DURING FLIGHT, PILOT EXPERIENCED LOSS OF RUDDER INPUT. LANDED SAFELY IN MOT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RUDDER CROSSOVER SHAFT WHICH CONNECTS PILOT WITH CO-PILOT PEDAL CONTROLS BROKEN.
LT ENGINE AFX, AUTOFEATHER, ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE AT TAKEOFF POWER.
NR 1 PROPELLER ATTEMPTED TO FEATHER IN FLIGHT WITH AUTOFEATHER ARMED. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND 2 BAD DIODES ON PCBA123. REPLACED DEFECTIVE PC BOARD WITH INSPECTED UNIT. OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO FURTHER OCCURRENCES.
AIRCRAFT IS PITCHING UP AND DOWN UNCOMMANDED. REQUIRES EXCESSIVE FORCE ON CONTROL WHEEL TO MAINTAIN DESIRED PITCH, EVEN WITH ELECTRIC TRIM DISCONNECTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELECTRIC ELEVATOR TRIM TAB ACTUATOR IAW REPS AIRLINER 1900D M/M 27-30-07-201. PERFORMED ELEVATOR ELECTRIC TRIM TAB CABLE RIGGING IAW 27-30-07-201 PAGE 10. PERFORMED ELEVATOR ELECTRIC TRIM OPERATION CHECK PROCEDURE 27-30-09. ALL CHECKS GOOD.
FLAPS DID NOT EXTEND TO 35 ON APPROACH AND LANDED FLAPS 17 AND WILL NOT RETRACT. ADJUSTED FLAP SAFETY ASYMMETRIC SWITCH, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW BEECHCRAFT 1900D MM 27-50-06-201.
FOUND LT ENGINE FIREWALL SHUTOFF VALVE IS INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT ENGINE FIREWALL SHUTOFF VALVE PN/OFF/ON 118-389005-1, SN/OFF 9307076 SN/ON9031512, OPS CHECK GOOD.
FOUND CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON IN FLIGHT. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT OF AS DOOR TOP DOOR SILL SWITCH IAW MM 57-70-00. PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT IAW MM 21-30-00, AS DOOR ANNUNCIATOR SYSTEM. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
LEFT T-HANDLE ILLUMINATED WHILE TAXIING TO GATE. LEFT -T- HANDLE ILLUMINATED WHILE TAXIING TO THE GATE AFTER LANDING ACTIVATED LEFT FIRE BOTTLE BUT IT FAILED TO DISCHARGE WITH -T- HANDLE PULLED. -T- HANDLE ON LT SIDE ILLUMINATED BECAUSE FIRE LOOP WAS TOUCHING THE EXHAUST STACK. REPOSITIONED FIRE LOOP, PERFORMED LT FIRE EXTINGUISHER ACTIVATION CHECK IAW COLGAN W/C 26-20-01, OPS CHECK GOOD. REMOVED & REPLACED LT FIRE BOTTLE IAW SAAB WORK CARD 26-20-05 P/N ON & OFF 30100023, S/N ON 28764A1, S/N OFF 25307A1.

LT TOP FWD ENGINE COWL CAME LOOSE IN FLIGHT. REMOVED AND INSPECTED LT TOP FWD ENGINE COWL, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED COWL AND SECURED LATCHES, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP AFTER TAKEOFF. RESET LANDING GEAR CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKER. CYCLED LANDING GEAR FOUR TIMES, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DUAL ENVIROMENTAL FAIL. T/O ABORTED AT 50 KNOTS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF RIGHT TEST VALVE OPS CHECKED GOOD. CLEANED LEFT PNEUMATIC BLEED TEST SWITCH E305WDM, OPS CHECK GOOD.
LT ENGINE FIRE BOTTLE DISCHARGE LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY THEREAFTER. BOTTLE PRESSURE READS NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER LT FIRE TEST SWITCH IAW 31-10-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
FLAP WILL NOT GO DOWN WHEN SELECTED 17 DEGREES. MEL'ED FLAP SYSTEM. C/W MEL ON 9/15/2005 FOUND LOOSE GROUND, RESECURED, OPS CHECK GOOD.
RT ENGINE FEATHERING DURING T/O. PROP AT 500 RPM AND TQ AT 1000 IN GROUND FINE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT PROP GOVERNOR, OPS CHECK GOOD.
BURNING ODOR PRESENT AND NR 1 EADI FLASHING ON AND OFF.
