BUT WITH DOOR CLOSED HANDLE IS VERY HARD TO MOVE. WE HAD TO PUT OUR BODY WEIGHT INTO IT TO MOVE HANDLE. VIDEO, INCLUDING. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED OPS TEST OF CABIN ENTRY DOOR, FOUND DOOR HANDLE TO HAVE COMPARABLE RESISTANCE TO OTHER 560XL DOOR HANDLES. COULD NOT DUPLICATE REPORTED FAULT. DOOR REQD TO BE FULLY SEATED/CLOSED TO OPERATE HANDLE FUNCTION PROPERLY. PERFORMED GVI OF ALL DOOR HINGES AND HANDLE SWIVEL MECHANISM, FOUND NO MAJOR DISCREPANCIES. THE MAIN CABIN DOOR PINS WILL NOT EXTEND WHEN MOVING THE DOOR HANDLE TO THE LOCK POSITION. THE DOOR HANDLE MOVES FREELY. WHEN WE OPENED THE CABIN DOOR, WE FOUND THAT THE HANDLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR WORKS PROPERLY BUT THE HANDLE ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR DOES NOT. THAT HANDLE MOVES FREELY. WE FOUND THAT THE HARDWARE FOR THE INNER HANDLE THAT TURNS THE CAM TO UNLOCK THE DOOR IS MISSING. INSTALLED THE HARDWARE THAT ATTACHED THE CAM TO UNLOCK THE DOOR REFERENCING MM 52-10-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.

ACCOMPLISHED NETJETS TASK CARD TC-C56-32-1010 THROUGH STEP 7. PROVIDED RESULTS TO NETJETS MCC. VERIFIED BRAKE ACCUMULATOR PRECHARGE IAW CE560XL MAINTENANCE MANUAL 12-13-02, SERVICING GOOD. ALLOWED BRAKE SYSTEM TO STABILIZE AND THEN ACCOMPLISHED READINGS PER TC-C56-32-1010: TEST 1 19-22.3 VOLTS MOTOR OFF FOR 21 SECONDS TEST 2 19-22.3 VOLTS MOTOR OFF FOR 21 SECONDS TEST 3 19-22.3 VOLTS MOTOR OFF FOR 20 SECONDS. NOTED THAT BRAKE MOTOR COMES ON AT 1300 PSI AND SHUTS OFF AT 1475 PSI. GAINED ACCESS TO POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND SKID CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKER AND VISUALLY INSPECTED. FOUND THE WIRE CONNECTION THAT RUNS FROM THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO THE PIN *R OF JC001, WHICH CONTINUES ON TO THE BRAKE CONTROL MOTOR RELAY AND ON TO THE BRAKE PUMP MOTOR, LOOSE. TIGHTENED SCREW TO CONNECTION BETWEEN 2-3 FULL REVOLUTIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACED HC113, POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER, PER NETJETS MCC IAW CE560XL MAINTENANCE MANUAL 24-50-02. REMOVED OLD SPLICES AND EXCESS WIRE LENGTH FOR BRAKE PUMP MOTOR IAW CITATION STANDARD PRACTICES MANUAL 20-30-25. 05/12/2025 21:18:48 WILLIAM MORRISON ( C49992 ) REMOVED ANTI-SKID POWER PACK FILTER AND INSPECTED FOR DEBRIS AND CONDITION. DURING THE LAST FLIGHT BOTH PILOTS SMELLED AN ORDER LIKE A CROSS BETWEEN DIESEL AND STANDING BEHIND AN AIRCRAFT WITH AN ENGINE RUNNING UP AT ALTITUDE. SMELL HIT STRONG 3 TIMES IN THE FIRST HOUR OF A 2:12 FLIGHT, BOTH SIDES. ON THE LEFT SIDE THE SMELL DISAPPEARED FOR THE LAST HOUR OF THE FLIGHT, AND AIR SEEM TO GET FRESHER DESCENDING THRU 10,000 FEET. RIGHT SIDE THE SMELL LINGERED AND SEEM TO BE COMING OUT IF THE 19 WEEP HOLES BETWEEN THE CB PANEL AND RIGHT WINDOW. AIR CLEARED AROUND 4,000 FEET IN THE DESCENT FOR THE RIGHT SIDE. PASSENGERS DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A SMELL. PERFORMED ECU OPS TEST WITH NO DEFECTS/UNUSUAL ODORS NOTED. IAW CE-560XL MM 12-20-21 & 21-51-00.

APPLIED BATTERY POWER AND APU ON TO CHARGE BATTERIES AND ALL OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.

NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND AND SOLENOID VALVE OPERATES NORMAL. WHILE CIRCULATION OF AIR WAS APPLIED, ADMINISTERED LEAK DETECT. NO LEAKS FOUND. RAN INFLATION OF DOOR SEALS A NUMBER OF 10 TIMES, THE ACTION OF INFLATION AND DEFLATION OPERATE ADEQUATELY. ADJUSTED CONTACT BOLT LOCATED AT LOWER AFT LATCH PLATE. CLOSED DOOR TO ENGAGE LATCH PINS. OPS CHECKS PERFORMED ARE SATISFACTORY, ALL DONE !AW CE·560XLS MM 52-10·04 (SECTION 8), NOTIFIED MCC OF FINDINGS, THEY INFORMED ME THERE IS NO HISTORY ON THIS DISCREPANCY AND ALL CHECKS SOUND OK BUT ADVISED ME TO CONTACT TEAM560. DUE TO THEM NOT RESPONDING WE PROCEEDED TO PUSH AIRCRAFT OUT OF HANGAR AND RUN OPS CHECKS WITH APU RUNNING. OPERATED DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES, WHEN OPENING OF DOOR WE ALLOWED TIME OF DOOR SEALS TO PROPERLY DEFLATE. WE WERE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY OPEN AND CLOSE THE DOOR WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. CONTACTED MCC AGAIN AND GAVE OK FOR SIGN OFF. NO FURTHER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING PER CE-560 XLS AMM 32-20-00 AND CHECKED NOSE LANDING GEAR AND MAIN LANDING UPLQCK SWITCHES FOR PROPER ADJUSTMENT AND FOUND THAT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR UP LOCK SWITCH WAS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT AND REQUIRED ADJUSTMENT. BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR MICROSWITCHES WERE FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS. AFTER PERFORMING NOSE LANDING GEAR MICROSWITCH ADJUSTMENT PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS OF THE LANDING GEAR WITH SUCCESS AND NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. MCC REQUESTED TO CHECK FOR STRAIGHTNESS FRONT TO BACK OF THE NLG UPLOCK ROLLER BRACKE AND THE NOSE STRUT EXTENSION AS WELL AS THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ACTUATING RODS FOR THE NOSE NOSE GEAR PER AMM 32-20-00. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. NOSE STRUT EXTENSION MEASURED 9,0 INCHES AND IS WITHIN LIMITS PER AMM, NLG UPLOCK SWITCH HAS BEEN SAFETIED AS REQUIRED. SERVICED HYDRAUIC RESERVOIR AS REQUIRED IAW AMM 12·12·01. PERFORMED A TOTAL OF 20 LANDING GEAR CYCLES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED ,DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT AND CLOSED UP ALL ACCESS. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE-560 XLS AMM CH 32-00-00.

ON PREFLIGHT IN THE LAV CLOSET, FOUND THE WATER SYSTEMS 7.5 AMP CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. CALLED MX & DECIDED TO RESET IT ON THE GROUND. IT WAS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. CLIMBING THROUGH 7000 TO 8000 FEET, NOTICED AN ACRID ELECTRICAL ODOR. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, SIC RAN TO THE BACK TO SEE IF COULD DETERMINE WHERE THE ODOR WAS COMING FROM & PULLED THE BREAKER THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY TRIPPED AS A PRECAUTION. BY THE TIME OF LANDING, COULD NO LONGER DETECT THE ODOR. THE FIRE CHIEF WAS ABLE TO SMELL THE ODOR IN THE LAV AREA. ON THE ON INITIAL TESTING OF LAV WATER HEATER. WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ODOR, FOUND THE BASE OF THE CONTAINER GETTING HOT TO THE POINT IT HOT TO TOUCH. ACCOMPLISHED WIRING CHECKS & FOUND CONNECTOR TO HOT TANK P133F TO GROUND TO HA VE A RESISTANCE OF 135 OHMS. ALSO FOUND RESISTANCE BETWEEN CONNECTOR J53F TO GROUND, 230 OHMS. WATER SYSTEM CB, CB4F, INSPECTED AND NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW IMM 25-97-18. TB29V WAS INSPECTED FOUND A LARGE AMOUNT OF DUST/GRIME BUILD UP. TB29V WAS CLEANED AND INSPECTED. MEASURE RESISTANCES BETWEEN (PL33F TO GROUND) AND (J53F - 18 GROUND) & FOUND RESISTANCES HAD DROPPED BELOW 1 OHM FOR EACH IAW IMM 25-97-18. AFTER CLEANING & WIRE CHECKS, ORIGINAL WATER HEATER WAS STILL GETTING TOO HOT TO TOUCH. MEASURED TEMPERATURE OF 160 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT WHILE RUNNING APU FOR 20 MIN. INSTALLED A REPAIRED WATER HEATER & MEASURED A TEMPERATURE OF 80 DEGREES F WHILE RUNNING APU & BOTH ENGINES FOR 30MIN. NO ODOR DETECTED. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW CEM 25-30
