MCD GIRT BAR NOT RETRACTING (FLIGHT 4724 - FILED CLOSED)UPON INVESTIGATION FOUND THE GIRT BAR TO RETRACT ON THE LEFT PASSENGER MCD. FOUND THE FORWARD EVACUATION SLIDE FITTING SPRING BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT HAND FORWARD MCD EVACUATION SLIDE FITTING WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT IN REF TO ERJ 175 AMM 53-10-21. ALL DOOR INDICATIONS NORMAL AT THIS TIME. DOOR ARMS AND DISARMS WITH NO ISSUES. A/C OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.

FR10-FR11 AND BETWEEN STGR 17L STGR 18L. PLEASE EVALUATE DAMAGE AND IMPROVE APPEARANCE. (C-CHECK RO 09/08/2025)REMOVED DENT BY PERFORMING CUTOUT AND INSTALLING REPAIR DOUBLER AT FWD FUSELAGE EXTERNAL SKIN BETWEEN FRAMES 11-12, AND STRINGERS 17L-18L AS MARKED. SEE CONTINUATION CARD FOR WORK PERFORMED.NO CHANGE TO WEIGHT AND BALANCE. INSPECTION THRESHOLD AND INSPECTION INTERVAL: 20,667 FC OR 27,487 FH, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
AFTER TAKEOFF RECEIVED A SPOILER FAULT CAUTION MSG. PERFORMED QRH, MESSAGE REMAINED. (FLIGHT 4687) PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING REF ERJ-175 FIM 45-45-00. REMOVED AND REPLACED MAU 1 PS2 REF ERJ-175 AMM 31-41-02. NO MESSAGES PRESENT AT THIS TIME.
THE CREW REPORTED HYDRAULIC FLUID LOSS, SLOWLY LOST QUANTITY THAN TOTAL LOSS AND LOST PRESSURE. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED #1 ENGINE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE THAT WAS CRACKED. THEY ALSO REPLACED #1 ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP . OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD
