SUBSEQUENTLY THE MLG DOOR WAS SENT FOR REPAIR UNDER RO2060418 (WO:W13081). ASSESSED THE DAMAGE AND DEVELOPED A REPAIR TO RESTORE THE OUTER CONTOUR TO WITHIN ORIGINAL OEM LIMITS. THE REPAIR CONSISTS CUTTING SKIN IN WARPED LOCATION AND PERFORMING A COMPOSITE REPAIR USING MLG DOOR MOLD NO TOOL-046. ALL REPAIR SCHEMES ARE BASED ON REVERSE ENGINEERING RESULTS FOR THIS P/N & S/N TO DETERMINE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF PLIES, THE TYPE & ORIENTATION. SINCE THE REPAIR RESTORES THE CONTOUR TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON FIT, FORM, FUNCTION OR STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY. FLT 676 LAX-JFK, RI DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE AFT MOUNT BOTTLE PULL STRAP SPRING DISENGAGED. REMOVED AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE R1 DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE MOUNT BOLT ASSY IAW AMM 25-62-44. NO OTHER FAULTS NOTED.

FOUND VDU AT SEAT 10C SCREEN BLACK NO DISPLAY. REMOVED AND REPLACED VDU AT 10C IAW AMM 23-39-00 AND FOUND SLIGHT DISTORTION IN DISPLAYED VIDEO. REMOVED AND REPLACED SEB AT 10C OER AMM 23-39-00. VDU 10C OPERATES NORMAL. OPERATED SYSTEM FOR 2 HOURS. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

FOUND STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR COMING FROM COFFEEMAKER. REMOVED & REPLACED COFFEEMAKER 508 PER AMM 25-35-15. OPS CHECK GOOD.
