PRECOOLER FAILED CAUSING BLEED LEAK THAT CAUSED ITT TO EXCEED LIMITS ON TAKEOFF ROLL. DURING THE ROLL THE CO-PILOT NOTED SMOKE IN COCKPIT AND CALLED FOR ABORT. ABORT WAS SUCCESSFUL. ACFT TAXIED BACK FOR EVALUATION AND REPAIRS.
