WE RAN THE QRH WHICH CLEARED THE ASSOCIATED CAS MESSAGES AND WE DID NOT ATTEMPT ANOTHER CROSSFEED UNTIL AFTER LANDING, AT WHICH POINT THE CROSSFEED FUNCTIONED NORMALLY

MLG: GEAR DISAGREE L CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED WITH A LEFT X ON THE INDICATORS. THIS HAPPENED AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN THE LANDING. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED LH MLG UPLOCK SWITCH IAW CE-680A AMM 32-32-25. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
COCKPIT ODOR: NOTICED OIL SMELL THROUGH VENTS WITH APU BLEED AIR ON. WORSE IN THE COCKPIT THAN CABIN. CORRECTIVE ACTION; C/W NJA TC-C68A-21-181006MR3 ECS BLEED AND TRIM AIR DUCT BURN PROCEDURE. REPLACED HEPA FILTER IAW CE-680A MM-21-70-10. NO FURTHER SMELL NOTED AFTER REPLACING FILTER.

EMERGENCY LIGHTS ABOVE MAIN CABIN DOOR AND TOE KICK LIGHT TURNED OFF. PERFORMED TEST OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN REF. TO CE680AS AMM 33-50-00. OPS CHECK AOOD. RE INSTALLED COCKPIT CENTER PEDESTAL PANEL 244BR. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION.

RESECURED DUCTING IAW CE-560XL MM CHAP 21-51-00. OPS/LEAK CHECK GOOD. POWERED UP AC ELECTRICAL AND AVIONICS SYSTEMS. OPENED NOSE AVIONICS BAYS, AND INSPECTED FOR ANY FAILED COMPONENTS AND ODORS.NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED COCKPIT PEDISTAL, CB PANELS, AND INSTRUMENT PANELS FOR FAILED COMPONENTS OR ODORS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. POWERED UP CABIN LIGHTITNG AND ENTERTAINEMENT SYSTEMS. NO FAILURES OR ODORS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH NJA TC-5XL-21-120902M, ENVIROMENTAL CONTROLE SYSTEM (ECS) DUCT BURNOUT AS REQUIRED. LEFT MLG INDICATOR LIGHT FAILED TEST - UPON GEAR EXTENSION INTO KMIA, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. WE DID AN EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION AFTER A FAILED GEAR LIGHT TEST. WE HAD A MOMENTARY GEAR HORN CHIRP IN THE AIR AND ON THE GROUND AFTER WE LANDED AND CLEARED THE RUNWAY. WE THEN SHUT DOWN AND WERE TOWED IN. ADDITIONAL INFO CORRECTIVE ACTION: RELAMPED BOTH DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION LAMPS.
STRINGER 15L, BS 580 WAS FOUND CRACKED AT AFT END IN THE AFT MOST TAIL COMPARTMENT.
STRONG ODOR OF EXHAUST EXPERIENCED DURING CRUISE FLIGHT. TURNED THE BLEED SOURCE TO THE LEFT SIDE ONLY AND THE ODOR WENT AWAY. AFTER 10 MINUTES, PUT THE BLEED SOURCE ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND THE ODOR RETURNED. BORESCOPED FRONT CORE OF ENGINE AND REAR TURBINE SECTION. REMOVED BOV AND BORESCOPED COMPRESSOR AREA WITH NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND AT THIS TIME. REMOVED NOSE CONE AND INSPECTED FANSHAFT AND FOUND NO OIL PRESENT. REINSTALLED NOSE CONE. PERFORMED ENGINE GROUND RUNS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM71-00, 72-00, AND 75-30.

ON LANDING, BETWEEN 90 & 40 KNOTS, LT ANTI-SKID ACTIVES & ACFT PULLED TO THE LT. REMOVED LT MLG WHEEL ASSEMBLY & INSPECTED BRAKE ASSEMBLY. FOUND EXCESSIVE CARBON & DIRT, CLEANED ASSEMBLY WITH ALCOHOL & DRY COMPRESSED AIR, INSPECTED DISCS FOR AIR & NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED ANTI-SKID SIGNALS & FOUND NO FLAGS, TAXI ID AC & FOUND NO DEFECTS. ALL WORK IAW MM 32-41-00 & 32-42-00.
TOTAL LOSS OF BRAKE PRESSURE DURING TAXI, USED EMERGENCY BRAKE LEVER TO STOP ACFT. FLUID LEAKING FROM NOSE GEAR. TROUBLESHOT, BLED AND SERVICED BRAKE SYS. REPLACED PRESSURE SWITCHES, MOTOR, PUMP AND ANTI-SKID CONTROL VALVE, RELAY, COUPLING AND PACKINGS IAW MM 32-44-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
LEADING RT EDGE OF RUDDER HAS A CRACK AROUND RIVET HEAD LOWER SECTION
WITH LANDING GEAR RETRACTED, RED UNLOCK AND HYD PRESSURE ANNUNIATORS ILLUMAINTED. WITH LANDING GEAR EXTENDED, NO UNLOCK LIGHT OR HYD PRESS ANNUCIATOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. INSPECTION FOUND BRACKETS ON NOSE GEAR WHICH HOLD THE CROSS BAR FOR THE UPLOCK TO BE BENT. R & R PISTON FORK ASSY. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK IAW MM 32-20-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
BOTTOM OF RIGHT INBD FLAP HAS SOFT SPOT FROM IMPACT DAMAGE.
RUDDER TRIM TAB HAS EXCESSIVE PLAY.
DURING CRUISE THE PITCH TRIM JAMMED/FROZE IN THE CRUISE POSITION. REMOVED OLD GREASE AND MOISTURE FROM TRIM ACTUATORS AND APPLIED NEW GREASE. OPS CHECKS GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CH 12-21-01 OF MM. ACCESSED TRIM CABLES IN TAILCONE, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. OPERATED TRIM, OPS CHECKED GOOD WITH NO BINDING OR JAMMING. ACCESSED TRIM ACTUATORS AND FOUND GREASE LIKE MUD AND WITH MOISTURE. FLUSHED ACTUATORS WITH NEW GREASE. INSPECTED CHAIN AND SPROCKET. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW CHAPTER 12-21-01 OF THE MM. CLOSED ACCESS PANEL.
RESIDUAL BRAKE FLUID WAS FOUND ON LT BRAKE LINE AND THREADS. WHEN DEPRESSING BRAKE PEDALS, PEDALS FEEL SOFT AND BOTTOM OUT TO THE STOPS, THEN MASTER CAUTION WITH LOW BRAKE PRESSURE ANTISKID INOP ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATES. BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR LEVEL IS GOOD AND BRAKE BYTE INDICATORS DISPLAY GOOD. COULD NOT DUPLICATE IAW DECIDED TO CHANGE LOW PRESSURE SWITCH. REMOVED SUSPECT SWITCH INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED SWITCH, BLED SYS. TAXIED ACFT. OPS LEAK AND TAXI CHECK GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM CHAPTERS 32-42-06 AND 32-44-00.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSP, FOUND THE LANDING ACTUATOR CHAFING STIFFENER P/N 6621211-25 LOCATED IN RT MAIN GEAR WELL. CONTACTED MFG FIELD ENGINEERS, DISCOVERED THE THE LT SIDE STIFFENER WAS INSTALLED ON THE RT SIDE FROM THE FACTORY. INSTALLED CORRECT STIFFENER AND CLEARANCES WERE GOOD.
LT MLG INDICATED AN UNSAFE CONDITION AFTER GEAR WAS EXTENDED NORMALY. REMOVED THE LT MLG ACTUATOR AND REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED ACTUATOR (TOTAL CYCLES 3103) IAW THE MM 32-30-04. OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
WHILE ON DOWNWIND GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, WE DID NOT HAVE A GREEN LIGHT FOR LT MAIN. WE HAD PROPER INDICATION FOR RT MAIN AND NOSE (GREEN) AND RED UNSAFE. GEAR WAS CYCLED AND 3 GREEN LIGHTS WERE OBSERVED, NO FURTHER ISSUES AROSE. REPLACED LT MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR WITH INSPECTED UNIT IAW MM CH 32-30-04 AND SEVERAL GEAR RETRACTIONS IAW MM CH 32-30-00.
RT MLG WOULD NOT EXTEND WHEN GEAR HANDLE WAS LOWERED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION WAS EXECUTED AND THE BOTTLE PRESSURE WAS USED TO SECURE THE GEAR. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND SOME CORROSION ON THE UPLOCK ACTUATOR SPRING AND GLIDER. REMOVED RT MLG UPLOCK ACTUATOR, SPRING, AND HARDWARE. INSTALLED A NEW RT MAIN LANDING GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR, A NEW SPRING, AND NEW HARDWARE. FUNCTION CHECKED AND LEAK CHECK RT MAIN LANDING GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR. SYSTEM CHECK'S OUT OK. IAW MM 32-01-00 WDM 32-30-01 AND 32-60-01.
ON APPROACH SELECTED GEAR DOWN ONLY THE NOSE CAME DOWN WITH A CORRESPONDING NOSE DOWN & LOCKED GREEN LIGHT INDICATION, RED UNSAFE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED & BOTH MAINS WOULD NOT EXTEND. CYCLED GEAR HANDLE ONE TIME GEAR OPERATED NORMALLY ON 2ND TRY. JACKED AIRCRAFT, PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE LANDING GEAR, NO FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED THE NOSE AND MAIN LANDING GEAR EXTENSION & RETRACTION PROCEDURE IAW THE CE-560XL MM CH 32-30, ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. ACTUATED AND LUBRICATED ALL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION & RETRACTION SWITCHES. REMOVED AIRCRAFT FROM JACKS.
