REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT OZONE CONVERTER. PERFORMED A LEAK CHECK, NO LEAKS NOTED. WORK COMPLETED IAW AMM 21-71-00. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE WATER SEPARATOR CONDENSER SOCK. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW ECS AND WATER SEPARATOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL4-404. NO FURTHER ODORS NOTED IN COCKPIT OR CABIN. COCKPIT ODOR - AT FL410 STARTED TO GET A JET EXHAUST ODOR IN THE COCKPIT. BOTH CREWMEMBERS STARTING EXPERIENCE NAUSEOUS SYMPTOMS. CONTINUED BUT STARTED AN EARLY DESCENT. ONCE BELOW 10,000FT, SYMPTOMS IMPROVED AND THE SMELL DISSIPATED. THE APU WAS OFF DURING THE ENTIRE EVENT. DEFINITELY NOT EXHAUST OR BAD SOCK OR MUSTY SMELL. SMELL WAS WORST AT HIGH POWER SETTING. WITH APU ON WHILE ON THE GROUND AND TAXI OUT WE COULD NOT SMELL ANYTHING UNUSUAL. REMOVED LT OZONE CONVERTER AND INSTALLED A NEW CONVERTER. REMOVED RT OZONE CONVERTER AND INSTALLED A NEW CONVERTER. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK, NO LEAKS NOTED. ALL WORK COMPLETED IAW AMM 21-71-00. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE WATER SEPARATOR CONDENSER SOCK WITH NEW. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW ECS AND WATER SEPARATOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL4-404. NO FURTHER ODORS NOTED IN COCKPIT OR CABIN. DURING THE REMOVAL OF THE LT MLG TRAILING LINK HINGE PIN FOUND THE ATTACHING CLEVIS POINTS TO BE CORRODED. REMOVED CORRODED LT MLG TRAILING LINK AND INSTALLED A NEW LINK.
REMOVED CRACKED VERTICAL STABILIZER ACCESS PANEL 340ER AND INSTALLED NEW P/N 5531005-3.
RIGHT ENGINE FIRE LIGHT DIMLY FLICKERED ON AND OFF OVER TEN TIMES ON APPROACH AND LANDING. ANTI-ICE ON OVER OFF MADE NO DIFFERENCE NOT DID MODERATE POWER TO IDLE. TROUBLESHOT THE R ENGINE FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM AND INSPECTED RT ENGINE FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM IAW AMM 26-11-00 WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. SWAPPED THE LEFT AND RIGHT FIRE DETECTION CONTROL UNITS FOR CONVENIENCE IAW AMM 26-11-02.
CENTER WING TO FUSELAGE, FWD ATTACH FITTING HAS DEEP CORROSION ON THE BOTTOM.
CLIMBING THRU 20,000 FT AT 220 KTS, THE PITCH ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE PFD. DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPILOT WHICH RESULTED IN THE ACFT PITCHING UP RAPIDLY. TRIM WAS ROLLED FULL FWD AT THE TIME. SLOWED ACFT & THE BACK FORCES DISAPPEARED BELOW 200 KTS. PITCH TRIM COULD NOT BE MOVED ANY FURTHER FWD DURING THE INCIDENT. IT APPEARED TO BE AT THE FWD STOP. TESTED PITCH SYSTEM USING MANUAL, ELECTRIC TRIM AND USING AUTOPILOT THUMBWHEEL AND COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS. CHECKED FOR ERROR CODES FROM THE LAST THREE FLIGHTS AND COULD NOT FIND ANY PITCH SYSTEM ERRORS. REMOVED & REPLACED IAC615. OPS CHECKS PERFORMED IAW MM 34-26-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD. LOAD CURRENT NAV DATABASE AND AIRCRAFT DATABASE. CONFIGURED THE FMU'S TO MATCH THE CONFIGURATION OF THE FMU'S THAT WAS REMOVED. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING ELEVATOR REMOVAL, NOTICED THAT A NUMBER OF ELEVATOR ATTACHMENT BEARINGS ARE FROZEN AND REQUIRE REPLACEMENT.
DURING A SHARP RT TURN AT TAXI, CO-PILOT`S RT BRAKE PEDAL LOST PRESSURE, & NEEDED TO BE PUMPED TO STOP ACFT FROM A 1 OR 2 MPH. CAPTAIN`S SIDE NEEDED A LOT OF MOVEMENT TO GET PRESSURE AFTER ACFT STOPPED. COPILOT`S RT PEDAL NEEDS A LOT MORE MOVEMENT TO GET PRESSURE THAN THE RIGHT. INSPECTED BRAKES, FOUND NORMAL, NO LEAKS NOTED. BLED BRAKES SYS IAW MM 32-44-00. OPS & LEAK CHECKED NORMAL.
FAILED TO GET LT MAIN GEAR LIGHT UPON EXTENDING MLG. JACKED A/C, REMOVED NR 2 ENG HYD PUMP TO FACILITATE HYD PWR W/ROBO MULE, REMOVED & REPLACED LT MLG ACTUATOR, SWING GEAR MULTIPLE TIMES NO DEFECT NOTED. DOWNJACKED A/C, REINSTALLED NR 2 ENGINE RAN, OPS & LEAK CHECKED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 560XLS MM 32-30-04, 32-01-00, 29-11-03-01, 7-10-01, 12-12-01
AFTER GEAR RETRACTION, UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. HYD PRESS AND STAB MISCOMPARE LIGHTS ALSO REMAINED ILLUMINATED. GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY. UNLOCK LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. STAB MISCOMPARE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. REMOVED AND REPLACED STBY AIRSPEED SWITCH AND TESTED IAW 27-40-00. LEAK TESTED STANDBY STATIC/PITOT SYSTEM IAW 34-11-09. GEAR OPERATES PROPERLY. PITOT/STATIC SYSTEM LEAK CHECK PERFORMED IAW FAR 91.411 ON 7-9-05.

PERFORMED STEP C1-C8 RETORQUED BOLTS IAW 560XL MM 56-11-00. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CABIN PRESSURIZATION LEAK CHECK IAW 560XL M.M. 21-30-00 STEP C1-C16, & C26-C29. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED JUMPER & RECONNECTED OUTFLOW VALVE, REMOVED PLUG FROM CABIN ALT. DIFF. PRESS. GUAGE, REMOVED SERVICE AIR CONNECTOR & RE-CAPPED LINE. OK TO CLOSE OUTFLOW VALVE ACCESS. OK TO INSTALL RAIN SHROUD
