LEFT ENGINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALL: AFTER DEPARTURE AND DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 5000 FEET. THE LEFT ENGINE HAD A SUDDEN LOUD BANG, FOLLOWED BY HEAVY VIBRATION IN THE LEFT ENGINE. NO INDICATION OF FIRE OR OTHER TYPE OF MALFUNCTION WAS PRESENT ON THE CAS SYSTEM. AT THE TIME OF THE LOUD BANG AND VIBRATION I NOTED THE LEFT ITT EXCEEDED 950ð BOTH THE INDICATOR AND TEMPERATURE INDICATION TURNED RED. THE VIBRATION WAS STILL PRESENT EVEN AFTER A FEW SECONDS I.E. ELECTED TO REDUCE THE THROTTLE TO SEE IF WE COULD LESSEN THE VIBRATION. THE VIBRATION WAS STILL PRESENT AND THE ENGINE DID ROLL BACK TO 30% N1. HOWEVER, SHORTLY AFTER WE NOTED, THE LEFT ENGINE WAS IDLING AT 60% N2. THE VIBRATION WAS STILL PRESENT, EVEN AT FLIGHT IDLE. WE ELECTED TO DO AN IN-FLIGHT ENGINE SHUT DOWN. WE DID SHUT DOWN THE LEFT ENGINE. AFTER THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN, WE RETURNED UNEVENTFULLY TO WEST PALM BEACH. UPON EXITING THE AIRCRAFT LATER, NO DAMAGE OR DISCOLORATION OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE WAS NOTED ON THE ENGINE COWLING NO FLUIDS WERE LEAKING OR STAINING THE EXTERIOR OF THE COWLING. REPLACED LH ENGINE. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CE-680A AMM 71-00-05 AND PW306D1 EMM 71-00-00.
FOUND POTTY DECK CORRODED ON UNDER SIDE. REMOVED CORRODED SKIN FROM UNDER POTTY DECK AND INSTALLED A NEW SKIN FROM .032 2024 T3 ALUMINUM ALLOY USING EA9394 ADHESIVE. COMPLIED WITH POTTY DECK REPAIR RFTS-112244 REV 0, DATED 12 NOV 24. TOILET SEAT PANEL CORROSION. THIS IS A PERMANENT MINOR REPAIR.
IN THE DESCENT THROUGH 10,000 FT, BOTH CREW NOTICED LT OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR TURNED AMBER AS OIL PRESSURE DECREASED. RAN THE CHECKLISTS, OIL PRESSURE CONTINUED TO DECREASE UNTIL TURNING RED & RED OIL PRESSURE LOW L CAS MESSAGE APPEARED. DID A PRECAUTIONARY ENGINE SHUTDOWN AS INSTRUCTED BY APPROPRIATE CHKLST & DIVERTED SAFELY TO BDL. OIL IS SEEN LEAKING OUT OF ENG COWLING & TRAILING BEHIND ONTO THE FUSELAGE AND TAIL. REMOVED AND REPLACED HMU PAD SEAL. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW EMM 05-50-01, 72-60-01 AND 71-00-00.

REPAIR OF LH/RH CENTER FAIRING SUPPORTS CRACKS. NJA EO WC C68-53-0003_1 DATED: 02/15/2019, LH/RH CENTER FAIRING SUPPORT SPLICE STRAP REPAIR.
AFTER PREFLIGHT WHERE ALL SYS TESTED NORMAL, TAXIED OUT OF RAMP. ON FIRST BRAKE CHECK OF CHECKLIST BOTH HAD BREAKS. AFTER ABOUT 200 YRDS TAXING THE "ANTISKID INOP" LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. TRYED TO RESET (IAW CHECKLIST) BUT IT POPPED IMMEDIATELY SO STARTED TAXIING BACK TO RAMP. THEN "LO BRAKE PRESS" STARTED FLASHING AND HAD NO BRAKES. WAS TAXIING SLOWLY AND STOPPED THE ACFT WITH THE EMERGENCY BREAK HANDLE. REMOVED AND REPLACE POWER BRAKE MOTOR WITH NEW. ALSO INSTALLED AND OVERHAULED PRESSURE SWITCH. BLED THE BRAKE SYSTEM. WORK IAW MM 32-42-06. OPERATIONAL & LEAK CHECK GOOD.
DURING A PHASE B-INSPECTION, OPERATOR REQUESTED, INSPECT THE AFT ELEVATOR TRIM CABLES. UPON INSPECTION FOUND BROKEN WIRES, TOOK CABLE TENSIONS, FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS AND CABLE WAS CENTERED IN PULLEY. THE CABLE WAS REMOVED AND LOOP TEST SHOWED MORE BROKEN WIRES. THE WEAR ON THE CABLE APPEARS TO BE IN THE SAME LOCATION THAT WE FOUND ON THE PREVIOUS SDRS SUBMITTED. THAT BEING 0 TO 2 DEGREES TAB DOWN AND FRAYED AREA CENTERED ON PULLEY. AN SCR HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO MFG UNDER NR 250168.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL MASTER CAUTION ILLUMINATED TRIGGERED BY RIGHT ENGINE FUEL FILTER BY-PASS ANNUNCIATOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT FUEL FILTER IAW P&W 545 MM CHAPTER 73-10-07. LEAK CHECK GOOD, FILTER INSTALLED IS NEW. OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY.
PERFORMED AILERON WING CABLE INSPECTION PER CESSNA ASL560XL-27-12, FOUND CABLES CHAFED AGAINST WING ACCESS COVE ASSEMBLY, FOUND ALL FOUR CABLES FRAYED/BROKEN BEYOND MANUFACTURER'S LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT WING AILERON CABLES IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 27-10-03.
DURING FLIGHT FMS CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED AND ELECTRICAL ODOR WAS PRESENT IN COCKPIT. - INSPECTED COCKPIT AND FOUND CDU INOPERATIVE, REPLACED UNIT IAW WITH CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 34-10-00.
