WE RECIEVED AN ENG CNTRL FAULT R CAS MESSAGE DURING CRUISE. RAN THE QRH PROCEDURE BUT MESSAGE DID NOT CLEAR. POWERED UP ACFT VIA APU AND INTERROGATED CMC FOUND 2 FAULT CODES SA & SB. BOTH ISSUES HAPPENED AT CRUISE, CONTINUED. GAINED ACCESS TO DCU CONNECTOR IN BAGGAGE & DOWNLOADED BRC FILE FOR PWC TO REVIEW. RAN ENGINES & UNABLE TO DUPLICATE FAULT AT IDLE. PWC RESPONDED ENGINE WISE YOU CAN SWAP AND REMIRROR EEC'S AND DO SOME OPS CHECKS TO SEE IF THE ISSUE FOLLOWS. IF NOT, THIS RULES OUT THE ENGINE AND YOU WILL NEED TO GET WITH AND POSSIBLE SEND AN ARES DOWNLOAD TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE SYSTEM. RECEIVED SERVICEABLE CANNIBALIZE PART FROM NJA ( DONOR AIRCRAFT N957QS). INSPECTED RH FADEC CHANNEL A1 HARNESS, NO DAMAGE NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED RH FADEC CHANNEL A1 HARNESS AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED OPS CHKD, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REF. EMM 73-20-03, AMM 76-15-00. SEE STEPS FOR WORK DETAILS.
RECEIVED AN AMBER ENG CNTRL FAULT R CAS MESSAGE DURING OUR CLIMB TO CRUISING ALTITUDE. WE RAN THE QRH PROCEDURE BUT THE MESSAGE DID NOT CLEAR. REMOVED PZ012 DIODE MODULE AND INSTALLED NEW DIODE MODULE. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN OF RT ENGINE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 24-60-10 AND 71-00-05.
WITH EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARMED, SEAT 3 OVERHEAD & TOE KICK LIGHT AS WELL AS RIGHT OUTSIDE WING INSPECTION LIGHT INOPERATIVE. STARTED APU & DID A 30 MINUTE POWER CYCLE, SHUT DOWN THE AIRCRAFT AND THOSE LIGHTS STARTED WORKING AGAIN. THE AIRCRAFT WAS ONLY SHUT DOWN FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS BETWEEN FLIGHTS. REPLICATED FAULT FOR BOTH NR I & 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS. GAINED ACCESS TO AREAS, REMOVED OLD EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS, AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER-PROVIDED NEW EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS. ALL WORK DONE LAW AMM 33-50-06. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
EMER LIGHT OVER SEAT 10 IS NOT WORKING. WE HAVE TURNED THE EMER LIGHTS TO THE ARM POSITION AND THAT LIGHT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES NOT WORK. IT ALSO DOES NOT WORK WITH THE EMER SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: ARRIVED ON SITE AND GAINED ACCESS TO LIGHT AVER SEAT 10. TOOK PICTURES OR PN ON LIGHT ASST AND SENT TO MCC PER REQUEST LIGHT PLACED ON ORDER 08/10 CG ARRIVED ON SITE AND GATHERED NEW LIGHT ASSY FROM FBO. TEMP INSTALLED NEW LIGHT ASSY INTO AIRCRAFT FOR PRELIMINARY OPS CHECK. FOUND NEW LIGHT TO WORK INTERMITTENTLY, INSPECTED CONNECTOR & ROUND GROUND WIRE BROKEN AT PIN CONNECTOR, NEW LIGHT BAD FROM STOCK. SPOKE WITH MCC AND PLACED NEW LIGHT ON ORDER. 08/10 CG REMOVED FAULTY CABIN LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED NEW CABIN LIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW WDM 25-92-08. OPS CHKD GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER SEAT 10 IS COMPLETELY OUT IN THE EMERGENCY POSITION OR WITH THE MAIN BATTERYS ON. IT WAS ON INITIALLY BUT FLICKERED AND WENT OUT COMPLETELY. AFTER A COMPLETE POWER DOWN AND ANOTHER TEST ATTEMPTED THE LIGHT WAS STILL OUT. GAINED ACCES TO AIRCRAFT AND POWERED ON. PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTING OPS CHECK IAW AMM 33-50-00 PAR 2.D. FOUND READING LIGHT OVER RIGHT VANITY SEAT TO FLICKER WHEN AGITATED. GAINED ACCESS TO CONNECTOR AND FOUND IT REQUIRED DEANING AND ADJUSTMENT. CLEANED AND RECONNECTED PLUG, PERFORMED OPS CHECK SEVERAL MORE TIMES TO INDUDE COMPLETELY POWERING DOWN AIRCRAFT. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL MAINTENANCE DONE IAW AMM CHAPTER 33-50-00.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: HAD TO PERFORM EMER BATT RECHARGE PROCEDURE 2 MORNINGS IN A ROW. EMER LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH BATTERY THREE INCLUDING EXIT SIGN ABOVE SEAT 7 ARE NOT STAYING CHARGED AND TESTING PROPERLY IN THE MORNING.
FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: DURING CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHT TEST, SEATS 5 AND 8 FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. FOLLOWED CHARGING PROCEDURE, LIGHTS STILL INOP. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED #3 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED WORK IAW CE680A MM CH. 33-50-00.
DOOR HANDLE REQUIRES EXCESSIVE FOR TO MOVE THE LOCKING PINS. ICE ON DOOR SEAL. WENT FROM RAIN AND 60 DEGREES AND RAIN TO 5 DEGREES. CORRECTIVE ACTION; AIRCRAFT WAS IN THE HANGAR ALL NIGHT ALLOWING THE AIRCRAFT TO WA1111 UP. COMPLETED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR. NOTED THE THE SURROUNDING AREA WAS DAMPENED WITH WATER. DRIED SURROUNDING AREA WITH COMPRESSED AIR AND FANS. COMPLETED JUST A GENERAL OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR AND FOUND IT TO BE SATISFACTORY. WORK COMPLETED IRW CE-680A MM 52-10-00.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, PRI STAB TRIM FAIL AND AP FAIL CAS MESSAGES ILLUMINATED, THEN WE EXPERIENCED A NOSE-UP TRIM RUNAWAY, COUPLED WITH A TRIM SW FAULT L CAS MESSAGE. AIRPLANE WAS BARELY CONTROLLABLE WITH TWO PILOTS ON THE CONTROLS. RETURNED FOR EMERGENCY LANDING. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE L/R AUTOPILOT DISCONNECT SWITCHES IAW CE680A AMM 22M 10-50, OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
LAV EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT BURNED OUT. REMOVED SERVICEABLE EMER BATT #3 PIN CBS28-1 SIN 008133 AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE EMER BATT #3 IAW CE680A MM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GOOD. 2 FOR CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE REMOVED SERVICEABLE EMER BATT #4 PIN CBS28-1 SIN 1035M AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE EMER BATT #4 IAW CE680A MM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GOOD.
FOLLOWING EMER LIGHTS NOT ILLUMINATED DURING PREFLIGHT EMER LIGHT TEST: EXIT SIGN ON BULK HEAD ABOVE SEAT 7, OVERHEAD LIGHT IN LAV, AISLE PATH LIGHTS IN LAV. PERFORMED TC-FLT-33-1001 PER MCC'S REQUEST. ALL BATTERIES PASS TEST, MCC ELECTS TO RELEASE. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 33-50-00.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: EMERGENCY LIGHTING DROP AISLE LIGHT AT SEAT 3 IS INOPERATIVE. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED# 3 SEAT AND GAINED ACCESS TO BATTERY CHARGER SYSTEM PULLED SIDE WALL AND DRAWER UNDER SEAT. INSTALLED REPAIRED BATTERY CHARGER SYSTEM. POWERED UP APU TO CHARGE BATTERY FOR 45 MIN. POWERED DOWN APU AND TURNED BATTERIES OFF. OPS CHECKED LIGHTS AND ALL EMERGNCY LIGHTS OPS CHECKED GOOD. INSTALLED SEAT #3, SIDE WALL AND SEAT DRAWER. NO DEFECTS NOTED ALL WORK DONE IAW CE-700 AMM CH 33-50-00

COMPLIED WITH CHECKLISTS AND UNEVENTFUL LANDING // SIGNOFF // TROUBLE SHOT FOUND R/H UPLOCK SWITCH DEFECTIVE. REMOVED DEFECTIVE SWITCH AND INSTALLED NEW SWITCH. C/W RIGGING OF SWITCH, C/W RESET OF HYDRAULIC VALVE AND BLEEDING OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. OPERATIONAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED OUTER LOOP NOTING A COUPLE OF DEFECTS WITH ROUTING BUT NOTHING DAMNING. VERIFIED RESISTANCE VALUES FROM LT ENGINE OUTER LOOP, NOTING NO DEFECTS. ACCOMPLISHED INNER FIRE LOOP INSULTATION CHECKS, NO DEFECTS. NOTED PYLON CONNECTOR PD023 LOOSELY INSTALLED. INSPECTED PD023 CONNECTOR AND MATING CONNECTOR, NO DEFECTS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE FAULT. PERFORMED 3 MINUTE TAKE OFF POWER RUN, NO FIRE DETECT L CAS MESSAGES POSTED. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW AMM 24-60-35, 26-10-00, 26-10-05-01, WDM 26-10-30-01 & EMM 26-10-01.

ALLOWED AIRCRAFT TO SIT FOR 15 MINS THEN PROCEEDED TO PERFORM ANOTHER 7 CYCLES NO CAS MESSAGES OR WARNINAS CLISPLAYED. CYCLED AND MOVED ALL CONTROL SURFACES TO BLEED AIRCRAFT HYDRAULIC SVSTEM.
