Maintenance disclosures
DURING CLIMB TO FL200 THE CABIN HI ALT MASTER WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CABIN RATE OF CLIMB INDICATED GREATER THAN 1000 FPM DONNED O2 MASKS AND DESCENDED TO 14,000. CYCLED LH & RH BLEED VALVES WITH NO CHANGE. ENSURED CABIN DUMP VALVE WAS CLOSED AND THE PRESSURE CONTROLLER WAS SET CORRECTLY. TESTED AIRCRAFT FLOW PACKS AND PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION CHECKS WITH PRESSURIZATION CART, ALL WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. REPLACED CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER AND COMPLETED SATISFACTORY CHECK FLIGHT, TESTING FOR MAX DIFF AND INDIVIDUALLY CHECKING FLOW PACKS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE PILOT REPORTED DURING A FLIGHT FROM KE91 TO KINW, DURING CRUISE PORTION OF FLIGHT, AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AND FUMES WERE NOTED IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN, WITH THE CREW OBSERVING LIGHT SMOKE. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT OF ORIGIN AND MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR P/N 90-384031-1 AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE AFTER A TEST FLIGHT.
DURING TIRE CHANGE FOUND SEVERAL BOLT HOLES CRACKED DURING ROUTINE EDDY-CURRENT INSPECTION OF BOLT HOLE AND TIRE BEAD SEAT AREAS. SUSPECT PROBABLY CAUSED BY OVERTORQUING OF TIE BOLTS DURING PAST TIRE CHANGES.
DURING TIRE CHANGE, FOUND SEVERAL BOLT HOLES CRACKED DURING ROUTINE EDDY-CURRENT INSPECTION OF BOLT HOLE AND TIRE BEAD SEAT AREAS.
