DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE A FUEL LEAK WAS NOTED AT ACCESS PANEL 622EB. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL EVALUATED THE LEAK AND DETERMINED ITS SOURCE TO BE FROM A RIVET IN STRINGER 10 AT WING STATION Y-2343. AFTER REMOVING THE RIVET AND CLEANING THE AREA STRINGER 10 WAS FOUND CRACKED. THE CRACKED AREA WAS CUT OUT AND THE STRINGER WAS SPLICED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EMBRAER SRM 57-20-03. NDT WAS PERFORMED TO VERIFY NO OTHER CRACKS IN THE AREA AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED BACK TO SERVICE.
A MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT FOR NACELLE FLAP DISAGREEMENT WAS IN PROGRESS. DURING THE TEST FLIGHT THE CREW WAS IN CRUISE CONFIGURATION AND INCREMENTALLY SET THE FLAPS UNTIL THEY WERE FULLY DOWN. UPON MOVING THE FLAPS BACK TO 25 DEGREES THEY EXPERIENCED A FLAP DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NACELLE FLAPS. IN TRYING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE THE ALSO EXPERIENCED A FLAP ASYMMETRY IN THE NACELLE FLAPS. AT THIS POINT IT WAS DECIDED TO HEAD DIRECT TO KHYI FOR AN EMERGENCY LANDING. UPON ARRIVAL AT KHYI MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE FLAP ISSUE TO A FAULTY CANNON PLUG AT THE RH NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CANNON PLUG AND PERFORM OPS CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT THEN PERFORMED ANOTHER MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
FWD TWO RED EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. REPAIRED THE WIRE FOR THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND RELAMPED. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
WHILE TAXIING AT NORMAL TAXI SPEED WITH ANTI-SKIDS ON, BRAKES FELT SPONGY. FELT LIKE ACFT WOULD NOT COME TO A STOP UNTIL TAXI SPEED IS VERY LOW AND THEN THE BRAKES FINALLY GRAB BRINGING THE ACFT TO A JOLTING STOP. R & R BLUE SYSTEM BRAKE CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM. PN 39651-2, SN ON 305, SN OFF 734.
FLIGHT IS RETURNING TO DEPARTURE AFTER ANTI-SKID FAILED. REMOVED AND REPLACED ANTI-SKID RELAYS K0255 AND K0021 IAW AMM. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
PEDAL STEERING INOPERATIVE ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKEOFF. REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER FEEDBACK POTENTIOMETER AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM. TAXI CHECKED GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

ON TAKEOFF, PASSING THROUGH 80 KNOTS RIGHT NP GAUGE FLUCTUATED FROM 100 PERCENT DOWN TO 50 PERCENT A FEW TIMES. ABORTED TAKEOFF. REPLACED RIGHT NP INDICATOR WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT. OPS CHECK GOOD. S/N ON B939, S/N OFF 105AB.
PROP DEICE FAILURE IN BOTH CYCLES. CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. FOLLOWED QRH PROCEDURES. PROP STILL FAILED. RETURNED TO LAX. RAN DEICE SYSTEM IAW 20-10-00. ALL CHECKS OK AT THIS TIME.
WHILE APPLYING TAKEOFF POWER RAN BOTH ENGINES. COULD NOT DUPLICATE. CHECKED ENGINE CONTROL CHIME WITH EECS OFF. CHECK GOOD.
ALT 400 FEET WE ENCOUNTERED WAKE TURBULENCE WITH AN UNCOMMANDED LEFT ROLL. THE WAKE TURBULENCE PERSISTED AND IN ORDER TO REGAIN STABILITY CONTROL AND CLIMB ABOVE IT, I ADDED POWER. I OBSERVED 132 PERCENT TORQUE WHEN I REDUCED THE POWER TO LIMITS. THE OVERTORQUE LASTED FOR 2-3 SECONDS. THE ACTION WAS TAKEN TO ENSURE SAFETY OF LIGHT AND TO REGAIN POSITIVE RATE OF CLIMB. RETURNED TO SMX. COMPLIED WITH INSPECTION OF NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO ENGINES SCAVENGE FILTERS RGB CHIP DETECTORS. REPLACED NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO SCAVENGE FILTERS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED ENGINE POWER ASSURANCE RUNS. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO LEAKS NOTED.
WHEN CAPTAIN PUT FEET ON RUDDER PEDALS RUDDER PEDALS MOVED ALMOST FULL TRAVEL FOWARD. READJUSTED THEM AND HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS. CHECKED CABLE AT RUDDER PEDAL ADJUST HANDLE DRIVE SHAFT, FOUND GOOD. REINSTALLED CABLE RUDDER PEDALS, FULLY ADJUSTED WITH NO SLIPPAGE. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE SQUAWK.
RIGHT MAIN GENERATOR FAILURE AFTER TAKEOFF. SYSTEM TRANSFERRED TO EMERGENCY MODE WITH APU ONLINE. RETURNED TO ACV. REPLACED RIGHT MAIN GENERATOR IAW EMB 120 MM 24-30-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD ON GROUND. (P/N 23080-013) (S/N 7370) ON, (S/N 6851) OFF.
ELEVATOR TRIM BINDS AND SUDDENLY RELEASES IN DSC MODE. RATE GREATER THAN 1500 RPM. LUBED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT TRIM ACTUATORS, OPS CHECK GOOD ON THE GROUND.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR A INTRANSIT LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH ON GEAR RETRACTION. CYCLED GEAR TWICE WITH SAME RESULTS.. RETURNED TO PSP. TROUBLESHOOTING OF RIGHT MAIN GEAR A INTRANSIT. FOUND RIGHT GEAR PROXIMITY SENSOR INTERMITTENT. INSTALLED SERVICEABLE PROXIMITY SENSOR PER MM 326101. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
