AT ROTATION, FUMES WERE DETECTED IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. FLIGHT RETURNED TO MCO AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRFRAME, ENGINE, AND APU AND NO OIL OR HYDRAULIC LEAKS WERE NOTED. A TAKEOFF POWER RUN WAS PERFORMED WITH BOTH ENGINES AND FULL OPERATION OF PACKS, APU, AND RECIRCULATION FAN ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO SMOKE OR FUMES NOTED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT RECIRCULATION FAN AND FILTER AS PRECAUTIONARY.
EMERGENCY LIGHT AT OVERWING EXIT LEFT SIDE INSIDE INOPERATIVE. FORWARD BOTTOM LIGHT PLATE INOPERATIVE AND BATTERY DRAINED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY SUPPLY PACK. OPS NORMAL.

DURING AN OVERNIGHT LINE CHECK THE EMERGENCY LIGHT AT DOOR THREE LEFT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE ASSOCIATED BATTERY PACK TO BE INOPERATIVE AND REPLACED IT. SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AFTER THE BATTERY PACK WAS REPLACED.
DURING CRUISE MULTIPLE ENGINE NR 1 CONTROL MESSAGES ENUNCIATED AND LEFT ENGINE THRUST DID NOT RESPOND TO THRUST LEVER INPUT. FLIGHT CREW DIVERTED TO HNL, SHUTDOWN ENGINE NR 1 AT TOD AND PERFORMED AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE NR 1 PDIU, EEC AND THE STATOR/ALT.
AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP DUE TO LOSS OF LEFT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM QUANTITY AND PRESSURE. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WAS TOWED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE FOUND A DISCONNECTED SUPPLY LINE ON THE ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENGINE DRIVE PUMP, BRAKE QUICK DISCONNECT AND FILTERS. RECONNECTED THE SUPPLY LINE, TESTED THE SYSTEM AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED STRONG SMELL OF SMOKE AND FUMES. CO-PILOT COULD SMELL ELECTRICAL FUMES. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, DIVERTED TO HNL, AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. FOUND AIR CHECK VALVE AND CABIN RECIRCULATION FAN INOPERATIVE. REPLACED CHECK VALVE AND RIGHT RECIRCULATION FAN. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
DOOR 2L ARMING FLAP DOES NOT EXTEND WHEN DOOR IS ARMED. FOUND BOLT TO RETRACTABLE DOOR LINKAGE LEVERS BACKED OUT. REINSTALLED BOLT WITH LOCTITE PER EA 58-195881, SEC III AND PLACED ON MONITOR.
THE FUEL SUPPLY TUBE IN THE RIGHT PYLON WAS FOUND TO BE CHAFING AGAINST THE PYLON SUPPORT STRUCTURE (P/N 112N4115-6). THE DAMAGE TO THE FUEL TUBE EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE 0.004 INCH OF DAMAGE. REPLACED THE FUEL LINE. REPAIRED PER EA 58-200472. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
