DURING CRUISE, #2 AC GENERATOR FAILED CAUTION ILLUMINATED, AS WELL AS AP#2. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE PERFORMED PER THE CHECKLIST, #2 AC GENERATOR CAME BACK ONLINE. #2 AC GENERATOR CAUTION ILLUMINATED AGAIN, PERFORMED EMERGENCY PROCEDURE ONCE AGAIN. RETURN TO HOUMA.
DURING CRUISE, #1 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE WENT INTO THE YELLOW. RTB VIA OEI PROFILE TERMINATING AT HBP
INTERMITTENT ENGINE NR 2 FIRE LIGHT ON CLIMBOUT OFF OF HBP. REPLACED FLAME DETECTOR/HARNESS ASSY.
NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT AND AUDIO CAME ON IN FLIGHT. SECURED ENGINE IN COMPLIANCE WITH EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. WHEN ENGINE LEVER MOVED TO OFF POSITION, LIGHT AND AUDIO WENT OUT WITH NO SECONDARY INDICATIONS. PROCEEDED DESTINATION. NORMAL SINGLE ENGINE LANDING, FIRE EQUIPMENT ON SITE PRIOR TO LANDING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE FORWARD FLAME DETECTOR WIRING HARNESS PN 9255204112041 AND THE FLAME DETECTOR PN 92310-04802-104. NOTE: PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED ON 6/17/09.
NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT AND AUDIBLE WARNING ON DURING INITIAL TAKEOFF. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. REPLACED OTBD NR 2 ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR.
J-STRINGER FOUND CRACKED ACROSS FWD 5 FASTENERS IN RT CABIN OVERHEAD AT STATION 292, BL 10.5. FIRST FASTENER ON STRINGER ATTACHES TO HAT SECTION SUPPORT FOR TRANSFER MODULE ON ROOF. REMOVED STRINGER, CONTACTED TECH REP FOR MATERIAL SPECS AND PN. ALSO DID NDT ON ROOF. CRS GRANTED PERMISSION TO LOCALLY FABRICATE. STRINGER FOUND NOT TO BE DEBURRED AT ALL FASTENER HOLES.
MGB OIL BYPASS LIGHT CAME ON IN CRUISE FLIGHT. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OIL BYPASS VALVE.
NR 2 ENGINE FUEL PRESSURE LIGHT INTERMITTENT IN FLIGHT, RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 2 ENGINE FUEL FILTER AND PRESSURE SWITCH 3066T64P01.
AFTER DEPARTURE FROM HMA-BP HAD AFCS DEGRADE - AP1 & AP2 FAILED - WOULD NOT RESET. FOUND BONDING JUMPER LOOSE ON PITCH SAS ACTUATOR.
