AIRCRAFT WAS STRUCK BY LAS VEGAS OPERATIONS ESCORT PICKUP TRUCK (SECURITY). AIRCRAFT WAS STATIONARY AND WAS STRUCK FROM BEHIND AT THE AFT RIGHT WING AREA. THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT CHOCKED BUT WAS HOOKED UP TO A TUG (ELECTRO). THE IMPACT HAS DAMAGED THE RIGHT AILERON, RIGHT AFT SIDE OF THE WING, AND THE RIGHT WING TIP REMOVED DAMAGED AILERON AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLED AILERON. PERFORMED AILERON CONTROL SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT/TEST, OPS CHECK GOOD. IN REF TO CE 680A MM 57-60-05. NO DEFECTS NOTED. DURING POWER ON CHECKLIST EMER LIGHTS WOULD NOT TEST. WE DID THE AFM PROCEDURE FOR CHARGING THE BATTERIES. AFTER COMPLETED THE EMER LIGHTS WOULD WORK WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION BUT NOT IN THE ARM POSITION. INGESTED A SEAGULL AT ROTATION INTO THE LEFT ENGINE. THERE IS AT LEAST ONE VISIBLY DAMAGED FAN BLADE. COMPLIED WITH BORESCOPE INSPECTION AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF BIRD INGESTION THROUGH THE CORE OF THE ENGINE; SIX DAMAGED FAN BLADES REMOVED LT ENGINE. INSTALLED REPAIRED ENGINE. COMPLIED WITH WITH POST ENGINE INSTALLATION LEAK & OPS CHECKS, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED IAW AMM 71-00-00 & EMM 71-00-00.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. DOOR LIFTS TO THE END OF THE FULL CYCLE BUT HANDLE CANNOT BE CLOSED FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. FEELS LIKE THERE IS MECHANICAL BINDING INSIDE THE LATCHING MECHANISM. RAN QRH DOOR RESET PROCEDURE BUT NO AVAIL. THERE IS A BINDING ALONG WITH AN AUDIBLE NOISE IN THE CONTROL YOKE WHEN MOVING THE AILERONS LEFT AND RIGHT. DURING OCF FOR DUEL ENGINE CHANGE - RETURNED TO AIRPORT BEFORE ANY OCF ITEMS WERE CHECKED. REMOVED HEAD ASSEMBLY FROM YOKE FOUND BEARING TO BE SLIGHTLY DISPOSTION, REALIGNED AND INSTALLED HEAD ASSEMBLY, USED BOREOSCOPE TO DO A FEED THRU INSPECTION ON CONTROL COLUMN NO DEFECTS NOTED. DURING PHASE 1-4 INSPECTION FOUND LOWER OUTBOARD BARREL SUPPORT BRACKETS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY DURING MANUFACTURE.
ON TAXI IN, GROUND PERSONNEL NOTICED THE LT WHEEL WELL HAD A FIRE, FLIGHT CREW DID NOT NOTICE ANY GRINDING, PULLING, OR VIBRATION INDICATING A PROBLEM. INSPECTED LT MAIN LANDING GEAR AND SURROUNDING WING AREA FOR DAMAGE, NONE NOTED. REMOVED LT MAIN WHEEL ASSY P/N 9912487-1, S/N 0410, TIRE P/N M13701, S/N 3296A051, LT MAIN BRAKE ASSY REMOVED P/N 2-1601-1, S/N 0532. INSTALLED OVERHAULED BRAKE ASSY. INSTALLED REPAIRED WHEEL ASSY P/N 3-1571-2, S/N 0987. WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 560XL MM 32-42-00, 32-42-01, 32-42-02.
ON APPROACH, BROUGHT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN BOTH ANTI-SKID INOP AND LOW BRAKE PRESSURE ANNUNCIATORS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. CYCLED THE GEAR AND RAN THE CHECKLIST, THE POWER BRAKES CB WAS IN WHEN RUNNING THE CHECKLIST. EMERGENCY BRAKES WERE USED TO STOP AIRCRAFT. UNDER INVESTIGATION.
AFTER TAKE OFF FROM FFC NOSE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, DIVERTED TO ATL AND LANDED SAFELY. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
