DURING INSPECTION, A 1 INCH CRACK WAS FOUND ON TOP OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. ALSO, A .25 INCH CRACK WAS FOUND SAME AREA, BUT ON BOTTOM SIDE OF HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. THE PART WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
