PORTABLE BREATHING EQUIPMENT SEALS ARE NOT ATTACHED. REINSTALLED EXISTING SERVICEABLE PORTABLE BREATHING EQUIPMENT WITH NEW SECURITY SEAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATI GENERAL MAINTENANCE MANUAL 9.10.

DURING CRUISE "FWD EQUIPMENT COOLING" DISPLAYED & CLEARED (3-5 MINUTES). SUBSEQUENT TO THE 1ST FAULT MESSAGE DISPLAY AND CLEARING, FWD EQPT OVHT ANNUNICIATED. IN CREW'S APPLICATION OF ATI QRH PROCEDURES FOR FWD EQPT OVHT MESSAGE. CABIN PRESSURE & CABIN PRESSURE INOP EICAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. CREW ELECTED DIVERSION TO KDEN. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON BEHALF OF ATI CREW. LANDING UNEVENTFUL & NO ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS NOTED. ON ARRIVAL, ACFT GROUNDED FOR INSPECTIONS & MX. BLEED AIR SUPPLY CONTROL PANEL REMOVED AND REPLACED PER BOEING 767-300 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL 36-11-26. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
AFTER REMOVAL OF THE LEFT WING LEADING EDGE SKIN, AN ELONGATED FASTENER HOLE WAS NOTED AT OSS 1017 THROUGH THE LEADING EDGE RIB AND THE UPPER LEADING EDGE SKIN PANEL SPLICE PLATE. THE ELONGATED HOLE WAS REAMED TO A TRUE AND ROUND CONDITION WITH A DIAMETER OF 0.4536â FROM A NOMINAL DIAMETER OF 0.309â.
#1 ENGINE INBD T/R FITTING HOUSING (POD FITTING) AROUND THE OPEN UP ACTUATORS ROD END HAS MULTIPLE COUGES
#1 ENGINE INBOARD THRUST REVERSER INTERNAL CORE COWL ZEE RIB IS DAMAGED, POSSIBLY FROM CONTACT WITH ENGINE COMPONENTS, ACTAUL CAUSE IS UNKNOWN. NO DAMAGE WAS FOUND ON THE ENGINE. THE TR DAMAGE IS 15 INCHES UP FROM THE LOWER BIFURCATION.
#2 PYLON SKIN AND BULLNOSE PANEL 441AT RUBBING AND CAUSED GOUGES ON THE SKIN AT THE FORWARD EDGE
R/H WING L/E SKIN JUST OTBD OF THE PYLON HAS 4EA HEAVILY GOUGED AREAS ON THE UPPER SUFACE IN LINE WITH #8 SLAT INBD ROTARY ACTUATOR TIEROD AND 1EA FASTENER MISSING THROUGH SKIN JUST INBD OF THE TELESCOPING TAI DUCT AND 9 DAMAGED FASTENER HOLES. BOTH INBOARD AND OUTBOARD SOLID LAMINATES HAVE DISBONDED/MISSING PLIES
LW LEADING EDGE SKIN IS GOUGED AT OB SIDE AFT OF #6 SLAT, 1.25 INCHES FROM THE INBOARD EDGE, 23 INCHES FROM THE AFT EDGE AND 1 INCH IN WIDTH
LW UPPER LEADING EDGE SKIN HAS 6 FASTENERS PULLED THRU THE SKIN JUST O/B OF O/B SLAT ROTARY ACTUATOR
RH MLG LOWER SIDE STRUT LINK AND LOWER LOCK LINKS ARE GOUGED DUE TO CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER. REWORK BLENDOUT OF LOWER STRUT LINK AREA 1- 3.675" LENGTH X 0.503" WIDTH, AREA 2- 3.555" LENGTH X 0.518 WIDTH
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE IN GSO, MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED STATIC DISCHARGE DAMAGE TO THE MID TRAILING EDGE OF THE LEFT-HAND WINGLET. THE DAMAGE WAS REMOVED WITH A 0.130-INCH EDGE BLEND PER REF /C/ AND FOUND TO BE BEYOND PUBLISHED LIMITS. THE TRAILING EDGE IS MADE FROM 7050-T7451 BARE PLATE PER AMS4050. THE WINGLET IS CLASSIFIED AS SECONDARY STRUCTURE
DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT BATTERY INOPERATIVE. EMERGENCY LIGHTING FLASHLIGHT BATTERY REMOVED AND REPLACED PER B767 AMM 25-64--02. DEFERRAL MAINTENANCE ITEM 50037 CLEARED.
ON INITIAL DESCENT WHEN THRUST LEVERS WERE STARTING TO GO TO IDLE, LT ENG EXHIBITED INTENSE COMPRESSOR STALL AT 36000. AFTER COMPRESSOR STALL, ENGINE PARAMETERS STAYED IN NORMAL RANGE. DECLARED EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT & ACFT GROUNDED. BORESCOPE INSPECTION IAW AMM 72-00-00 GOOD. NO DEFECTS. SUBSEQUENT TO THE COMPLIANCE OF B767 FAULT ISOLATION MANUAL (FIM) 71-05-FAULT TREE 848, PROPULSION INTERFACE MONITOR UNIT FLAGGED 155 19-A PS3 SEN DISAGREE, FIM 71-01-FAULT TREE 951 WQAR CARD REMOVED AND SENT TO ATI ENGINEERING FOR REVIEW & TECHNICAL SUPPORT. LT ENG POWER MANAGEMENT/ECU CONTROL R & R IAW AMM 73-21-15. POWER ASSURANCE TEST IAW AMM 71-00-00 SATIS. NO FAULTS. AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE.
