RIGHT MLG HAS CORROSION LEACHING . FOUND PITTING AROUND TRAILING LINK / BRAKE MATING SURFACE.
MAIN CABIN DOOR IS BINDING UPON CLOSING. DOOR REQUIRES REALIGNMENT. SPOKE WITH PILOTS AND RECREATED THE BINDING. THE SUPPORT STRUT WAS CREATING A CHATTER NOISE BUT WAS NOT CAUSING THE DOOR TO OPERATE IMPROPERLY. WAITED FOR AIRCRAFT TO COME INTO HANGER TO FURTHER EVALUATE. ONCE IN HANGER ONLY AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES OPERATING THE DOOR A CHATTER NOISE WAS HEARD. EVALUATED THE SUPPORT STRUT AND FOUND DEBRIS ON THE STRUT. CLEANED THE STRUT AND DID OPS CHECKS AGAIN NO CHATTERING/ BINDING WAS FOUND AND DOOR OPERATED AS IT SHOULD. PERFORMED 5 MORE OPS CHECKS OF THE DOOR AND DOOR OPS CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM 20-00-00, & 52-10-00.
ELEVATOR CONTROL/TRIM: ON DEPARTURE NEITHER RIGHT/LEFT PRIMARY PITCH TRIM SWITCH HAD ANY AFFECT ON TRIM. SECONDARY TRIM INITIALLY DID NOT RESPOND BUT EVENTUALLY DID RESPOND. ONCE ON GROUND, AND SECONDARY TRIM SWITCH OFF, NEITHER LEFT/RIGHT PRIMARY TRIM SWITCHES RESPOND AND AFTER @3 SECONDS RECEIVE AN AMBER CAS MSG "PRIM STAB TRIM FAIL" CORRECTIVE ACTION; REMOVED AND REPLACED PILOT AND COPILOT CONTROL WHEEL DISCONNECT SWITCHES OLD/NEW P/N: 9914291-2. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME ON GROUND. REF CE-680A M/M 22-10-50 AND 27-15-05
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR DOES NOT CONSISTENTLY RELEASE OR FALL OPEN AFTER UNLOCKING. AFTER 3.5 HOUR FLIGHT, MAIN CABIN DOOR REQUIRED EXCESSIVE PRESSURE TO OPEN. AN INTERNAL CLUNCK WAS HEARD WHEN PILOT APPLIED SIGNIFICANT POSITIVE PRESSURE TO GET MAIN CABIN DOOR TO OPEN.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR NEEDS SIGNIFICAN FORCE, PULL TO BRING IT DOWN AFTER IT HAS BEEN RELEASED TO OPEN. SEEMS LIKE A SEAL IS STILL HOLDING IT IN PLACE WHEN OPENED. TRIED FROM THE INSIDE AS WELL AND IT NEEDS SOME PRESSURE AGAINST THE STEPS BY THE FOOT TO PUSH IT OPEN.//CORRECTIVE ACTION// FOUND THE DOOR WAS ONLY GETTING STUCK TOWARDS THE END OF THE CLOSING OF THE DOOR. WATCH DOOR CLOSE FROM INSIDE AND FOUND THE DOOR SUPPORT STRUT WAS NOT MOVING SMOOTHLY PREVENTING THE DOOR FROM MOVING SMOOTHLY. LUBRICATED THE DOOR SUPPORT STRUT AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS AND OPS CHECK WERE GOOD WITH NO FORCE NEEDED TO OPEN DOOR. WORK PERFORMED IRW AMM 52-10-00.
MAIN DOOR: THE MAIN CABIN DOOR IS BINDING BADLY AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN WITHOUT USING FORCE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. (FOUND DURING PRE-FLIGHT) "CORRECTIVE ACTION" FOUND CABIN DOOR HANDRAIL SUPPORT STRUT TO BE BINDING LUBRICATED SUPPORT STRUT IAW CE680A 52-10-40 OPS CHECKS GOOD.
THE NOSE WHEEL WELL CRACKS AT FS 75. THE FRAME (PN: 7413133-59), WEB (PN: 7413133-10), DOUBLERS(PN: 7413133-15 AND 7413133-16) ARE COMMONLY INVOLVED IN THE FAILURE. REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED PER TEXTRON AVIATION INC. SR-680A-ATA53-25890, 8100-9 SUBMITTAL LETTER NO. 20-0804 DATED: 6/1/2020.

GEAR DOWN NORMAL INDICATIONS .///SIGN-OFF///REMOVED AND REPLACED FAILED NLG WOW SWITCH HARNESS ASSY WITH NEW SWITCH HARNESS ASSY WITH RIGGING AND OPERATIONAL CHECK GOO/GEAR SWING GOOD. IAW CE680A MM 32-60-10
MAIN DOOR: UPON UNLOCK OF DOOR IT DOES NOT FALL OPEN BY ITSELF. MAY TAKE SOME FORCE TO OPEN. GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT AND CONFIRMED FAULT. AIRCRAFT DID NOT AUTO DEPLOY AFTER PULLING THE DOOR HANDLE LEVER. CYCLED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES., AND APPLIED POWER. CYCLED DOOR UNDER APU POWER AND DOOR FAILED TO AUTO DEPLOY. CONTACTED TEXTRON CE-680A DEPARTMENT. TECH REP RECOMMENDED LOOKING INTO PCB BOARD NC101. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION OF THE DOOR ENTRANCE THERE WERE SIGNS OF THE DOOR RIDING ON THE DOOR STOPS. REMOVED DOOR STOP AND ADJUSTED SHIM, REINSTALL DOOR STOP AND TESTED DOOR AUTO DE PLOY WITH IMPROVED RESULTS. FURTHER ADJUST THE SHIMS ON THE DOOR UNTIL! THERE WAS A SUCCESSFUL AUTO DEPLOY OF THE DOOR. AFTER CYCLING THE DOOR SEVERAL DEPLOYMENTS IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE SHIM ADJUSTMENT HAD IMPROVED THE DOOR. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND DEPLOYED DOOR SEVERAL MORE TIMES TO ENSURE NO CAS MESSAGES WERE DISPLAYED. UPON FURTHER OPS CHECK OF THE DOOR THE REPAIR WAS SATISFACTORY. CONTACTED DEPARTMENT AND CONVEY THE FINDINGS, THE CONFIRMED THAT THE REPAIR WAS SATISFACTORY AND THAT IN FACTORY THE DOORS ARE RIGGED TO A HIGH TOLERANCE THAT OVER TIME WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED WITH USE. CLEANED UP ALL TOOLS AND EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. REFERENCE MM 52-15-00, AND MM 52-15-00 WDM. WITH NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS JAMMED IN THE OPEN POSITION. UNABLE TO SECURE DOOR CLOSED. SIGN-OFF. FOUND SLIDING BOLTS HAD SLID INSIDE THE DOOR AND JAMMED THE ENTIRE DOOR MECHANISM. PERFORMED ALL RIGGING AND HEALTH CHECKS, AS PER CESSNA TEAM 680 REQUESTS. WORK PERFORMED PER CESSNA CE-680A MM, CH.52-10-04 AS APPLICABLE.
