OBSERVED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE POWER CHANGES LAGGED BEHIND THE LT ENGINE BY 2-5%. REMOVED RH STARTER- GENERATOR AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED UNIT. FOLLOW ON CHECKS COMPLETE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ENGINES RAN WITH EVEN N1% VALUES. ALL WORK IS DONE IAW AMM 80-10-20. THIRD PARTY VENDOR COMPLIED WITH TRANSIENT VIBRATION SURVEY ON BOTH RT AND LT ENGINE. THIRD PARTY VENDOR COMPLIED WITH LT ENG FAN BLADE CLEAN AND LUBRICATION. COMPLIED WITH ENGINE RUNS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
INFLIGHT VIBRATION FELT DURING DESCENT PHASES OF FLT AT HIGH SPEEDS AND DESCENT PITCH ATTITUDES ONLY (HIGHEST AROUND 290 & DECREASES UNTIL NEGLIGABLE BELOW 225KNOTS). VIBRATION SEEMS TO CORRELATE WITH SPEED & SEEMS UNRELATED TO ENGINES/ THRUST. IT ONLY OCCURS AT HIGHER ALTITUDES DURING DESCENT PHASES OF FLT AT HIGH SPEEDS, NOT DURING CLIMB OR CRUISE ATTITUDES. VIBRATION ALMOST FEELS AS IF THE SPOILERS & DEPLOYED (WHEN THEY ARE ACTUALLY STOWED) AND HAS A LOW SOUND PITCH (SIMILAR TO THE LOW PITCH SOUNDS ENGS CREATE DURING START SEQUENCE BUT WITH MUCH MORE INTENSITY). IT IS ALSO FELT MORE INTENSELY AT FRONT OF ACFT. (HEAVILY FELT IN THE RUDDER PEDALS, FLOOR & DASH) BUT IT IS ALSO PRESENT IN CABIN TO A LESSER EXTENT. NO VISIBLE DAMAGE OR LOSE PANELS DISCOVERED ON POST FLT. PERFORMED GVI OF FUSELAGE & WING PANELING/FAIRINGS. FOUND WING TO FUSELAGE PANELS 153BL,163AL, 164AR AND 154BR TO HAVE LOOSE AND INCORRECT HARDWARE INSTALLED. TIGHTENED OR REPLACED ALL REQUIRED HARDWARE ON PANELS 153BL,163AL, 164AR AND 154BR WITH CORRECT NEW HARDWARE. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REF WITH AMM 6-40-25. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.

WITH AUX HYD PSI ON, ACTUATED BRAKES & BRAKE PUCKS ENGAGED & RELEASED. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK & DID NOT FEEL ANY ABNORMAL VIBRATION OR SMOKE FROM RT MLG. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WAITING ON MCC TO DIRECT ON HOW THEY WANT TO PROCEED. PER DIRECTION FROM OPERATOR, PERFORMED ANTISKID FUNCTIONAL CHECK PER MM 32-46-00, PERFORMED MLG BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL CHECK PER MM 32-42-00, REMOVED & REPLACED #3 BRAKE ASSY IAW MM 32-42-05. BLED BRAKES IAW MM 32-42-00. #3 BRAKE LEAK & OPS CHECKS GOOD.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE INDICATION: DURING DESCENT INTO IAD AT 29,000', WE NOTICED THAT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE BEGAN TO FLUCTUATE AND WOULD DROP TO ZERO "---". THIS AROUND 1848Z. IN ARM POSITION NO EMER LIGHTS WORK AT ALL. IN ON POSITION ALL LIGHTS WORK EXCEPT THE UNDER SEAT LIGHT AT SEAT 10 AND THE LOWER MAIN CABIN DOOR LIGHTS BOTH FORE AND AFT. SUSPECTED NUMBER 1 PACK FAILURE. PERFORMED THE CHARGING PROCEDURE ONCE YESTERDAY WITH SUCCESS. PERFORMED IT TWICE TODAY WITH NO SUCCESS. CONFIRMED EMERGENCY BATTERY #1 SUPPLY IS ONLY SHOWING 1.0 DC VOLT. WILL NOT POWER MAIN DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING. REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY P/N CBS28·1 S/N 007096 WITH REPAIRED P/N CBS28·1 S/N 3970M. PERFORMED OPS TEST PASSED. IAW AMM 33-50-06 AND 33-50-00.
EMERG EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: REPEAT WRITEUP... ON PREFLIGHT, WHEN THE EMER LTS SWITCH IS PUT IN THE ARM POSITION, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM DOES NOT ILLUMINATE. THE PREFLIGHT CHECKLISTS WORK BUT TBJS IS SUPPOSED TO ACCOMPLISH WITHOUT POWER ENERGIZED. WE CALL TEAM 680 TO VERIFY AND IT'S WORKING AS SHOULD I CAN ATTACHED THE OP CHECKS AND EMERGENCY DESCRIPTION SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT WE'RE SEEING. WE BELIEVE THE SYSTEM IS GOOD WITH NO FAULTS PLEASE ADVISE ON NEXT STEP OF ACTION ALL WORK IS BEING ACCOMPLISHED WITH EMBRAER 680 AMM 33-50-00. THE CHECKS ARE GOOD WE BELIEVE THE PILOTS MUST BE TURNING POWER ON BECAUSE OF THE PRIOR CHECKS BUT ALL CHECKS PASS LAW CESSNA 680 AMM 33-50-00 AND THE CHECKLIST; THE CHECKLIST IS A VAGUE READ. WE CAN NOT DUPLICATE THIS WRITE UP AT THIS TIME.THERE ARE PARTS COMING TOMORROW PLEASE ADVISE. EMER LIGHTS OFF AMBER CAS: AFTER PERFORMING THE RECHARGE PROCEDURE ON THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS (2 CHARGES) AND WITH BATTERIES CONNECTED BUT OFF AND GENS OFF, EMER LTS WILL NOT COME ON IN "ON" POSITION. IN "ARM" POSITION EMER LTS OPERATE EXCEPT EXIT SIGN OVER SEAT 7 & TOE KICK LIGHTS IN LAV. BATTERIES RECHARGED AS PER TASK CARD TC-FLT-33-1001 OPERATIONAL CHECK. PERFORMED AND FOUND WORKING PROPERLY AS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER. EMERGENCY BATTERY NR 3 SWAPPED WITH #4 IAW 25-20-21 AND 25-20-23 OPERATIONAL CHECK PERFORRMED PER AMM 33-50-00 AND WAS FOUND WORKING PROPERLY. BATTERIES RECHARGED AGAIN AS PER TC-FLT-33-1001 EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY #3.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: WHEN PLACING THE EMERG LIGHT SWITCH TO ARM, NONE OF THE EMERGENCY CABIN LIGHTS COME ON. PERFORMED THE EMERG LIGHT OPERATIONAL TEST IAW 33-50-00 FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF TC-FLT-33-1001 REV 2 20OCT2022 OPERATIONAL NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
5-10 MINUTES AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN, WITH THE APU RUNNING AND THE APU BLEED AIR ON, THE COCKPIT STARTED FILLING WITH SMOKE. THE SMOKE DID NOT SMELL ELECTRICAL. I IMMEDIATELY SHUTDOWN THE APU AND RAN THE SHUTDOWN CHECKLIST. AT THAT TIME THE SMOKE DISSIPATED. A FBO EMPLOYEE OBSERVED SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE ACM INLET ON TOP OF THE FUSELAGE IN FRONT OF THE VERTICAL STABILIZER. WE RECEIVED NO ASSOCIATED CAS MESSAGES. REMOVED DEFECTIVE HP VALVE PN 9914520-2 SN D1-92 AND INSTALLED NEW HP VALVE PN 9914520-2 SN D3060. PERFORMED OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED PER CESSNA AMM 36-10-00.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: CAN NOT OPEN DOOR FROM INSIDE THE PLANE. DOOR CAN BE OPENED AND SHUT FROM OUTSIDE. WHEN YOU PRESS RED BUTTON ON SILVER HANDLE YOU USUALLY HERE A CLICK BUT YOU DON'T HERE ANYTHING. // SIGNOFF//FOUND BROKEN SPLICE ON WIRE GOING TO THE MED INNER HANDLE PUSH BUTTON. REPAIRED SPLICE REF CE-680A SPM 20-30-25. MED OPS CHECKS GOOD REF CE-680A AMM 52-10-00.
FUEL DISTRIBUTION: FUELED WITH 10200 AND HAD A LEFT SIDE HEAVY 500LB IMBALANCE. CORRECTED IMBALANCE PRIOR TO TAKEOFF, REACHED CRUISE AND CROSSFED TO CORRECT THE ~300LB IMBALANCE WE HAD ON TAKE OFF. ONCE CROSSFEED WAS COMPLETE A/C WAS BALANCED TO +60LBS TO THE RIGHT. AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME, WE NOTICED THAT THE RIGHT SIDE BECAME 200LBS HEAVY THEN WENT TO 400LBS HEAVY. WE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE LEFT ENGINE WAS BURNING AT A 3:1 RATIO. 60 LBS FOR EVERY 20 LBS ON THE RIGHT. WE DISCUSSED A FUEL LEAK WENT TO CHECKLIST AND HAD 2 OF 3 CAS MEASGES IN THE CANNOT CONFIRM LEAK SECTION. FUEL IMBALANCE AND RETRIM L WING DOWN. WE TRIED TO CROSSFED FROM RIGHT TO LEFT AND THE LEFT SIDE CONTINUED TO BURN. WE STOPPED CROSSFEEDING AND WE WERE DIRECTED TO LAND IN AGS. //SIGN OFF // TECHS REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL CROSSFEED VALVE ACTUATOR DRIVE MOTOR, OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THLS TIME, REF. CE680A MM 28-20-40
UNABLE TO OPEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM INSIDE THE CABIN. WE TRIED WITH APU POWER ON AND OFF. DOOR WILL CLOSE WITH THE MOTOR NORMALLY AND LOCK. GROUND CREW WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. FOUND BROKEN WIRE AT AC017 SPLICE. REPLACED SPLICE. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD, IAW 680A M/M 52-10-04.
