SECONDARY TRIM WAS SELECTED AND USED TO REGAIN PITCH CONTROL. AN IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY RETURN WAS CONDUCTED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: TROUBLESHOT DOWN TO BAD ACU AND BAD PRIMARY STAB TRIM ACTUATOR. REMOVED ACU AND INSTALLED NEW Ã?CU. WORK DONE IAW AMM 27-40-20. AWAITING ARRIVAL OF NEW ACTUATOR. (CB,CT12/31/2025). RECEIVED MULTIPLE ACTUATORS BAD FROM STOCK AWAITING NEW ACTUATOR ARRIVAL ON 1/3/2026. REMOVED BAD ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED ACTUATOR POST MX CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM 27-40-05.
CABIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS: AFTER CLOSING DOOR, AMBER CAS MESSAGES "CHECK DOORS" AND "CABIN DOOR OPEN" DISPLAYED. RAN THE QRH CHECKLIST AND CAS MESSAGE CLEARED. THIS OCCURRED TWICE DURING THE DAY CORRECTIVE ACTION; COMPLETED THE CABIN DOOR - ADJUSTMENT/TEST MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO ISSUES. THE CABIN DOOR IS OPERATIONAL IN REF WITH CE-680A AMM 52-10-00.
DOOR DOES NOT LOCK AFTER CLOSING & HANDLE MOVED DOWN. DOOR OPEN LIGHT ON DOOR ILLUMINATED. CAS MESSAGES CABIN DOOR OPEN & CHECK DOORS OPEN ARE ILLUMNATED. C/W OPS CHECK OF MCD & OPS CHECK FAILD. C/W TROUBLESHOOTING RECOMMENDATIONS. WENT INTO ARES FILE, & IT APPEARS S6 SOLENOID PAWL SWITCH IS GIVING AN OPEN SIGNAL WHILE ALL OTHER SWITCHES THAT WOULD TURN OFF CABIN DOOR OPEN MESSAGE/LIGHT ARE OPENING & CLOSING AS THEY SHOULD. C/W R & R OF PCB, OPS CHECK IS GOOD. CLOSED UP AIRCRAFT PANELS IAW AMM 52-00-00.

REMOVED BAD EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN CONNECTOR P/N: 43025-0400 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN CONNECTOR P/N: 43025-0400. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REF. AMM 33-52-13.

ON SITE NETJETS MAINTENANCE CONFIRMED AN ISSUE WITH DOOR INDICATOR. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED BAD PROX SWITCH CORD SET P/N RKV4T·2/S90 AND REPLACED WITH A NEW PROX SWITCH CORD SET P/N RKV4T·2/S90, PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND CHECKED GOOD, CABIN DOOR CAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED, REFERENCE CESSNA 680A MM S2·70-00
MAIN DOOR: REPEAT WRITE UP. LOUD DOOR SQUEAL BEGINS AT 12000 FT AND BEGINS TO SUBSIDE AT APPROX 18000 FT. NO SPIKE IN CABIN PRESSURE WAS NOTICED AND HAD NORMAL RATE OF CLIMB APPROX 2500 FT PER MIN. C/W VISUAL INSPECION OF DOOR INNR SEAL. NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED TRIM AND FOUND A PIECE HANGING DOWN THAT NEEDS TO BE RESECURED. CLOSED DOOR AND C/W INSPECTION OF DOOR HINGE FRAME. THE FWD GAP IS .100 AND AFT GAP IS .160. THE IDEAL PLACEMENT IS .130 ON EITHER SIDE. DOOR WILL REQUIRE AJUSTMENT (BC 5-26-22). BROUGHT CABIN DOOR FORWARD AND AFT SKIN GAP MEASUREMENT BACK INTO LIMITS IAW AMM 52-10-00. RESECURED LOOSE PIECE OF COSMETIC TRIM ON THE UPPER AFT SIDE OF THE DOOR FRAME. REMOVED CABIN DOOR STEPS. CHECKED VENT DOOR OPERATION AND FOUND IT OPERATING NORMALLY. CLEANED VENT DOOR SEAL. VISUALLY INSPECTED CABIN DOOR SEAL AND FOUND THE SEAL BEING HELD OUT OF POSITION ON A SMALL AREA ON THE FORWARD SIDE, BY THE CABIN DOOR FORWARD TRIM PANEL, PROTUDING OUT INTO THE CABIN DOOR SEAL, SEALING AREA ABOUT 1/4". REMOVED THE TRIM PANEL AND REINSTALLED CORRECTLY. THE PANEL IS NO LONGER INTERFERRING WITH THE CABIN DOOR SEAL AND THE SEAL IS LAYING IN POSTION NORMALLY, IAW CE-680A AMM 52-10-35. ALSO NOTED DURING CABIN DOOR STEP REMOVAL THE TWO OF THE THREE MITER HINGES WERE BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL THREE TOP STEP MITER HINGES PN OFF/ON 325.00.708, NON SERIALIZED, WITH NEW HINGES IAW CE-680A IMM 25-20-09. REINSTALLED CABIN DOOR STEP ASSEMBLY IAW CE-680A AMM 52-10-50. CABIN DOOR OPERATION SATISFACTORY. NO DOOR SQUEAL NOISE NOTED.
GEAR POSITION & WARNING: GEAR EXTENSION SPEED EXCEEDED DURING EMERGENCY DESCENT // SIGNOFF// COMPLIED WITH NLG STRUT EXTENSION INSPECTION IAW CE-680A MM 12·10-52. FOUND STRUT AT 9.95' / 0.122 OUT OF TOLERANCE CREATING UPLOCK TO BE IN UNSAFE CONDITION. LIMITS ARE 9.75" +/- 0.078. DISASSEMBLED NLG STRUT AND FOUND LOWER BUSHING 3 THREADS OUT DUE TO THREAD LOCKER. CLEANED AND INSPECTED NLG ASSY. NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH NLG. STRUT REPACK AND SERVICE IAW.CE-680A CMM 32·20·01. COMPLIED WITH LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL AND RIG CHECKS IAW CE-680A MM 32-00-00, ALL.OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
NLG: DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL400 WE OBSERVED A NOSE GEAR MISCOMPARE MESSAGE ON THE CAS. WE FOLLOWED THE CHECK LIST AND DETERMINED THE GEAR WAS UP AND LOCKED. WE CONTACTED THE FODM AND DETERMINED IT WAS SAFE TO CONTINUE. APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES LATER WE HAD A LOUD BANG IN THE NOSE GEAR COMPARTMENT FOLLOWED BY MANY RAPID LOUD BANGS AND FAIRLY AGRESSIVE SHAKING IN THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND STARTED A DESCENT. UPON DEACENDING THROUGH 14000 THE MESSAGE WENT AWAY AND THE GEAR STAYED IN THE UP AND LOCKED POSITION. WE FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST AND MADE A NORMAL GEAR EXTENSION AND HAD THREE GREEN LIGHTS. WE MADE A NORMAL LANDING AND TAXIED IN WITH NO ISSUE.
NLG: AT 37000, GEAR DIASGREE N CAS ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED BY NOSE GEAR AMBER INDICATION LIGHT. BANGING NOISE HEARD FROM NOSE GEAR AREA. SPEED SLOWED TO 190 KNOTS. DESCENDED TO 17000, GEAR EXTENDED. NOSE GEAR EXTENDED PROPERLY WITH GEAR DOWN GREEN INDICATION. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. // SIGNOFF// PER MCC REQUEST OHMED OUT NOSE LANDING GEAR UP LOCK AND DOWN LOCK SWITCHES HARNESS FROM CONNECTOR PG028 TO PG006 FOR THE UP LOCK SW AND FROM PG002B TO PG029 FOR THE DOWN LOCK NO DEFECTS NOTED, JACKED UP AC CONNECTED HYD MULE AND C W LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW CE6BOA MM32-00·00 OPS CHECK GOOD, PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT /TEST ON THE LH MAIN GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH IAW CE-680A CH, 32-32-00. MEASUREMENT REQUESTED FOR STEP 3,C,9.A BEFORE ADJUSTEMENT IS ,2, ADJUSTED SWITCH TO .25 AS REQUESTED. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED UP NOSE LANDING GEAR UP LOCK AND DOWN LOCK SWITCHES IAW CE680A MM32-32-10 & 32-30-10 OPS CHECKS GOOD.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: WITH DOOR IN FULLY UP POSITION, DOOR HANDLE WILL NOT ROTATE TO CLOSE AND LATCH THE DOOR. THE HANDLE WILL NOT MOVE AT ALL. NO CHECK DOORS CAS. ONLY CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS. PROCEDURE N1 CABIN DOOR OPEN CHECKLIST STEP 4 - LIGHTS DO NOT FLASH. FOUND CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. PERFORMED CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT /TEST. OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CESSNA 680A AMM 52-10-04.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. DOOR HANDLE IS LOCKED IN OPEN POSITION AND WILL NOT MOVE. FOUND CABIN DOOR LATOT/LOCK OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. PERFORMED CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT/TEST. OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 52-LD-04.
MAIN DOOR: A LOUD SQUEAL IS HEARD DURING DESCENT BETWEEN 18-14,000FT. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT UP TO 3.7 PSI AND DID NOT HEAR HEAR ANY SQUEALING NOISES GOING UP. ON THE WAY DOWN WE HEARD THE SQUEALING NOISE START AT 2.2 PSI. FOUND AREA AT THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WHERE THE NOISE WAS COMING FROM. DEPRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT AND OPENED DOOR. INSPECTED AREA OF SEAL AND DOOR WHERE THE SOUND WAS COMING FROM AND FOUND A LOOSE SCREW IN THE DOOR SEAL. WE ALSO CLEANED SEAL AND AREAS OF THE DOOR WHERE SEAL MEETS. PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT MULTIPLE TIMES UP TO 3.0 PSI AND BACK DOWN STOPPING AT 2.2 FOR A WHILE AND NOT LONGER HEARD THE NOISE.
ON TAKEOFF EXPERIENCED VIBRATION THAT WAS PRESENT IN BOTH YOKE & PEDALS. SEEMED TO INTENSIFY WITH INCREASED POWER & PITCH. CONTINUED THRU FL 230 BEFORE DECIDING TO DIVERT. DID NOT SEEM TO BE AS PRONOUNCED IN DESCENT. REMOVED RUDDER HORN ASSEMBLY. INSPECTED & FOUND EXCESSIVE PLAY. REPLACED RUDDER HORN ASSEMBLY WITH NEW ASSEMBLY & NEW NUTS, BOLTS, WASHERS & DOTTER PIN. ALL WORK WITH CURRENT MM AMM 27-21-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
CORROSION ON LT AND RT STRAKE ASSY. REPAIRED CORROSION ON LT AND RT VENTRAL STRAKE. MAJOR REPAIR.
RT WING INBD AILERON HINGE ATTACH BRACKET HAS 2.2500" BOLTS ON FWD SIDE INVESTIGATED RT WING INBD AILERON HINGE WITH .2500" BOLTS (AN4-7A, EXISTING) IN FWD HOLES. FOUND HOLES HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY OVERSIZED. OVERSIZED HOLES ARE FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE IAW ENGINEERING REPAIR ORDER NR DA-EA-0086 REV. IR, DATED 8-3-2012. REF 337 FORM DATED 8/06/12. REMOVED RT WING INBD AILERON HINGE BRACKET TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS. RE-INSTALLED RT WING INBD AILERON HINGE BRACKET. NDT PERFORMED EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION ON THE RT WING INBD AILERON HINGE BRACKET, FOUND NO CRACK INDICATIONS.
WHILE RUNNING APU WITH BLEED AIR ON, CABIN AND COCKPIT FILLED WITH BLUE SMOKE. R & R APU IAW MM 49-10-10. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED, CLEANED, & REINSTALLED WATER SEPERATOR SOCK IAW MM 21-51-00 & 12-19-02. LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
ON GEAR RETRACTION, PLACED HANDLE IN UP POSITION, ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED AND NOTED 2 GREEN (NOSE-LT MAIN) AND RT MAIN OUT WITH RED IN TRANSIT LIGHT ON. AFTER 5-10 SECOND DELAY, PLACED GEAR HANDLE DOWN & HAD NORMAL GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATIONS. RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENCE. ALSO ON POST FLIGHT SQUAT DISAGREE TRANSDUCER IN NOSE COMPARTMENT SHOWING WHITE. COULD NOT DUPLICATE.
10 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF CREW SMELLED A BURNING PLASTIC LIKE ODOR. REMOVED NR 1 RMU PN 7012100-825 SN 98112277 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT PN 7012100-825 SN: 00102968. OPERATIONAL TEST IS GOOD REF EXCEL AMM 23-80-01
ON TAKEOFF ROLL A/C EXPERIENCED EXTREME LT YAW. APPLIED FULL RT RUDDER WITH NO RESULT. T/O ABORTED. RUDDER BIAS TEST WAS SATISFACTORY. AIRSPEED WAS UNDER 20 KNOTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED STEERING BUNGEE CHECKED ADJUSTMENT/TEST IAW MM 32-50-00. TAXI A/C IAW MM 9-30-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
(P) SMOLDERING ELECTRICAL ODOR COMING FROM SEAT NR 4 VIDEO SCREEN RECEPTICLE WHEN SCREEN IS INSERTED. NO DIVERTION. FOUND DEBRIS ACROSS CONTACTS INSIDE SCREEN RECEPTACLE AT SEAT NR 4. REMOVED DEBRIS AND CLEANED CONTACTS AS REQUIRED. VIDEO MONITOR OPS CHECK NORMAL AT SEAT NR 4.
AT 70 KTS ON A TAKEOFF ROLL. THE NO TAKEOFF CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH CORRESPONDING HORN. FLAPS SET 15. TRIM CENTERED AND SPEED BRAKE RETRACTED. PERFORMED STATIC GROUND RUN UP WITH SAME RESULTS (HORN AND CAUTION LIGHT). CLEANED MOISTURE AND CORROSION FROM LT SPEED BRAKE SWITCH CONNECTOR. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM CHAP 31-50-00. (FOR DETAILS REF. F.A.S. WO NR 06-2725)
NO TAKEOFF LIGHT WILL NOT GO OUT IN PROPER T/O CONFIGURATION. LIGHT WENT OUT WITH ENGINES OFF AND CYCLE SPEED BRAKE SWITCH, LIGHT ON WITH ENG/HYD OPERATING. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM, DISCOVERED LT SPEEDBRAKE RETRACT SWITCH FULL OF WATER AND DEBRIS. CLEANED CONNECTOR CHECKED BOTH LT AND RT RETRACT SWITCH CONTACT. NO DEFECTS NOTED PERFORMED TAKEOFF WARNING SYSTEM OPS CHECK WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 560XL MM 27-40-00.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF, BLEW GEAR DOWN AND LANDED SAFELY. RESECURED EMERGENCY GEAR HANDLE CABLE CLEVIS ASSY AND REAFFIXED EMERGENCY GEAR BOTTLE SAFETY WIRE, EMERGENCY GEAR BOTTLE FOUND PROPERLY SERVICED. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEED AND OPERATION CHECKS IAW CHAPTER 32-30-01, OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
