(( CNTRL NR: 128464)) WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, THE BAGGAGE FIRE LIGHT KEPT ILLUMINATING INTERMITTENTLY. EMERGENCY CHECK LIST WAS PERFORMED AND ACFT LANDED SAFELY. BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT DETECTOR WAS FOUND FAULTY AND REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE ONE. OPS CK GOOD TL-017621-2010.
DURING CRUISE DESCENT TO DESTINATION, NR1 ENGINE FIRE LIGHTS, FIRE WARNING AUDIO AND FIRE T-HANDLE LIGHT CAME ON. CHECKED FOR SECONDARY INDICATIONS ON THE INSTRUMENTS, AND THERE WERE NONE. HAD NO INDICATIONS OF SMOKE OR FLAMES. STARTED A DESCENT TO A LOWER ALTITUDE, AND AS A PRECAUTION STARTED TO RETARD NR 1 THROTTLE TO IDLE. AT THAT TIME THE FIRE LIGHTS ALL WENT OUT, AND STAYED OUT. PROCEEDED TO DESTINATION, AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER OCCURRENCE. MADE LOG BOOK ENTRY, INFORMED MX, AND LCH OPERATIONS.

DURING MAINT AND INSP, FOUND STA 300 LT UPPER ATTACHMENT FITTING FWD SIDE CRACKED. REPAIR IN PROGRESS. (K)
DURING MX AND INSP FOUND STA 300 LT UPPER ATTACHMENT FITTING FWD SIDE CRACKED. REPAIR IN PROGRESS.
THE BAGGAGE SMOKE DETECTOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE. RETURNED AND FOUND PAX BAGGAGE DISCHARGED AN AEROSOL (DEODERANT) POSSIBLY CAUSING LIGHT TO ILLUMINATE.
NR 2 ENGINE FIRE WARNING AND LIGHTS ON, FIRE T-HANDLE ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. EMERGENCY CHECKLIST FOLLOWED AND SINGLE ENGINE LANDING PERFORMED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE, AND THE FIRE WARNING REMAINED ILLUMINATED WITH AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND AND ENGINES NOT RUNNING. TROUBLESHOOTING BY MAINTENENACE TECHNICIANS FOUND CORRSOSION IN CONNECTOR PLUG J314 (LOCATED IN THE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT UPPER RT CORNER). CONNECTOR PLUG WAS REPAIRED, FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM OPS CHECKED OK.
THE BAGGAGE SMOKE DETECTOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED BRIEFELY AND TURNED BACK OFF, THEN BACK ON. THE PASSENGERS WERE BRIEFED AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED. AFTER SHUT DOWN THE PASSENGERS WERE EVACUATED AND BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT INSPECTED. NO SIGN OF FIRE WAS NOTED, BUT THE SMELL OF DEODORANT WAS DETECTED. SUSPECT AN AEROSOL CAN OF DEODORANT RELEASED PART OF ITS CONTENT AND SET OFF THE SMOKE DETECTOR. THE EQUIPMENT WAS MELED. UPON ARRIVAL AT BASE MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE SMOKE DETECTOR AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE MALFUNCTION. THE MEL WAS CLEARED.
INDICATES 200 FEET OFF. CONFIRMED ENCODING OUTPUT OFF. REPLACED BROKEN WIRE SHROUD AND STEM SEAL. RESET GEAR MESH, CLEANED AND CALIBRATED. UNIT THEN FUNCTIONALLY TESTED GOOD TO 20,000 FEET PER FAR 43E (B).
FLOAT LEAKING. SENT TO OFFSHORE HELICOPTER FOR REPAIR. REPAIRED IAW OHSS 100-1 AND C/W INSPECTION IAW 32-70-03.
WORN DOUBLER DEBONDING. R & R EXTERNAL DOUBLER, R & R FWD INT DOUBLERS AND REMOV AND REBONDED C CHANNEL REFINISH AND BALANCE.
WORN DOUBLER DEBONDING. KEVLAR SKIN DAMAGE IN ZONE A & D ON SN A175-03491 R & R EXTERNAL DOUBLERS, R & R FWD INT DOUBLERS AND REMOVE AND REBONDED C CHANNEL, REFINISH AND BALANCE. REPAIRED SKIN DAMAGE ON SN A175-03491.
DOUBLER MISSING ON BOTTOM SIDE. INSPECTED & REPLACED BOTH FORWARD INTERNAL DOUBLERS AND REBONDED CHANNEL. MODIFIED EXTERNAL DOUBLERS INSTALLED STAINLESS STEEL TIP COVER & REPLACED ABRAISION STRIP REPAIRED KEVLAR AT ZONE A,B & D & STATIC BALANCED
PART IS INOPERABLE. MOTOR WON'T START WITH BLOWER ON. HAVE TO TAP ON PLUG CONNECTOR BOX TO START. INSTALLING NEW BLOWER SOLVED PROBLEM. TSO IS ONLY 47.1 HRS. RETURNING TO CORPORATE ROTABLE ON REPAIR ORDER # RW-883735 REQUESTING WARRANTY REPAIR.
NEW TACH BOX RECEIVED IN NON-SERVICEABLE CONDITION. NO OVERSPEED LIGHT OR STARTER RELAY ENGAGEMENT. UNABLE TO RESTART.
RADAR ORIGINAL WITH AIRCRAFT WHEN PURCHASED BY ERA FROM EXXON. UNIT WAS REPAIRED BY HONEYWELL REF NR 196437 ON 11-12-98. SEVERAL BUTTON LIGHTS ARE INOPERABLE.
RECEIVER UNIT REPAIRED 12-4-98. UNIT INSTALLED ON AIRCRAFT AND WAS REMOVED 02-05-99 INOPERABLE WITH NO DISPLAY.
