACM CONDENSER SOCK WITH A NEW PART IAW MM 21-51-00 OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY
BRAKE PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED - UPON FINAL APPROACH FIX INBOUND ON THE GPS RWY 23 APPROACH, THE LOW BRAKE PRESSURE/ANTI SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND STAYED ILLUMINATED TILL WE INITIATED THE MISSED APPROACH. AT WHICH TIME WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY RAN THE CHECKLIST IN THE QRH AND LANDED ON 22L IN BOS. WHEN GEAR WAS EXTENDED ON THE APPROACH THE LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES AND EXTINGUISHED AT 500 FT. WE WERE ABLE TO TAXI IN OUR OWN POWER AND DID NOT USE THE NITROGEN BOTTLE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION - REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER BRAKE SYSTEM MOTOR.
FOUND DURING VERTICAL STAB INTERNAL INSPECTION. RT ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE HAS RUST NEAR WELD. REMOVED EXISTING RUSTED TORQUE TUBE ON RT ELEVATOR AND REPLACED WITH NEW TORQUE TUBE P/N 6634002-16 PER SRM 51-40-03, 55-20-01-2(REV 15) AND ERO-928943-6 REV IR DATED 8/13/18.
OIL ODOR IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. ODOR IS STRONGER WHEN THE APU IS RUNNING. INSPECTED THE APU AND FOUND STARTER GEN PAD SEAL LEAKING. REPLACED WATER COALESCER SOCK. RAN BOTH ENGINES AND NO ODOR NOTED. PULLED AND COLLARED APU MASTER C/B.

APU DEFERRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CE560XLS MEL. COMPLIED WITH MEL MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES. PULLED AND COLLARED APU MASTER C/B.
IN FLIGHT WITH BOTH ENGINE GENERATORS ONLINE, RIGHT GENERATOR SHOWED 110 AMP LOAD AND LEFT GENERATOR SHOWED 60 AMP LOAD FOR AN ABNORMAL GENERATOR SPLIT. INSTALLED THE WASHERS AND LEADS FOR THE LH AND RH STARTER GENERATOR IAW MM 80-10-00. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD AND NO AMP SPLIT DURING ENGINE RUNS.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, TECHNICIAN WAS INSPECTING THE RUDDER HINGES. ON THE UPPER RUDDER ATTACH HINGE, THE LOWER HINGE HALF HE FOUND A 0.21 INCH CRACK FROM THE BRACKET EDGE EXTENDING TOWARDS THE FIRST ATTACHMENT HOLE. RUDDER HINGE HALF WAS REMOVED & A NEW HINGE HALF ASSEMBLY INSTALLED. AN SDR HAS BEEN FILED WITH CESSNA UNDER 693747.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AN ODOR OF SMOKE APPEARED IN THE CABIN. ONE OF THE PASSENGERS ADVISED THAT THE FORWARD ENTRY LIGHT AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS WAS ARCING. UPON LANDING WE FOUND THAT THE PLASTIC LENS WAS MELTED. FOUND FWD ENTRY LIGHT HAD CHAFED WIRE ARCING AGAINST MOUNTING SCREW. R & R LIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW MM 33-20-04. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
ON DEPARTURE AFTER LANDING GEAR RETRACTION RED UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. ALL THREE GREEN LIGHTS WERE EXTINGUISHED. COMPLIED WITH GEAR EXTENSION & RETRACTION TEST IAW MM 32-30-00 R20. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME. INSPECTED UPLOCK SWITCHES. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING TAKEOFF AND CLIMBOUT, THE LT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED PASSING THROUGH 6000' AND 235 KIAS. EMERGENCY STOW SWITCH WAS PLACED IN EMERGENCY POSITION. EMERGENCY CHECKLIST WAS COMPLETED AND AIRSPEED REDUCED BELOW 200 KIAS. TR "UNLOCK" LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED LANDING, TAXI, AND SHUTDOWN. EMERGENCY DECLARED, RTB. DEPLOYED THRUST REVERSER AND CLEANED LT STOW LIMIT SWITCHES 50001 & 50005. BOTH SWITCHES RIGGED PROPERLY. RESTORED THRUST REVERSER AND FOUND ALL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS OF THE LT THRUST REVERSER WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 78-31-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
LT MAIN GEAR DID NOT INDICATE GREEN. PREFORMED CK LIST AND BLEW GEAR DOWN STILL NO INDICATION. REDUCED POWER BELOW 500 FT AND FULL FLAPS TO CK FOR GEAR WARNING DID NOT GET GEAR WARNING, SO LANDED UNEVENTFUL. FOUND BOTH LT INDICATOR BULBS BURNED OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT BULBS IAW MM 33-10-06. OP CHECKS GOOD. RESET AND SERVICED GEAR EMERGENCY BLOWDOWN BOTTLE IAW MM 12-13-01. PERFORMED SEVERAL SHORT AND FULL CYCLES TO BLEED SYS IAW MM 32-01-00.
