CONFIRMED AND VERIFIED THE RIGGING OF THE DOOR LOCKED GREEN INDICATORS ARE ALL WITHIN LIMITS IAW CE-569XLS AMM 52-10-00. CLEANED AND DRIED ALL SIGHT GLASSES, THEY WERE EXTREMELY DIRTY. ALSO CHECKED CABLE TENSION AND LIFT FORCE IAW CE-560XLS AMM 52-10-03. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE DOOR MECHANISM AND HINGES IAW CE-560XLS AMM 52-10-00. ALL OPS CHECK GOOD.

ONCE OPEN LOOKED AT HINGES & LUBED, NO CHANGE. REMOVED STAIRS TO SEE IF ANYTHING BROKEN WITH COUNTERBALANCE SYS. DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WTIH THE SYSTEM. LOOKED INTO. ADJUSTING THE SPRING TENSION. FOUND SOMEONE BEFORE US CHANGED TENSION OF SPRING. PRECEDED TO FIX THE ISSUE. OPS CHECKED DOOR AFTER ADJUST A FEW TIMES. OPS CHKD GOOD. IAW AMM TASK: 52-10-03

SUB SQUAK R & R PULLEYS IAW MM 27-32-02 MS20219-2 (PULLEY) 4 EACH.

INSPECTED COWLS, EXHAUST DUCT AND ENGINE, FOUND TO BE CLEAN WITH NO RESIDUAL OIL. BAGGED LINES AND RAN ENGINE AT 85 PERCENT FOR 20 MINUTES. NO OIL LEAKS FOUND, OIL LEVELS ARE STILL GOOD, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
