PRESSURIZATION FAILURE DURING CLIMB TO 290. MAX CABIN DIFF WARNING. AFTER MX VISIT REMOVED AND REPLACED PNEUMATIC RELAY AND TEFLON VACUUM FITTINGS.
WHILE LOADING CUSTOMER BAGS INTO THE AFT BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT, LINE CREW NOTED SMOKE AND AN ODOR COMING FROM THE AFT MAINTENANCE COMPARTMENT. FLIGHT CREW TURNED OFF VAPOR CYCLE COOLING SYSTEM AND CALLED MAINTENANCE. LOCAL MAINTENANCE WAS CALLED AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE SMELL WAS COMING FROM THE A/C MOTOR. THE MOTOR WAS ALSO WARM TO THE TOUCH. VAPOR CYCLE COOLING SYSTEM CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PULLED AND COLLARED. THE SYSTEM WAS DEFERRED, IAW RED WING AEROPLANE COMPANY'S FLEET MEL.
DURING FLIGHT, THE LEFT INTAKE ILLUMINATED AT 4 SECONDS AFTER ENGINE ANTI-ICE SWITCHED ON OR WHEN RESETTING LEFT INTAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DTW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LEFT THERMAL CONTROLLER, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING INSPECTION, EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHT AT ROW 9 INOP. MAINTENANCE RELAMPED. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING FLIGHT, THE LEFT HEADING COMPAROTOR CAME ON DURING FLIGHT, COULDN'T RESET. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DTW. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 1 AHRS. SYSTEM TESTS IAW SF340 MM34.
DURING CLIMBOUT, THE LEFT ENGINE INTAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DTW. MAINTENANCE CLEANED ALL CANNON PLUGS (31HE, 13HE, 15HE, 8AZ) FOR LEFT INTAKE HEAT, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING INSPECTION, EMERGENCY LIGHT ROW 3CD INOP. MAINTENANCE RESECURED PANEL, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF, HYDRAULIC LIGHT CAME ON, QUANTITY WAS 0, CHECKED ACCUMULATORS, MAIN LOW, EMERGENCY NORMAL. HYDRAULIC PUMP CONTINUED TO RUN UNTIL TURNED OFF. DUE TO WEATHER FLIGHT WAS DIVERTED TO CWA. MAINTENANCE SERVICED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LEFT ENGINE INTAKE HEAT LIGHT ILLUMINATES, INTERMITTENTLY. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MSP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE THERMAL CONTROLLER. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
DURING INSPECTION, EMERGENCY LIGHT 7A INOP. MAINTENANCE RELAMPED EMERGENCY LIGHT. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
DURING INSPECTION 3D EMERGENCY OVERHEAD LIGHT INOP. MAINTENANCE RELAMPED OVERHEAD LIGHT. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
