MAIN DOOR SECONDARY SEAL: WITH APU ON AND BLEED AIR OFF THE ACOUSTIC SEAL IN DOOR FRAME INTERFERES WITH OPENING AND CLOSING MAIN CABIN DOOR. BINDING BETWEEN THE DOOR HARDWARE AND THE INFLATED SEAL. THE SEAL APPEARS DAMAGED IN ALL OF THE AREAS WHERE THERE IS BINDING. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED ACOUSTIC VALVE. PERFORMED OPS/LEAK CHECK IAW CE 560XLS AMM 52-10-04. ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
MAIN DOOR PRECATCH: INSIDE HANDLE OF PRECATCH SPINS FREELY AND CATCHES ON SIDE WALL. GAINED ACCESS TO MAIN ENTRY DOOR TRIM PANELS AND FOUND JAM NUT LOOSE TIGHTENED JAM NUT AND PRECATCH OPS CHECKS GOOD. RESECURED ALL MED TRIM PANELS NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. DURING TAXING OUT TO THE ACTIVE RUNWAY, WHILE ON A TAXIWAY, WE HAD A MASTER CAUTION, RESET ILLUMINATE ALONG WITH A LOW PRESSURE/ANTISKID INOP ILLUMINATE. THE BRAKE PEDALS WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AND WOULD NOT STOP THE AIRPLANE. WE STOPPED THE AIRCRAFT WITH PNEUMATIC BRAKES AND WERE CHOCKED ON THE TAXIWAY. RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST. CORRECTIVE ACTION; BLED THE LH AND RH BRAKES IAW CE-560XL MM 32-44-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO AIR IN THE LINES. REMOVED AND REPLACED CB HC113 "PWR BRKS" IAW CE-560XL MM 24-30-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK. TAXI CHECK GOOD.
POWER BRAKE CB: ABOUT 5 MINUTES INTO OUR TAXI FROM SIGNATURE TO RUNWAY 30 AT DULLES, JUST AS WE TURNED ON TAXIWAY ZULU GOT AN ANTI SKID ANNUNCIATOR ALONG WITH THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. WE ASKED TO GO TO RUNUP PAD AND AS WE PULLED IN GOT LOW BREAK PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR AND MAIN BRAKES FAILED. USED EMER BRAKE HANDLE TO BRING AIRCRAFT TO A STOP AND GOT TOWED BACK TO SIGNATURE. CORRECTIVE ACTION; INSPECTED THE GEAR/BRAKE PNEUMATIC BOTTLE AND FOUND THE PRESSURE AT 1850. VISUALLY INSPECTED THE BRAKE PUMP MOTOR AND WIRING. NO DEFECTS NOTED. WIRES SECURED AND NO LEAKS FROM PUMP. RESET THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND POWERED THE AIRCRAFT. BREAKER REMAINED SET AND THE PUMP BUILT CORRECT PRESSURE. ACTUATED THE BRAKES MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED SPLICES AND POWER WIRE (GREEN) SPLICE SUSPECT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ANTI-SKID PUMP MOTOR, PRESSURE VALVE, AND RELAY PER CE560XL AMM 32-44-10. BLED BRAKES PER CE560XL 32-44-00.
MAIN HYDRAULICS: UPON APPROACH INTO CHO WE ATTEMPTED TO BRING THE FLAPS TO 15ð AND THEY DID NOT MOVE. WE ATTEMPTED TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. THE HANDLE CAME DOWN. WE HAD A RED UNLOCK LIGHT AND DID NOT GET ANY LANDING GEAR THREE GREEN LIGHTS. WE ELECTED TO DIVERT TO IAD. WE RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLISTS AND LOWER THE LANDING GEAR MANUALLY. UPON LANDING, WE DID NOT HAVE SPEED BRAKES AND THE FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED A GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT FOR FLUID LEAKS , GEAR FOR DAMAGE OF LINKS AND PROX SWITCHES, CHECKED BRAKE AND AIRCRAFT HYD RESERVOIR FOR PROPER QUANTITY FOUND AIRCRAFT SAFE FOR OPERATION. REPLACED HYDRAULICS PCB CARD NZ016 PN 6618723-5 SN 0151. REPLACED HYDRAULIC LOADING VALVE. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS TO PERFORM GEAR SWING, PREFORMED GEAR SWING MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. ACTIVATED THRUST REVERSER EMERGENCY STOW SWITCH. PRESSURE ROSE TO A CONTINUOUS 1500 PSI.

AFTER SHUTTING MAIN CABIN DOOR, THE CABIN DOOR LIGHT REMAINS ILLUMINATED. INTTERMINTLY THE TOP CENTER AND BOTTOM CENTER LIGHTS ON THE CABIN DOOR INDICATORS REMAIN ON. REMOVED DEFECTIVE CABIN DOOR HANDLE LOCK SWITCH P/N G06-221-M-015 NSN. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW SWITCH P/N G06-221-M-015 NSN, ADJUSTED, AND OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL REF CE-560XL AMM 52-70-00.
MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR AFT "EXIT" LIGHT IS INOP. ALL OTHER LIGHTS WORK. ARRIVED AT AC. POWERED ON AC AND CONFIRMED DISCREPANCY. GAINED ACCESS TO LIGHT ASSEMBLY. FOUND WIRE BUNDLE HAS A WIRE TORN FROM SOCKET. CONNECTOR CONTACT WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT. TECH CONFIRMED 28V AND GOOD GROUND AL CONNECTOR SEPARATED WIRE. ADVISED MCC OF FINDINGS, PARTS WERE PLACED ON ORDER, TECHS WILL BE BACK TO MEET PART. POWERED DOWN AC AND SECURED FOR NIGHT. WORK DONE IAW AMM 33-50-02.

ON VISUAL INSPECTION DRIVEN OFF OF AAIP, FOUND CRACK IN LOWER TRAILING EDGE SKIN APPROXIMATELY 0.6 INCHES IN LENGTH. PERFORMED AN EXTERNAL DOUBLER REPAIR OVER THE DAMAGED AREA PER AQRD ERO-108091 REV IR DATED 5/3/23. CHECKED BALANCE OF FLIGHT CONTROL PRIOR TO REINSTALL.
EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR SURROUND DOUBLER WAS CHAFFED BY SCREWS ON THE INTERIOR OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT INTERIOR REVEAL PANEL. TWO OF THESE CHAFES WERE IN AN AREA WHERE A PREVIOUS REPAIR HAD BEEN ACCOMPLISHED FOR THE SAME ISSUE. REPAIR DOUBLERS WERE FABRICATED AND INSTALLED PER AQRD ERO-108092 REV IR DATED 5/3/23.

UNABLE TO CONTROL THE CABIN TEMP IN BOTH AUTO & MANUAL MODES. REMOVED CABIN TEMP CONTROL VALVE PIN 27241287-14 SIN 4BF2F BECAUSE OFNO CONTROL AND CODES ES AND E6. INSTALLED AN INSPECTED CABIN TEMP CONTROL VALVE PIN 27241287-14 SIN 9BW162F COMPLIED WITH SATISFACTORY OPS AND LEAK CHECKS. ABLE TO CONTROL THE CABIN TEMP IN AUTO & MANUAL MODES. OWERED UP AIRCRAFT & VERIFIED THERE ARE NO FAULT CODES ON THE TEMP CONTROLLER. COMPLIED WITH ANOTHER APU RUN & OPS & LEAK CHECKED WATERSOCK ASSY. CLOSED UP BAGGAGE FLOOR. RIGHT ENGINE FUEL FLOW: IN FLIGHT AFTER ACTUATING THE CROSSFEED FROM LEFT TANK TO RIGHT ENGINE THE RIGHT FUEL BOOST PUMP AMBER ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED STEADY AND REMAINED ILLUMINATED. CROSSFEED WAS TURNED OFF AND R FUEL BOOST AMBER REMAINED ILLUMINATED. APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES LATER A ROLLBACK OCCURRED ON THE RIGHT ENGINE ABOUT 15%. ITT CLIMBED THEN RECOVERED. A SECOND ROLLBACK OF APPROXIMATELY 50% OCCURRED WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINUTES WITH A HIGHER ITT THAT DID NOT RECOVER. A THIRD ROLLBACK MAY HAVE OCCURRED AS WE WERE DOING THE QRC INFLIGHT ENGINE SHUTDOWN. NO OTHER CAUTIONS ILLUMINATED. /// CORRECTIVE ACTION /// DURING ENGINE MAINTENANCE RUNS, SET THRUST LEVER TO T/O POWER AND ITT INITIALLY SETTLED AROUND 716-718 DEGREES, BUT CREPT UP TO ABOUT 725. BORESCOPE REVEALED CONSIDERABLE HOT SECTION DISTRESS TO INCLUDE AT LEAST5 EACH MISSING 1ST STAGE HPT BLADES. DURING ENGINE MAINTENANCE RUNS, UPON REACHING IDLE THE OIL PRESSURE DROPPED INTO THE RED FOR ABOUT 3 SECONDS UNTIL THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN BY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL. REMOVED RH ENGINE. INSTALLED OVERHAULED ENGINE COMPLIED WITH ALL LEAK, OPERATIONAL AND PERFORMANCE RUNS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. ALL ENGINE PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS. IAW CE-560XLS AMM71-00-03, 71-00-02, 71-00-01 AND PW545B EMM71-00-00.

EXPERIENCED COMPLETE FAILURE OF NORMAL BRAKE SYSTEM WITH ILLUMINATION OF MASTER CAUTION AND ANTI-SKID INOP ANNUNCIATOR. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF FLUID LEAK. BRAKE ACCUMULATOR IS FULL WITH CORRECT PRESSURE. ANTI-SKID WIRING HARNESSES SEEM TO BE INTACT. THERE ARE THREE FALT INDICATIONS IN LEFT NOSE AVIONICS BAY: RIGHT TRANSDUCER VALVE AND CONTROL UNIT. WHEN VIDEO SCREEN AT SEAT NR3 WAS INSTALLED, SMOKE BEGAN COMING FROM SOCKET AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER FROM BEHIND CLUB TABLE. SCREEN WAS REMOVED AND SMOKE DISSIPATED. SCREEN CONNECTOR PLUG IS BURNED. REMOVED DEFECTIVE SOCKET & INSTALLED A NEW SOCKET IAW IMM 25-20-15 & 1PC25-22-33.
FROM THE RT YOKE, IN FLIGHT WITH THE AUTOPILOT ON THERE IS A VIBRATION IN THE RT YOKE AND YOU CAN FEEL A VIBRATION IN THE FLOORBOARDS AT THE BASE OF THE YOKE. YOU CAN ALSO FEEL A GRINDING WITH FORE/AFT MOVEMENT OF THE RT YOKE.

ON APPROACH WITH FLAPS AT 15 (DEG) AND 175 KTS, GEAR DOWN WAS SELECTED. LEFT MAIN AND NOSE GEAR INDICATED GREEN LIGHTS. RIGHT MAIN DID NOT LIGHT UP. NO RED UNLOCKED LIGHT WAS SEEN. RECYCLED GEAR, GOT ALL THREE GREEN. BOTTLE WAS NOT BLOWN. REPEAT WRITE UP. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR IAW CE-560XLS M/M 32-30-04. JACKED ACFT AND CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES TO BLEED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM LANDING GEAR OPERATION WAS FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. VISUALLY INSPECTED FOR SECURITY AND RANG OUT RT GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH SR008 & UPLOCK S3 SWITCH, NO DISCREPANCIES WERE NOTED. NO DISCREPANCY WAS NOTED WITH LANDING GEAR OPERATION AT THIS TIME.
