NO CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. SD NEVER GOT WARM TO TOUCH. INITIALLY THE ITEM WAS DEFERRED PER MEL 31-63-01 AND THE FINAL ACTION WAS REPLACEMENT OF THE DU PER MM 31-63-22.
