Part: STRAP — BROKEN (FUEL TANK)

DURING A ROUTINE PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION, THE PILOT DISCOVERED THE INBOARD FUEL TANK STRAP WAS LOOSE. CLOSER INSPECTION REVEALED THE STRAP WAS BROKEN. THE BREAK WAS ACROSS TWO SPOT WELDS MADE DURING MANUFACTURE.
