WING ANTI ICE WAS OFF AT TIME OF MESSAGE.C: MEL 30-11-0 DEFERRED DUE TO HISTORY AND RECENT REPLACEMENT OF SLAT 2 TEMP SENSOR.CAT C DUE 07 JUN 26 (FLIGHT 5208 - FILED OPEN)MAY 28, 2026 STATION: GJT--TROUBLESHOT IN REFERENCE TO FIM 30-11-02. INTERROGATED CMC AND FOUND MULTIPLE HITS ON FAULT CODE 30115009AM1 INDICATING THE LH SLAT OUTBOARD TEMP SENSOR FAILING ON BOTH CHANNELS ONE AND TWO. PILOT WRITE UP STATES WING ANTI-ICE WAS OFF AT TIME OF MESSAGE. SUSPECT FAULTY TEMP SENSOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LH SLAT OUTBOARD TEMP SENSOR IN REFERENCE TO AMM 30-11-02. OPS CHKD GOOD.
BOTH R1 DOOR SLIDE FITTING AFT AND FWD FITTING HAS BROKEN SPRING REMOVED AND REPLACED SPRING AT R1 DOOR SLIDE FITTING ON AFT AND FWD FITTING REF ERJ 175 AMM 53-10-25-400-804-A
ON APPROACH INTO EGE, DESCENDING THROUGH 9000 FT, FIRST THE AUTO THROTTLES DISENGAGED, FOLLOWED BY A COMPLETE LOSS OF GPS, FMS, ACARS, AND ALL NAVIGATION INSTRUMENTATION. CLIMBED OUT USING RAW DATA, AND WAS VECTORED ALL THE WAY BACK TO DENVER. DURING THE FLIGHT BACK, ACARS AND FMS RETURNED. WE WERE ABLE TO RESTORE AUTO THROTTLES AND AUTO PILOT. STAYED IN MANUALLY SPEEDS UNTIL BEGINNING THE APPROACH. WHEN I RETURNED TO FMS SPEEDS, WE EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURES AGAIN. THE FAILURES CONTINUED TO THE RUNWAY. LANDED SAFELY, AFTER WHICH SYSTEMS CAME BACK ON LINE. (FLIGHT 5252 - FILED CLOSED) REMOVED AND REPLACED PROC MOD 5, MAU 3 NIC 1 PER ERJ-175 AMM 31-41-04. PERFORMED TARGET UPLOAD PER ERJ-175 AMM 45-45-00. UPLOAD SUCCESSFUL AND OPS CHECK GOOD AND NO MESSAGES PRESENT AT THIS TIME.
BIRD STRIKE ON RIGHT SIDE OR NOSE CONE.INSPECTED IMPACT AREA AND FOUND DENT MEASURING 3.75"L X 2"W X 0.123"D 0.50" AFT OF FR02 BETWEEN STRG 04R AND STRG 06R RT FWD FUSELAGE AFT OF RADOME. DENT IS CREASED, NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED. REF EAML 1241358 FOR BIRD STRIKE INSP
