PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR PRESSURE PREVENTION PANEL ADJUSTMENT ROD. REPLACED ADJUSTMENT ROD LOCKING TAB WASHER. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE-680A AMM 52-10-04.
AT FL410, THE AMBER GROUND PROX FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY AMBER BLD AIR MONITOR L, GSD FAIL 2, TCAS FAIL CAS MESSAGES. AMBER RA FAIL FLAG ALSO ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED QRH & USED MANUAL BLOW DOWN. ON FINAL, AMBER AT RETARD FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. LANDING UNEVENTFUL & TAXIED TO PARKING UNDER OWN POWER. R & R NR 2 GSD. REPROGRAMED NR 2 GSD AS REQUIRED. PAX DOOR STRUT BINDING WHEN CLOSING. PERFORMED A GVI AND FOUND LIGHT FILM OF DEBRI ON TELESCOPING DOOR ROD, CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE PAX DOOR TELESCOPING ROD IAW MM 52-00-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK IS GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED

FOUND ELECTRICAL CONECTOR PC058 ON CABIN DOOR LATCHING PAWL PROXIMITY SWITCH SC007 LOOSE. RESECURE CONNECTOR AS REQUIRED. VERIFIED RIGGING OF PROXIMITY SWITCH. OPERATIONS CHECKS NORMAL AT THIS TIME, REF CE-680A MM 52-70-10.

CLIMBING THRU 7000 FT THE MASTER WARNING ILLUMINATED WITH NO OTHER INDICATIONS. COLD WARNING AND NOTICED R/H OIL PRESSURE DROP FROM NORMAL TO BOTTOM RED LINE AND BACK TO NORMAL. MASTER CAME ON AGAIN. COMPLETED CHECKLIST AND FUEL BURN TO RETURN TO FIELD. LANDING NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED AGB BREATHER PAD SEAL. REPLACED THE O-RING. REMOVED AND REPLACED AC GENERATOR AGB PAD SEAL, LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED IAW EMM 72-60-01 AND 75-30-0. PERFORMED MOPLO CHECK AND FOUND MOPLO VALUE OF 58 PSIA AND OIL CONSUMPTION OF APPROXIMATELY .172 LB/HR WITHIN LIMITS IAW EMM 71-00-00
PERFORMED BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF COMBUSTION CHAMBER LINER COOLING RING SEGMENT SELF LOCKING NUTS. FOUND ONE NUT MISSING AT POSITION NR 33. ACCOMPLISHED HOT SECTION REPAIR.
AFT HORIZONTAL PIVOT FITTING, LOOSE (HAND TURN) ATTACH LOCK FASTENERS AND LOOSE ATTACH BOLTS.
RUDDER AUTOPILOT CABLE BRACKET IS CRACKED AT AFT CANTED BULKHEAD.
LEFT WING FLAPWELL T/E RIB AT WS 64.0 IS CRACKED.
RIGHT WING FLAPWELL T/E RIB AT WS 88.63 IS CRACKED.
RIGHT WING FLAPWELL T/E RIB AT WS 143.07 IS CRACKED.
LT MAIN GEAR LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE ON LANDING. RED UNSAFE LIGHT WAS ON AND THE RT MAIN GEAR AND NOSE LIGHT WERE ON. DID THE LANDING GEAR NO EXTEND CHECK LIST AND LT GEAR LIGHT STILL WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. ( BLEW GEAR DOWN) DID ROTARY TEST FOR THE GEAR AND THE LT GEAR BULBS CAME ON. WHEN WE WENT FROM FLAP 15 TO FLAP 35 THE GEAR WARNING HORN CAME ON AND WOUNDN'T GO OUT. AT ABOUT 200 FT AGL THE LT MAIN GEAR LIGHT CAME ON, HORN SILENCED AND WE LANDED SAFELY. REPLACED LT MLG ACTUATOR.
DURING INITAL CLIMB WE HEARD A LOUD BANG IN THE REAR OF AIRPLANE. COULD NOT DETERMINE WHERE IT CAME FROM. SUSPECT COMPRESSOR STALL. R & R BOV TORQUE MOTOR IAW MM 75-30-01. ALL CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 71-00-00.
RT WINDSHIELD FAULT ANNUCIATOR ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. AFTER RESETTING WINDSHIELD HEAT SWITCH IAW CHECKLIST, THE ANNUNCIATOR CAME BACK ON AND AN APPROXIMATE 8 INCH CRACK APPEARED IN LWR CORNER OF WINDSHIELD. FOUND INNER PANE OF CO-PILOT'S WINDSHIELD SHORTED & CRACKED. REMOVED & REPLACED CO-PILOT'S WINDSHIELD. C/W FUNCTIONAL CHECKS IAW CHAPTER 30. C/W RETORQUE AFTER 12 HOURS & EDGE SEALED. REINSTALLED RAIN BONNET & SEALED IAW MM 56-11-00
REMOVED APU ACCESS PANNEL, AND FOUND OIL PRESENT AROUND THE STARTER GENERATOR. REMOVED APU BLEED AIR SUPPLY TUBE, AND FOUND OIL PRESENT INSIDE OF TUBE. REMOVED THE APU IAW MM 49-10-00, REV APU CYCLES , APU HOBBS 4069.4 BEFORE REMOVAL OF APU. BUILT UP APU FOR INSTALLATION. INSTALLED APU. INSTALLED EXHAUST PIPE. STARTED INSTALLING DRAIN LINES. ALL WORK IAW MM CH 49-10-00. COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF THE APU. RAN APU AND OPS CHECK OF THE ACFT APU CHECKS GOOD. NO LEAKS NOTED. MM CHAPTER 49-00-00. STARTER GENERATOR REMOVED SN 3153XL, HOURS 326.0, CYCLES 610.0 FROM O/H.
WHEN EITHER THE BLEED AIR FROM THE APU IS TURNED ON OR AN ENGINE IS STARTED WITH THE APU BLEED AIR OFF, SMOKE BEGINS TO EMIT FROM THE WEMACS IN BOTH THE COCKPIT AND THE CABIN. DOES NOT ODOR ELECTRICAL.
AFTER APU START AND TAIL FLOOD LIGHTS TURNED ON , BOTH PILOT AND FUEL LINEMAN OBSERVED BLUE FLAME AND SMOKE COMING FROM RT TAIL FLOOD LIGHT. RAN APU SEVERAL TIMES, TURNED FLOOD LTS. ON/OFF DURING START AND NORMAL OPERATION. NO INDICATION OF HIGH APU ITT. NO EVIDANCE OF FLASHES OR FLAMES NOTED FROM RIGHT TAIL SIDE OR APU EXHAUST AREA. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 49-80-00 & 33-40-00 AND AFM.
AT FL350 RED CABIN ALT LIGHT ILLUMINATED. VERIFIED CABIN WAS AT 10000 FT, INITIATED EMER DESCENT. TROUBLESHOT ELECTRICAL AND FOUND AND CORRECTED WIRING AT PIN "A" OF CONNECTOR PC042 AND PC003 OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 21-30-00 AND SB560XL-21-19 (AS REFERENCE) OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION, RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. REMOVED & REPLACED NOSE GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR WITH NEW IAW MM 32-30-05. OPS CHECKS NORMAL. SERVICED HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR.
AFTER TAKEOFF, RETRACTED GEAR. THE RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED SLOW CYCLE TEST OF LANDING GEAR IAW MM CHAPTER 32-01-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. INSPECTED GEAR UPLOCKS IAW MM CHAPTER 32-30-05. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED (2) POSITION STAB OPS CHECK IAW MM CHAPTER 27-40-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. OPERATED GEAR IN CONJUNCTION WITH (2) POSITION STAB, NO DEFECTS NOTED. SYSTEMS OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM CHAPTER 27-40-00.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND WITH UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED, PERFORMED EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENTION CHECKLIST. GEAR AND INDICATION REMAINED THE SAME. PERFORMED EMERG GEAR CHECKLIST AGAIN WITH NO RESULTS. ON SHORT FINAL GEAR INDICATED 3 GREEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR WITH REPAIRED UNIT. SYSTEM OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. REF CESSNA 560XL MM 32-30-04. ACTUATOR REPAIRED BY CESSNA AIRCRAFT COMPANY, CN2918C.
INSTALLATION OF NEW UPGRADED APU STARTER/GENERATOR P/N 9912499-29 IN LIEU P/N 9912499-22, REF: CE-560XL IPC 80-11-00 FIG 01 ITEM NR 1 AND NR 1A. THE NEW STARTER/GENERATOR END BELL IS 1INCH LONGER WHICH CAUSES A MISALIGNMENT IN THE INLET COOLING DUCT, AND HAND WORKING FOR INSTALLATION FOR ALIGNMENT PUTS STRESS ON 4EA.
