PUT IN FULL FLAPS, RECEIVED AURAL WARNING, GEAR. AND RED X REPLACED THE YELLOW X ON THE MLG. REMOVED INOP UPLOCK SWITCH P/N 6948101-3 NSN AND INSTALLED CUSTOMERSUPPLIED NEW UPLOCK SWITCH. P/N 6948101-3 NSN. ADJUSTED SWITCH TOCORRECT POSITION. OP'S CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: WITH MAIN SHIPS BATTERIES PLUGGED IN AND MAIN BATTERY SWITCHES OFF. WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION, LIGHTS ABOVE SEATS #3 AND #5 ARE INOPERATIVE. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: DURING POWER ON CHECK LIST EMER LIGHTS AT SEAT 3 OVERHEAD AND FLOOR LIGHTS WERE INOP, REPEAT WRITE UP. OVERHEAD EMER LIGHTS AT SEATS 7 & 10 WERE INOP AND EMER FLOOR LIGHTS AT SEAT 5 & 8 WERE INOP. AFTER BATTERY POWER APPLIED, OVERHEAD LIGHT AT SEAT 7 ILLUMINATED AND FLOOR LIGHTS AT SEATS 5 & 8 ALSO ILLUMINATED. SEATS 3 AND 10 REMAINED INOP.///CORRECTIVE ACTION/// ACCESSED AND RESET #2 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY'S G-SWITCH IAW C 680A MM CH 33-50-00. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPS CHECKED GOOD.

INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED ZONE 2 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK PN: CBS28-L SN: 0323M. OPS CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE680A AMM 33-50-06.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, WE FOUND STR 6612026-3 CRACKED WHERE IT IS ATTACHED TO THE AFT CANTED FUSELAGE BULKHEAD. THE CRACK IS THE LENGTH OF VERTICAL LEG AND STARTS AT THE END OF THE STR EXCURSION BULB AREA.
WHILE SITTING ON THE RAMP WAITING FOR A PAX WITH THE APU RUNNING & BLEED AIR ON, SMOKE BEGAN FILLING THE CABIN. REMOVED THE ACM FROM THE AIRCRAFT. PERFORMED A TORQUE CHECK OF THE TURBINE. FOUND THE TURBINE SEIZED IN PLACE, FAILING THE TORQUE CHECK. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ACM COOLING TURBINE WITH AN OVERHAULED ASSEMBLY. INSTALLED NEW GASKETS AND SLEEVES AS NEEDED. SAFETIED CLAMPS AS NEEDED. PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
APU WAS STARTED NORMALLY FOR POST FLIGHT DUTIES, AFTER TWO OR THREE MINUTES A STRONG ODOR WAS NOTED FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL SYS & THE APU SHUT ITSELF DOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU IAW MM 49-10-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
ACCOMPLISH BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF COMBUSTION CHAMBER LINER COOLING RING SEGMENT SELF LOCKING NUTS. C/W BORESCOPE INSPECTION AND FOUND 1 MISSING BOLT AT POSITION NR 25. DISASSEMBLED ENGINE TO COMPLY WITH S.1 36-2013. REPAIRED COMBUSTION CHAMBER LINER BY INSTALLING 33 RETAINING NUTS. ASSEMBLED ENGINE, ACFT COWLINGS AND THRUST REVERSER AND AND COMPLETED A SATISFACTORY GROUND PERFORMANCE RUN AND LEAK CHECK. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM REV 35. FPW545A-001 REV 1.22 AND MM.
SELECTED GEAR DOWN FOR LANDING. TWO MAINS IMMEDIATELY DROPPED BUT THE NOSE DID NOT COME DOWN. RECEIVED A RED UNLOCK LIGHT, AND NO INDICATION ON THE NOSE WHEEL. 180 KTS WITH FLAPS 15 AND STAB ALREADY IN POSITION. ALL HYD INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. NOSE WHEEL EVENTUALLY FELL INTO PLACE ON ITS OWN BUT TOOK CLOSE TO 1 MINUTES. JACKED ACFT. INSPECTED GEAR NO DEFECTS NOTED. UPLOCK ROLLERS ALL MOVED FREELY. COMPLIED WITH GEAR SWING. FOUND NOSE UPLOCK ACTUATOR INTERMITTENT, WOULD NOT RETRACT. R & R THE NOSE UPLOCK ACTUATOR. BLED THE HYD SYS EMERGENCY GEAR RELEASE RIGGING FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW MM 32-30-08. GEAR RELEASE RIGGING FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW MM 32-30-08. LANDING GEAR OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 32-01-00. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 32-30-05.
POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED ON TAXI OUT. RESET AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER TRIPPED AGAIN. AFTER TURNING AROUND AND TAXING BACK TOWARD FBO, LOST ALL BRAKE PRESSURE. EMERGENCY BREAKS WERE UTILIZED WITH ONE APPLICATION. FOUND ANTI-SKID PUMP MOTOR FAULTY. R & R ANTI-SKID PUMP MOTOR. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. BLED BRAKE SYS. PERFORMED TAXI CHECKS. CHECKED GOOD. REF MM 32-42-00.
RUDDER WOULD NOT MOVE DURING LANDING FLARE WITH YAW DAMPNER OFF. WOULD NOT MOVE DURING TAXI OR WITH ENGINES OFF. WOULD NOT MOVE BY HAND. FOUND RUDDER DID NOT MOVE. PUSHED HARDER AND HEARD A POP AND RUDDER MOVED SIDE TO SIDE. REMOVED TAIL STINGER AND FOUND EXCESSIVE ICE BUILT UP AROUND PRIMARY RUDDER CABLES AND PULLEYS. REMOVED ICE FROM AREA, INSPECTED RUDDER PULLEY AND BRACKETS FOR DAMAGE. NO DAMAGE NOTED AT THIS TIME. ENLARGED DRAIN HOLE IAW 53-05. INSTALLED STINGER ASSY IAW THE MM 53-10-15. TAXIED ACFT, RUDDER SYS FUNCTIONED AS REQUIRED.
WITH APU AND ENGINE BLEED AIR ON A STRONG MUSTY ODOR IS OBVIOUS THROUGHOUT THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. FOUND ODOR COMING FROM ACM WATER SOCK, CLEANED SOCK AND RE-INSTALLED, RAN APU AND ENGINE. RAN COCKPIT AND CABIN TEMP. THROUGH FULL HOT AND COLD NO STRONG ODOR NOTED. IAW MM 21-51-00.
ON APPROACH, LT MAIN LANDING GEAR (GREEN) DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND DISCHARGED BOTTLE. INDICATOR STILL INOP. FOUND BULBS BLOWN IN THE LT DOWN & LOCKED GREEN INDICATOR. REPLACED BULBS. INDICATOR OPS CHECK GOOD. JACKED AIRCRAFT. C/W RESET OF EMER GEAR N2 BOTTLE & SERVICED. C/W GEAR SWINGS & PURGED SYSTEM OF NITROGEN GEAR INDICATION OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK IAW CE560XL MM 32-01-00.
DURING LANDING GEAR EXTENSION, LT MAIN GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AND UNLOCK LIGHT STAYED ON. DID ROTARY TEST AND DETERMINED LT GEAR LIGHT WORKED. CYCLED GEAR UP AND DOWN TWICE AND COULD NOT GET 3 GREEN LIGHTS. UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. DECLARED EMERGENCY. CONDUCTED (GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND) CHECKLIST. PUT GEAR HANDLE DOWN - GOT 3 GREEN AND NO UNLOCK LIGHT. CONTINUED CHECKLIST AND ACTIVATED NITROGEN BLOW DOWN BOTTLE TO INSURE GEAR WAS DOWN - NORMAL LANDING FOLLOWED. TROUBLESHOT TO LT MAIN ACTUATOR. REMOVED ACTUATOR P/N 9912537-3 S/N 0752. INSTALLED NEW ACTUATOR P/N 9912537-3 S/N 1145. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM CH 32-30-04 SERVICED GEAR N2 BOTTLE. DONE IAW MM 12-13-01.
DURING TAKEOFF AROUND 80 KTS FELT A VIBRATION AND AIRCRAFT STARTED PULLING TO THE RIGHT. ABORTED THE TAKEOFF. REMOVED NLG WHEEL ASSY AND INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED ASSY IAW CE560XL MM 32-41-00. REMOVED RT BRAKE ASSY AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED BRAKE ASSY. BLED BRAKES OPS CHECK GOOD IAW 32-42-01.
AFTER TAKEOFF AIRCRAFT STARTED TO FILL WITH SMOKE. SMOKE WAS COMING FROM THE FLOOR IN COCKPIT & CABIN. SHUTDOWN APU, PULL POWER BACK ON ENGINES FOR DESCENT AND SMOKE STARTED TO CLEAR OUT. SMOKE HAD AN OILY SMELL. OPERATED THE APU AND FOUND A SMOKY SMELL FROM COCKPIT AND CABIN. SHUTDOWN APU AND OPERATED ENGINES AND THE SMOKY OIL SMELL WENT AWAY. COMPLETED THIS CYCLE TWO MORE TIMES, BOTH TIMES THE SMOKY OIL SMELL WOULD GO AWAY AFTER THE APU WAS SHUTDOWN AND ENGINES TURNED ON. INSPECTED APU AND FOUND THE OIL SERVICED PROPERLY AND NO VISUAL SIGNS OF AN OIL LEAK. CLOSED THE APU ACCESS DOOR IN REFERENCE TO THE 560XL MM CHAPTER 49. A/C WILL BE FLOWN TO TCSC FOR AN APU CHANGE.
WHILE CLIMBING THRU 10000 FT WE NOTICED SMOKE IN THE CABIN WITH A HEAVY KEROSENE SMELL. WE SHUT DOWN THE APU AND SMOKE CLEARED. - INSPECTED APU-FOUND FUEL LEAKS AT SECONDARY FUEL MANIFOLD, SECONDARY FUEL NOZZLE FLOW DIVIDER, REPLACED SEAL ON FLOW DIVIDER, REPLACED SECONDARY FUEL NOZZLE & REPLACED SECONDARY FUEL MANIFOLD IAW HONEYWELL RE100XL MM CH 49-30-06. LEAK CHECK GOOD. FUEL MANIFOLD OLD PN 3883899-1 SN N/A.
DURING CLIMBOUT SMOKE FILLED FLIGHT DECK AND CABIN. RAN BOTH ENGINES TO 85 PERCENT. COULD NOT FIND ANY DISCREPANCIES. INSPECTED WATER SEPARATOR SOCK & FOUND TO BE WORN AND DIRTY. REMOVED & REPLACED WATER SEPARATOR SOCK IAW CE 560XL MM 21-51-00.
ALL 3 GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP AFTER TAKEOFF. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
WHILE IN FLIGHT AT FL 410, NR 1 PFD AND MFD WENT BLANK AND THEN A RED X APPEARED ACROSS EACH SCREEN. SG2 WAS SELECTED AND INFORMATION WAS REDISPLAYED TO EACH SCREEN. AMBER SG2 APPEARED ON NR 1 PFD. REPLACED NR 1 IC615 IAW 34-25-02, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
