AFTER TAKE OFF FROM ELP NOTICED A SLIGHTLY UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF AILERON TO MAKE A TURN AND RETURN TO STRAIGHT AND LEVEL. UPON DESCENT WITH SPEED BRAKE DEPLOYED, THE AELERON DEFLECTED FULL RIGHT. UPON LANDING HAD TO USE FULL DEFLECTION TO MAINTAIN CENTERLINE. ON THE APPROACH HAD TO USE AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF AILERON TO KEEP WINGS LEVEL.
FL 370 ENGINE # 2 STARTED A HIGH VIBRATION AND N1 DROPPED ABOUT 47 PERCENT ON ITS OWN, RAN QRH THEN THE OIL TEMP STARTED TO INCREASING. PERFORM INFLIGHT ENGINE SHUT DOWN.
1. FIRE DETECTED IN AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT IN CRUISE FLT AT FL400, AS PER QRH DISCHARGED FIRE SUPPRESSION BOTTLE, DIVERTED TO KELP. REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 CARGO FIRE CONTROL PANEL IAW AMM 26-00-00 OPS CHECK GOOD. 2. FIRE DETECTED IN AFT CARGO COMPARTMENTON THE GROUND AT KELP ISSUED COMMAND TO EVACUATE, RI SLIDE DEPLOYED. REPLACED R1 SLIDE AND CARGO FIRE SUPRESSION COMPONENTS ON LP-105800, 104651
EMERGENCY LIGHTS FWD STA 348 ESCAPE SLIDE LIGHT, AISLE LIGHT STA 507 RH, AISLE LIGHT STA 896 LH ARE INOP. REMOVE AND REPLACED EMERGENCY ASSY LIGHT PACK, PERFORMED OPS CHECK ON EMERGENCY LIGHT GOOD. BATTERY PACK M-1674 PER AMM 33-51-06 FOR STA 348, STA 507, AND STA 896.
L/H OVER WING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT INOP.. REMOVED AND REPLACED L/H EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK (M1694 STA. 565 WL.213 LBL 68) PERFORMED OPS CHECK, NORMAL PER 737-800 AMM 33-51-06.
L1 DOOR CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP.. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD CELLING EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK. PERFORMED OPS CHECK IS NORMAL PER B 737-800 AMM 33-51-06

DISCREPANCY: FWD RT OVERWING EXIT LIGHT (INTERIOR) HAS 3 BULBS BURNT OUT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: RELAMPED 3 MINI BULBS AT RT FWD INSIDE OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN IAW AMM 33-51-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
GIRT BAR SLIDE (ESCAPE) DOOR L1 DOSE NOT ENGAGE WITH DOOR STOP ASSY. GIRT BAR DOOR L1 ESCAPE SLIDE REMOVED AND INSTALLED IAW AMM 25-66-01. GIRT BAR ALIGNED AND ENGAGE PROPERLY NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
DISCREPANCY: EMERGENCY LIGHT OUT AT LT O/H BIN AT STA 727. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY PACK AT STA 727L+13 IAW AMM 33-51-06, OPS CHECK GOOD.
RT OVERHEAD BIN AT STA 727 EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY PACK AT STA 727 FOR OVERHEAD BIN LIGHTS RT AFT IAW AMM 33-51-06.
ENGINE FIRE LOOP A ILLUMINATED IN FLT. BOTH LOOPS INOPERATIVE. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.
