PERFORMED & SUBMITTED AN ARES DOWNLOAD, ON INLTIAL WALK AROUND FOUND HYD FLULD DRIPPING FROM LT ENGINE DRIVEN HYD PUMP DRAIN, MOST FWD DRAIN LINE. CURRENTLY NO HYD LOW MSG & QTY SHOWS MAX OUT AT 700 ON BOTH EICAS & ANALOG GAUGE AT SERVICE PORT . PERFORMED VISUAL INSP OF HYD SYSTS FOR LEAKS IAW MM 29- 00-00, NO LEAKS NOTED. VERIFIED THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR VOLUME INDICATOR & POTENTIOMETER FOR CORRECT OPS, NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW MM 29-30-00. REMOVED HYD RESERVOIR ACCUMULATOR. INSTALLED OVERHAULED UNIT IAW MM 29-10-45. SERVICED ACCUMULATOR & RESERVOIR . PERFORMED BLEEDING CHECKS. DURING BLEEDING CHECKS, LT EDP DRIPPING HYD FLULD, 1 DRIP EVERY 10 SECS, 1 DRIP EVERY 3 SECS WITH HYD PRESSURE. REGARDLESS OF AIR OR PRESSURE IN SYS, ALLOWABLE LEAK RATE FOR LT EDP IS 1 DRIP EVERY 2 HRS. EDP REPLACED. PERFORMED AIRCRAFT JACKING AND GEAR SWINGS TO BLEED THE MLG. PERFORMED ENG RUNS OPS AND LEAK CHECKS, NO DEFECTS HYD SYS BLEEDING & SERVICE IS COMPLETED. ALL IAW AMM 29-00-00.

FUSELAGE STRUCTURE: REPEAT RIGHT UP. THERE IS A VERY PRONOUNCED AIRFRAME VIBRATION. THE VIBRATION BEGINS AT VARIOUS ALTITUDES MORE OFTEN AT FL260 AND 295KTS. THE VIBRATION REMAINS AT ANY ALTITUDE UNTIL SLOWING TO 250 KN. AT 250 KN THE VIBRATION SLOWLY DISSIPATES AS THE AIRSPEED DECREASES. THERE IS ALSO A VERY LOW HUMMING SOUND LIKE A PROPELLER BEATING.. THE VIBRATION CAN BE FELT IN THE CONTROLS, ON THE GLARE SHIELD AND ON THE AIRFRAME WALLS AND THE RUDDER PEDALS. IT HAS BECOME MORE PRONOUNCED OVER THE LAST THREE FLIGHTS. REPEAT WRITEUP. CORRECTIVE ACTION; FOUND NOSE DOOR FWD LH EDGE NOT FLUSH, ADJUSTED DOOR WITH IN LIMITS IN REF TO CE-680A AMM 52-8-05, ALSO FOUND RH WINDSHIELD HUMP SEAL DETERIORATED AND REQUIRED NEW SEALANT, COMPLETED HUMP SEAL APPLICATION IN MULTIPLE AREAS IN REF TO CE-680A AMM 56-10-00

ON POWER DOWN EXIT LIGHT ABOVE MAIN CABIN DOOR STAYED ILLUMINATED, ALONG WITH AISLE LIGHTING AND KICK-PANEL. RESET NR 1 INERTIA SWITCH AND DISTINGUISHED EMER LIGHTS. WE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO ISOLATE THE ISSUE. // SIGNOFF //COCKPIT ODOR-CLIMBING THEOUGH 300FT TURN RESEARCHED PREVIOUS SCHEDULED WORK ORDER 124821 AND FOUND GRAFOIL SEALS INSTALLED IN BOTH LH AND RH ENGINE BLEED AIR LINES FOR PREVIOUS LEAK.RAN AIRCRAFT, NOTICED A LIGHT ODOR AFTER TURNING AIR SOURCE ON. ODOR CLEARED FAIRLY QUICKLY, NO FUMES NOTED. RAN BOTH ENGINES THRU VARIOUS POWER SETTINGS TO PURGE SYSTEM. NO ODOR OR FUMES PRESENT. CYCLED LH AND RH ANTI-ICE SYSTEMS AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. VERIFIED OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF LH AND RH BLEED AIR SOURCES GOOD. VERIFIED ANTI-ICE SYSTEMS OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW 680A M/M 36-10-00 AND 30-20-00.STOWED PILOT AND CO-PILOT O2 MASKS. SERVICED 02 SYSTEM IAW 680A M/M CH12-10-60 RAN COCKPIT AND CABIN ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM FROM FULL COLD THRU FULL HOT SETTINGS WITH NO ABNORMALITY NOTED. SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD IAW 680A M/M 21-20-00.
