SLOW HYD LEAKING LEFT SYSTEM OVER 3 HRS QTY WENT FROM NORMAL TO 0.24 AT LANDING. FOUND SYS 1 RUDDER RET LINE LEAKING IN VERT FIN 2 BAYS ABOVE STAB COMPARTMENT REPLACED WITH APPROVED FLEX LINE LEAK, OPS CHECK NORMAL.
ONE LEFT DOOR EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT NOT WORKING. REPLACED FLASHLIGHT ASSY.
ON INITIAL POWER APPLICATION FOR T/O LEFT ENGINE REVERSER LIGHT ILLUMINATED. WITH POWER REDUCED LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. DEACTIVATION PINS INST LOCKING T/REV IN FWD THRUST. ADJUSTED RIGHT SIDE CENTER PROX SWITCH.

THE CUTOUT WAS ENLARGED TO REMOVE THE CORROSION AND THE AREA REPAIRED WITH 2 EXTERNAL ALUMINUM REPAIR DOUBLERS PER ER/A 383860-14, REV A.

FUSELAGE / SKIN / FS 558 / STRG. 26L : GOUGE CUTOUT REPAIR THE FUSELAGE SKIN WAS FOUND GOUGED JUST BELOW THE STRINGER 26L SKIN LAP JOINT AT FS 558. THE GOUGE WAS REMOVED WITH A CUTOUT IN THE SKIN. THE CUTOUT WAS REPAIRED WITH AN EXTERNAL ALUMINUM REPAIR DOUBLER PER ER/A 383880-14, REV A.
CORROSION REPAIR, THE OUTBD CHORD OF THE LOWER SILL OF THE C1 DOOR CUTOUT WAS FOUND WITH SEVERAL AREAS OF CORROSION. THE OUTER CHORD AND WEB OF THE FS 620 OPENING FRAME WERE CUT AT STR 25R AND THE LOWER ENDS REMOVED TO ALLOW REMOVAL OF THE SILL CHORD. A NEW SILL CHORD WAS INSTALLED AND THE DOOR FRAME AND WEB SPLICED BACK IN WITH REPAIR ANGLES AND DOUBLERS PER ER/A 383863-14, REV B.

THE CUTOUT WAS ENLARGED TO REMOVE THE CORROSION. THE CUTOUT WAS REPAIRED WITH AN EXTERNAL ALUMINUM REPAIR DOUBLER PER ER/A 383850-14, REV A.
L3 DOOR WILL NOT ARM. FOUND GIRT BAR CLIP BROKEN. REPLACED GIRT BAR.
THE TRAILING EDGE WEDGE OF THE NR 7 SLAT WAS MODIFIED PER EO 6-59305-AD. ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO THE SLAT WAS FOUND RESULTING IN THE REMOVAL OF SEVERAL FASTENERS THAT ATTACH THE T/E WEDGE TO THE SLAT INNER SURFACE. SEVERAL HOLES WERE OVERSIZED. REPAIRED PER ER/A 387806-14AD.
LT HYD QTY DECREASED TO 0 AND SYS PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. EICAS MESSAGE L HYD SYS PRESS DISPLAYED AND RUDDER RATIO LIGHT. REPLACED LT ENGINE HYD OUT PRESSURE LINE AND LT ENGINE HYD PUMP. SERVICED LT SYSTEM AND RAN LT ENG ALL CHECK NORMAL. INSPECTED HYD FILTERS IN LT PYLON PRESSURE AND CASE DRAIN FILTERS, ALL CHECK OK.
CABIN EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT CAME ON INTERMITTENTLY. REPLACED CONTROL PANEL.
STRONG FUMES IN COCKPIT. DIVERTED TO RDU. FOUND WIRING AT 1L FWD WINDSHIELD SMOKING. DEACTIVATED WINDOW HEAT SYS PER MEL 30-41-01A.
L-2 EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE ON SYSTEM TEST. RELAMPED LIGHT ASSY, NOW CKS NORMAL.
DURING CRUISE, LT HYD QTY EICAS MSG AND RSVR LIGHT. QTY .16, AFTER 5 MINS LT SYSTEM PRESSURE MSG, FLAPS 20, LANDING MADE AND NO NOSE WHEEL STEERING. FOUND PRESSURE LINE FROM PTU CONTROL MODULE LEAKING. SECURED SAME, CKS OK. FOUND NR 1 EDP NOT PRODUCING PRESS AND METAL IN FILTER. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 EDP, FLUSHED LINES, REPLACED FILTERS AND OPS CKS GOOD.
