EMERGENCY LIGHTING: DURING POST FLIGHT. INSPECTION DISCOVERED FOUR EMERGENCY LIGHTS NOT OPERATING. THE EXIT LIGHT ABOVE SEAT SEVEN THE TWO EMERGENCY LIGHTS BELOW THE LAVSEAT AND THE ONE OVERHEAD LIGHT ABOVE THE LAV SEAT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED BATTERY PACK. OPS CHECK GOOD. FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: EXIT SIGNS AT FLOOR LEVEL BY MAIN CABIN DOOR, AND KICK PANEL LIGHT UNDER SEAT 10, DO NOT TEST WITHOUT UTILIZING CHARGING PROCEDURE AS PUBLISHED IN QRH. BATTERIES NO LONGER HOLD A CHARGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY POWER SUPPLY IAW 680A AMM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GOOD IAQ 680A AMM 33-50-00.

LEFT MLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION: ON DEPARTURE THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT GO INTO THE GEAR UP POSTION. THE WOW MISCOMPARE CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ALL THREE GREEN DOWN LIGHTS ON THE LANDING GEAR INDICATED THEY WERE IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. THE WOW MISCOMPARE CHECKLIST WAS COMPLIED WITH. // SIGNOFF// UPON INITIAL INVESTIGATION FOUND LH NLG SQUAT SWITCH BRACKET HARDWARE LOOSE, CAUSING DEFLECTION OF SQUAT SWITCH BRACKET WHEN GEAR WAS FULLY EXTENDED IN AIR MODE. RESECURED LH NLG SQUAT SWITCH BRACKET RETAINING HARDWARE. REMOVED NLG SQUAT SWITCH WIRING HARNESS AND INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED HARNESS IN SAME LOCATION PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS AND VERIFIED PROPER OPERATION OF LANDING GEAR AT THIS TIME.
CLIMBING THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 15,000 FEET, ENGINE/STAB A/I WAS SELECTED ON. A SMELL OF HOT DUCTING SENSED BY BOTH CREW. IN A FEW MINUTES, "A/I INB WNG COLD" LEFT AND RIGHT AMBER CAS MSGS ANNUNCIATED. COMPLETING AMBER MSG B2 CHECKLIST, CAS EXTINGUISHED AND THE SMELL WAS NO LONGER NOTICED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: WHEN THERE WAS A REDUCTION IN ENGINE POWER WHICH CAUSED THE TEMPS TO DROP AND POST THE COLD CAS MESSAGE. THE CREW FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST, DISENGAGED AUTO THROTTLES AND ADVANCED ENGINE POWER AND THE CAS MESSAGES EXTINGUISHED AND REMAINED EXTINGUISHED. ANTI ICE WAS SELECTED ON LATER IN THE FLIGHT WITH NO DEFECTS. WE PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AGAIN AND PERFORMED THE GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE ANTI-ICE SYSTEMS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND NO ODORS NOTICED. ALL WORK IAW CE-680A MM CH 30-10-00 AND 30-15-00.
CABIN DOOR LOWER PINS HAVE CONTACTED MAIN ENTRY DOOR FRAME PREVIOUSLY AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO FRAME. FOUND WHILE PERFORMING DOOR SEALS GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION 52-90-10-210. REPAIRED THE DOOR FRAMES IAW REPAIR DEFINITION AND 8100-9.
RIGHT OUTBOARD FLAP OUTBOARD ISLAND LOWER WING TRAILING EDGE SKIN HAS NINE SMOKING RIVETS, FIVE PULLING THROUGH. REPAIRED IAW REPAIR DEFINITION.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION WE FOUND A HYD LINE STAND OFF BRACKET BROKEN & THE LINE CHAFING THE STRUCTURE. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION WE FOUND THE HYD LINE STAND OFF BRACKET ATTACH RIVET HOLES IN THE FRAME WERE CRACKED. TWO CRACKS WERE MEASURED AT 1.65 & .65 INCHES LONG. THIS FRAME TIES IN THE CTR OF THE UPPER BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT & THE UPPER BAGGAGE DOOR CLOSE OUT FRAME. A SERVICE CONDITION REPORT HAS BEEN SENT UNDER NR 707940.
AFTER TAKEOFF, EXPERIENCED A VERY STRONG PUNGENT ODOR IN THE COCKPIT. AFTER LEVELING AT 9000 FT, REDUCED POWER & ODOR INCREASED. DID NOT SWITCH PRESSURE SOURCE DUE TO RETURN TO BASE. AFTER LANDING, ODOR WAS PRESENT THROUGHOUT CABIN. NO SMOKE WAS DETECTED IN EITHER THE COCKPIT OR CABIN. R & R WATER COALESCE SOCK IAW AMM 21-51-00. PERFORMED APU & ENG RUNS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER TAKEOFF & GEAR SELECTED UP, ALL THREE GEAR LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED BUT RED, GEAR UNLOCKED, LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE STAB MISS COMPARE & HYD PRESS LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AS EXPECTED. AFTER PULLING THE HYD CONTROL CB IAW HYDRAULIC PRESS CHECKLIST, THE RT MLG FELL EXTENDED, GREEN DOWN LIGHT, INDICATING THAT THE RT MLG HAD NOT FULLY LOCKED IN THE FULL UP POSITION. OPERATED GEAR & FOUND RT MLG DOOR IMPROPERLY ADJUSTED. ADJUSTED RT MLG DOOR IAW CE-560XL MM 32-10-00. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
WHEN TAKEOFF POWER WAS APPLIED, RT WING OVERHEAT LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED GROUND RUN AT TAKOFF POWER WITH ANTI-ICE WING/ENG IN OFF POSITION. DID NOT GET R WING OVHT ANNUNCIATOR. REMOVED RH INBOARD CUFF UPPER PANEL. NO DEFECTS FOUND INSIDE OF AREA. RAN ENGINES AT T/O POWER WITH ANTI-ICE WING/ENG IN ON POSITION. DID NOT GET RT WING OVHT ANNUNCIATOR TO ILLUMINATE. INSTALLED RT INBOARD CUFF UPPER PANEL. PERFORMED GROUND RUN AT T/O POWER WITH ANTI-ICE ON AND RT WING OVHT ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ALLUMINATE. WORK DONE IAW AMM SECTION 30-11-00. COULD NOT DUPLICATE ABOVE MENTIONS DISCREPANCY.
SMOKE IN CABIN, AFTER LANDING AIR SUPPLY TEMP ROSE FROM 81 DEGREES TO 155 DEGREES IN LESS THAN ONE MINUTE. SMOKE MAY HAVE BEEN COMING FROM AIR CONDITIONING VENTS. 30 MINUTES AFTER SHUTDOWN ACM TEMP WAS 155 DEGREES. TROUBLESHOT SYS, FOUND ACM SEIZED UP. REMOVED AND REPLACED COOLING TURBINE WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT IAW MM 21-51-00 ACM. OPS CK GOOD.

DURING A PHASE B-INSPECTION, OPERATOR REQUESTED WE INSPECT THE AFT ELEVATOR TRIM CABLES. UPON INSPECTION WE FOUND BROKEN WIRES, TOOK CABLE TENSIONS, FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS AND CABLE WAS CENTERED IN PULLEY.THE CABLE WAS REMOVED AND LOOP TEST SHOWED MORE BROKEN WIRES. THE WEAR ON THE CABLE APPEARS TO BE IN THE SAME LOCATION THAT WE FOUND ON THE PREVIOUS SDRS SUBMITTED. THAT BEING 0 TO 2 DEGREES TAB DOWN AND FRAYED AREA CENTERED ON PULLEY. AN SCR HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO UNDER NR 249122.
LEFT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT LOCK DOWN. CYCLED THE GEAR, AND STILL NO GREEN LIGHT ON THE LEFT MAIN. -HYD PRESS- LIGHT STARTED FLASHING, AND THE GEAR EVENTUALLY LOCKED DOWN AFTER APPROX 2-3 MINUTES. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW CE560XL MM 32-30-04.
AFTER TAKEOFF GEAR WAS SELECTED UP, RED UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON AND HYD PRESS. ANNUNCIATOR WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. SERVICED HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR TO FULL, JACKED AIRCRAFT TO SWING GEAR. CLEANED INDICATING SWITCH ON THE NOSE GEAR, CHECKED THE WIRING AND CANNON PLUGS ON THE MAIN GEAR AND NOSE GEAR, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CYCLED LANDING GEAR NUMEROUS TIMES WITH THREE GREEN LIGHTS WHEN GEAR WAS DOWN & LOCKED. ALL INDICATING & OPERATION OF THE LANDING GEAR IS NORMAL AT THIS TIME WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW CE 560XL MM 32-30-00.
ANTI-SKID AND POWER BRAKE FAILURE. PUMP RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY (BOTH LIGHTS ON). REMOVED BRAKE PUMP AND INSTALLED NEW PUMP. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. LEAK CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CH 32-42-06 OF CESSNA 560XL MM.
LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTISKID INOPERATIVE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY BRAKE FAILURE. USED EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP AIRCRAFT. TROUBLESHOT CRACKED ANTI-SKIP PUMP FILTER BOW, CHANGED FILTER BOWL, O RING ALONG WITH FILTER, ALSO AS PRECAUTION REPLACED PUMP ALONG WITH DISTURBED O-RINGS. SERVICED NITROGEN AND BLEED BRAKE SYSTEM, LEAK & OP'S CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE I.A.W CESSNA 560XL M/M CHAPTER 32-42-00.
DURING TAXI "LO BRAKE PRESS" AND "ANTISKID INOP" ILLUMINATED. LOST BRAKE PEDAL PRESSURE, STOPPPED AIRCRAFT WITH EMERGENCY BRAKES. HAD AIRCRAFT TOWED TO PARKING POSITION, POST FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND LEAKING OIL FROM AVIONICS BAY AND NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY. - FOUND O-RING AT ANTI SKID POWER PACK FILTER BOWL LEAKING, INSTALLED NEW O-RING AND APPLIED POWER TO ANTI SKID NO LEAKS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 32-42-00.
DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING OUT OF RIGHT WHEEL WELL. INSPECTED RIGHT WHEEL WELL AND FOUND FLUID LEAKING OUT FROM SPEED BRAKE RETRACT LINE. FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND SPEED BRAKE EXTEND LINE, FLAP EXTEND AND RETRACT LINES CHAFED BEYOND LIMITS AND THE EMERGENCY PNEUMATIC BRAKE LINE WAS 50 PERCENT CHAFED THROUGH AT THE RHS AND 75 PERCENT CHAFED THROUGH AT THE LHS BY THE NYLON LINE CLAMPS. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION TO THE LEFT WHEEL WELL AND FOUND SAME RESULTS. REPLACED ALL HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC LINES IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 27-51-00, 27-61-00, AND 32-42-09 OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
CLIMBING THROUGH 35,000 FT YOKE JERKED ABRUPTLY, AUTOPILOT WAS DISCONNECTED AND AIRCRAFT NEED NOSE DOWN TRIM. FIFTEEN SECONDS LATER WITH AUTOPILOT OFF SECOND JERK OCCURRED IN YOKE.
