DURING CRUISE WE NOTICED AN AUDIBLE SQUEAL COMING FROM THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR AREA. THERE WAS NO PRESSURIZATION ISSUES NOTED. AS WE DESCENDED THE SQUEAL WENT AWAY AROUND 27000 FEET WITH A PSI OF 8.6. NO VISIBLE ISSUES WITH THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE AIRCRAFT. REMOVED EMERGENCY DOOR, INSPECTED THE SEAL AND FRAME, WITH NO ISSUES AT THIS TIME. REINSTALLED E-DOOR, PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT TO MAX DIFF, NO LEAKS NOTED AT THE DOOR OR SURROUNDING AREA. NOTICED A SOUND COMING FROM INSIDE THE RH OVER WING MID PANEL, REMOVED AND FOUND THE RH MLG RELEASE CABLE SEAL LEAKING IN BETWEEN THE SEAL AND THE SKIN AND WOULD SQUEAL WHEN PUSHED. FOUND THE 2 SMALLER ORINGS WORN. THE 3RD ORING WAS THE WRONG PART NUMBER AND WAS NOT FULLY IN THE GROOVE OF THE HANDLE CLEVIS ASSEMBLY. CLEANED, INSTALLED NEW ORINGS AS REQUIRED. WORK IAW CE 680A MM 32-34-22, AND 21-30-00

DURING FLIGHT, PASSENGERS NOTIFIED US OF A SQUEAL COMING FROM THE BACK. THE SQUEAL SEEMED TO BE COMING FROM THE UPPER EMERGENCY EXIT AREA. PREPARED AND PRESSURIZED THE AIRCRAFT AND WE DID NOT HEAR ANY NOISE AFTER DEPRESSURIZING WE REMOVED THE EMER DOOR AND INSPECTED THE SEAL. THE TOP FORWARD CORNER SEEMED A LITTLE MORE WORN THAN THE OTHER CORNERS AND THE SEAL WAS SLATHERED IN PETROLEUM JELLY. WE REMOVED THE SEAL (P/N: 9914815-1, S/N: N/A), CLEANED UP ALL THE PETROLEUM JELLY AND REPLACED WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW SEAL. REINSTALLED THE DOOR AND REPRESSURIZED, NO LEAKS DETECTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW CESSNA 680A AMM 52-20-15.

WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREAPNCY EVERY TIME. FOUND THAT THE SCREECHING NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE TELESOPIC ROD. LUBED TELESCOPIC ROD WITH LPS. CYCLED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES AND SCREECH WENT AWAY. SENT VIDEO TO MCCAND MCC OK TO SIGN OFF AND NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED. WORK DONE IAW AMM 52-10-00 AND SPM 20-00-00.

PERFORMED BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF APU WITH NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND. RAN APU MULTIPLE TIME FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND DIDN'T DETECT ANY ODORS. WORK PERFORMED IAW RE100CS LMM.

CHECKED ALL GALLEY EQUIPMENT AND AIRSHOW, FOUND AIRSHOW BOX DUSTY. CLEANED AIRSHOW BOX AND FAN. CHECKED COCKPIT TEMP SENSOR FAN, CHECKED GOOD. REPLACED CONDENSER BAG IAW CE560XL AMM 21-51-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD. CONTACTED MCC AND NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.

REMOVED THE NR 1 ENGINE AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED ENGINE. THEN PERFORMED LEAK CHECKS AND 5 POINT PERFORMANCE RUN. WORK DONE IAW MM 71-00-00 . REPLACED ISOLATOR-ENG.
