DIVERTED DUE TO GEN 1 OFF BUS CAS APPROXIMATELY 2.5 HOURS INTO A FLIGHT FROM KSFO TO KPHL. CREW FOLLOWED QRH, DESCENDED TO FL310, AND STARTED THE APU. AT APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT, ADDITIONAL ALERTS WERE RECEIVED: ENGINE 1 EXCEEDANCE AND ENGINE 1 LOW OIL PRESSURE. THE CREW REDUCED ENGINE 1 POWER TO IDLE PER QRH INSTRUCTIONS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT KSTL. REPLACED GEN 1 IAW EMB-545/550 AMM 24-31-01.
DURING 12-MONTH INSPECTION, DISCOVERED TOILET SERVICE VALVE INSULATION BLANKET IN RIGHT HAND WHEEL WELL SEVERELY BURNT. A HOLE APPROX. 1.5IN IN DIAMETER WAS SEEN FROM THE WHEEL WELL WHILE PERFORMING OTHER WORK. DAMAGE TO THE DUMP TUBE WAS DISCOVERED AS WELL. INSTALLED WASTE DRAIN LINE IAW PRAETOR AMM 38-32-44. WASTE DRAIN LINE LEAK CHECK PASSED PER AMM 38-32-44. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS MOMENT.
DURING CLIMB RIGHT WING WAS VENTING FUEL BETWEEN FLAP AND AILERON. DISCOVERED WING FLAPPER STUCK OPEN DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT. TRIMMED RH WING ACCESS SEALANT AND RESEATED FLAPPER IAW EMB 550 AMM 25-11-01.
