CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED ALL 4 EXISTING EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES DUE TO ONE FAILED AND INSTALLED 4 NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES IAW MM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
DURING LANDING ROLLOUT <65KTS WE HEARD AN AUDIBLE CLICK (ASOSCIATED WITH MAIN CABIN DOOR ENTRY HANDLE RED BUTTON BEING PRESSED) FOLLOWED BY AN AMBER CAS "CABIN DOOR OPEN" MESSAGE. MESSAGE REMAINED ILLUMINATED UNTIL BLOCK IN & SHUTDOWN. ALL 6 DOOR PIN FLAGS WERE VERIFIED BEFORE OPENING THE CABIN DOOR. APPEARS MAIN CABIN DOOR INTERIOR HANDLE MAY BE LOOSE ENOUGH TO TRIP A SENSOR AS WE WERE ABLE TO RECREATE THE PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR CLOSED AND HANDLE IN THE LATCHED POSITION. FOUND NO FAULT CODES PRESENT. USING LIVE DATA VIEW TECHS GAINED ACCESS TO MED MONITOR PCB & PERFORMED OPS &FUNCTIONAL CHECKS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. A GVI OF PROX SWTICH SC007 FOUND SLIGHT DAMAGE FROM CONTACT WITH ROTARY SOLENOID TARGET SWTICH. REMOVED SWITCH & INSTALLED NEW SWTICH IAW AMM 52-70-10. PERFORMED A GVI OF REMAINING MED PROX SWITCHS & RIGGING, NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW 52-70-10. VERIFIED ALL MED HANDLE ASSY'S ARE PROPERLY TORQUED IAW AMM 52-10-15 AND 52-10-16. INSPECTED CABIN DOOR THRESHOLD HARNESS AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF MOISTURE ON CONNECTOR/PINS AND FOUND IMPROPER ROUTING CAUSING CABIN DOOR THRESHOLD HARNESS PC027 TO STRESS HARNESS WIRING RIPPING THE CONNECTOR INSULATION AND PULLING THE CONNECTOR PINS. REMOVED CABIN DOOR THRESHOLD HARNESS & INSTALLED NEW HARNESS IAW AMM 52-10-00.AFTER R & R HARNESS DURING OPS CHECKS TECHS HEARD THE ROTARY SOLENOID BECOME EXTREMELY INTERMITTENT LOCKING & UNLOCKING RAPIDLY. TECHS DISASSEMBLED DOOR TO PERFORM AN ADDITIONAL INSPECTION. TECHS FOUND SPLICE AC015 & AC026 OF SWITCH NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED. PROPERLY LOCKED SPLICES IAW SPM 20-30-25. PERFORMED OPS & FUNCTIONAL CHECKS IAW AMM 52-10-00. OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED.

GEAR POSITION & WARNING: DURING CRUISE GSD FAIL 2 CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. QRH PROCEDURES WERE COMPLETED WITH THE LANDING GEAR BLOWDOWN. REMOVED AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED GSD41 IN THE #2 POSITION. UPLOADED SOFTWARE AS REQUIRED . GDS41 OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. IAW: CE-680A MM 31-40-10,31-40-00
ON DESCENT, WITH CABIN DIFF PRES AT 2.3, A LOUD SQUEAL FROM LT SIDE OF CABIN. ASSUME IT IS MAIN DOOR SEAL. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ON CLIMB OUT, ONLY DESCENT. WE WERE LEVEL AT 6000' WITH 2.3 DIFF PRESS FOR QUITE A WHILE, & SQUEALED ENTIRE TIME. PERFORMED GVI OF MAIN CABIN DOOR SEAL & FOUND NO DEFECTS. FOUND WATER POOLED UP AT BOTTOM OF MAIN DOOR SEAL CLEANED AREA & PARTIALY REMOVED LOWER SEAL TO INSPECT FOR DAMAGE. NO DAMAGE FOUND. PRESSURIZED ACFT TO CABIN DIFF OF 3 PSI, COULD NOT DUPLICATE SQUEAL ON GROUND. CUSTOMER ELECTS TO RELEASE AND MONITOR, NO OTHER MAINTENANCE ACTION TAKEN. CABIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS: AMBER CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGE WILL NOT EXTINGUISH WITH DOOR CLOSED. AMBER DOOR OPEN LIGHT WILL MOT EXTINGUISH WITH DOOR HANDLE DOWN. NO AUDIBLE CLICK WHEN CABIN DOOR CLOSED. CONFIRMED SQUAWK AND FOUND THAT THE HANDLE LOCKING PAWL WILL NOT ACTUATE WHEN DOOR CLOSES. INSPECTED WIRING FOR ANY VISIBLE SIGNS OF DAMAGE. NO DAMAGE WAS FOUND. CHECK WIRE CONTINUITY OF THE PAWL SOLENOID AND HANDLE UNLOCK SWITCH. CONTINUITY CHECKS GOOD. FOUND PAWL SOLENOID IS NOT RECEIVING POWER FROM PCB NC105 TO ACTUATE IT CLOSE. ALL WORK IAW WDM 52-10-01-01 & MM 52-70-00. UPON FURTHER RESEARCH AND TROUBLESHOOTING PERFORMED THE RESET PROCEDURE IAW AFM 3-510-28. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW 52-70-00.

MAIN DOOR: CABIN DOOR RUBS ON DOOR JAM WHEN OPENING OR CLOSING. AFTER LIFTING DOOR OPEN HANDLE, HAD TO GIVE LIGHT PUSH TO DOOR TO OPEN FROM INSIDE CABIN. INSPECTED MED AND FOUND IT RUBBING THE FWD RUB BLOCK. REMOVED RUB, BLOCK, DISCARDED SHIMS, AND INSTALLED ORIGINAL RUB BLOCK. MEASURED GAP BETWEEN RUB BLOCK AND MED WHICH RS WITHIN LIMIT. ENTRANCE STAIR HARDWARE: TELESCOPING ROD ON THE SIDE OF THE STAIR FAILED. THE BREAK IS IN THE UPPER END OF THE THINNEST OF THE 3 TELESCOPING SECTIONS. REPLACED SUPPORT STRUT ASSY WITH A NEW ASSY IAW AMM 52-10-40. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
HUB SERVICED REPORTED THAT MAIN ENTRY DOOR HANDLE WOULD NOT LOCK . INSPECTED DOOR AND FOUND THAT FWD MIDDLE DOOR LOCK PIN IS STUCK INSIDE THE DOOR. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE FWD LOWER PIN JAMMED INSIDE THE DOOR FRAME, REMOVED DOOR COVER AND GAINED ACCESS TO DOOR MECHANISM, REMOVED BOLTS AND FREED DOOR PIN, REMOVED DOOR PINS. PERFORMED A DETAILED INSPECTION, NO CRACKS OR DAMAGED NOTICED. REINSTALLED DOOR PIN AND SUPPORT ARM, REINSTALLED DOOR COVER AND STEP. WORK DONE REF MODEL 680A 52·10·04

INSPECTED LOCK PINS FOR DAMAGE AND BINDING FOUND THE FWD CENTER PIN OVER STOWED AND RECESSED INTO MED REMOVED STEPS AS REQUIRED TO GAIN ACCESS TO PINS INSPECTED PIN CONNECTING RODS IDLER FLAG INDICATOR AND ATTACHED HARDWARE FOR DAMAGE . NO DEFECTS NOTED REPOSITIONED PIN BACK INTO PROPER ALIGNMENT CYCLED DOOR HANDLE AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE FAILURE GENERALLY VISUALLY INSPECTED PUSHROD FOR PROPER RIGGING FOUND ROD IN PROPER RIG HOWEVER AT THE MAX LIMIT OF RIGGING TOLERANCE ALSO ADJUSTED PUSHROD TO MORE EVEN RIG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ALLOWABLE TOLERANCE ALSO ADJUSTED INNER DOOR HANDLE STOP BOLT TO COMPENSATE FOR WEAR CLOSED ALL ACCESS GAINED ASSY DOOR AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK CYCLED THE DOOR HANDLE A DOZEN TIMES AND DID NOT FAIL OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. INSPECTED AND FOUND FORWARD CENTER STRIKER HYPER EXTENDED OUT OF GUIDE CAUSING THE BIND. REMOVED STRIKER TO FREE MECHANISM, CONFIRMED MED LATCH MECHANISM WORKS NORMAL WITH FORWARD CENTER STRIKER OUT. INSPECTED STRIKER, GUIDE BARREL AND LATCH MECHANISM, NO DAMAGE FOUND. LUBRICATED ALL STRIKERS AS REQUIRED. INSTALLED ORIGINAL FORWARD CENTER STRIKER AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED DOZENS OF OPERATIONAL TEST, ALL TEST FOUND SATISFACTORY, DISCREPANCY NO LONGER STANDS. RESTORED AC TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. ITEM GOOD TO RTS, WORK DONE IRW CE-680A AMM 52-10-07.

"CORRECTIVE ACTION" FOUND CABIN DOOR RUB BLOCK WAS RUBBING CAUSING THE DOOR TO DRAG ACROSS, MEASURED THE GAP BETWEEN THE DOOR STOP AND THE CABIN DOOR IN THE CLOSED POSITION, REMOVED FWD DOOR RUB BLOCK, REMOVED ON SHIM OF .024 IN, REINSTALLED FWD DOOR RUB BLOCK, INSTALLED AIRSTAIRS AND ALL DOOR PANEL, PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF THE DOOR. MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR RETRACTS NORMALLY UNTIL DOOR ENGAGES AIRFRAME. DOOR MAKES A LOUD "THUD" AS IT BANGS INTO DOOR FRAME. DOOR FULLY CLOSES, HOWEVER DOOR IS UNABLE TO BE LATCHED SHUT FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AIRCRAFT. CABIN ODOR BURNING SMELL - IN CRUISE WE SMELLED A ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR IN THE CABIN AND COCKPIT. THE INTERIOR SWITCH WAS TURNED OFF AND THE ODOR WENT AWAY. THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM SMOKE OR FIRE QRH WAS REVIEWED ON THE DESENT TO THE DIVERTED AIRPORT.///SIGN-OFF///STARTED APU AND TURNED ON INTERIOR MASTER AND LEFT RUNNING FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS WITH ALL INTERIOR OUTLETS IN USE AND ALL LIGHTS TURNED ON WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. GAINED ACCESS TO INTERIOR 1200VA INVERTOR AND NOTICED INVERTER GETTING HOT DUE TO INTERNAL FANS NOT WORKING. REMOVED FAILED INVERTER P/N: SS120 S/N:2820 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED INVERTER P/N: SS120 S/N:526 IAW CE-680A MM 24-20-20. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. SPOKE WITH THE FLIGHT CREW AND THEY MENTIONED THE ODOR COMING FROM THE AFT PORTION OF THE FORWARD GALLEY. GAINED ACCESS TO CONNECTORS BEHIND THE FORWARD GALLEY AND FOUND THAT THE MAIN POWER CONNECTOR WAS LOOSE. TIGHTENED AND CHECKED THE SECURITY OF ALL OTHER CONNECTORS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CONTINUED LOOKING FOR THE CAUSE OF THE ODOR AND FOUND THAT THE COFFEE MAKER HAD A BURNT SMELL WHERE THE CORD CONNECTS TO THE UNIT. REMOVED FAILED KEURIG P/N: K145 S/N: H0825715 AND INSTALLED NEW P/N: K145 S/N:H0811440. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD IAW CE-680A MM 24-20-20. REMOVED DIRTY HEPA FILTER P/N: 9914836-1 S/N: UKNOWN AND INSTALLED NEW FILTER P/N: 9914836-1 S/N: 0381 IAW CE-680A INTERIOR MM 25-20-45. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND AFTER LG SELECTED DOWN. GEAR DISAGREE N CAS ILLUMINATED, AS WELL AS "NOT LOCKED" INDICATION ON THE GEAR EIS. RAN ABNORMAL AND EMERGENCY CHECKLISTS. GEAR DID NOT INITALLY EXTEND, BUT FINALLY DID AFTER 6-8 MINUTES. HAD THREE GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHTS, AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. **SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: (INNER PUSHROD)ON RT SIDE OF NLG TO ALLOW ROLLER TO CONTACT THE UPPER FORK SQUARELY WHICH ALLOWED LOWER FORK TO ROLLER CLEARANCE TO BE WITHIN SPEC OF .070". AFTER ADJUSTEMENT TO RT ROLLER FOUND THE RT ROLLER TO CONTACT THE RT GEAR DOOR CONTROL ARM UPPER FORK BEFORE THE LT ROLLER WOULD CONTACT THE LT GEAR DOOR CONTROL ARM UPPER FORK WHICH IN TURN EFFECTED THE TIMING OF THE NLG DOOR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION. INSPECTION OF THE NLG DOORS WITH RESPECT TO THE LOFT CONTOUR AND FOUND RT TO BE LESS THAN FLUSH AND RT TO BE RIGHT AT FLUSH WITH SKIN CUTOUT IAW AMM 52-80-00. ADJUSTED BOTH LT AND RT NLG DOOR PUSHRODS BY EXTENDING LT 1/2 TURN AND RT 1 FULL TURN IAW AMM 52-80-05. ADJUSTMENT OF DOORS CORRECTED THE TIMING ISSUE MENTIONED ABOVE AND ALSO LOFT CONTOUR AND DOOR TENSION TO ALLOW FOR AIR LOADS ON DOOR AND BINDING AT GEAR UP POSITION. VERIFIED NLG UPLOCK HOOK AND ACTUATOR OPERATIONAL CHECK TO BE GOOD AND WITH THE UPLOCK ROLLER ENGAGEMENT TO BE NOT RESTING ON AFT EDGE OF HOOK AS PROPER AS WELL AS ACTUATOR TO REST UNPRESSURIZED HYDRAULICALLY WHEN GEAR UP CYCLE IS COMPLETE IAW AMM 32-32-05 AND 32-32-15. FOUND LT NLG DOOR ROLLER TO CONTROL ARM CLEARANCE TO BE IN SPEC @ .070" WITH ROLLER CONTACTING UPPER FORK BUT RT DOOR ROLLER NOT CONTACTING UPPER FORK SQUARELY AND LOWER FORK CLEARANCE TO BE ONLY .032". ON FINAL APPROACH THE LT FIRE DETECT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON AND OFF. THEN, THE LT ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED, BUT THE FIRE DETECT LIGHT LIGHT WENT OUT. IAW FOLLOWING THE ENGINE FIRE CHECKLIST, THE LEFT ENGINE FIRE SWITCH WAS PUSHED AND BOTH WHITE BOTTLE LIGHTS ALSO WERE PUSHED. ON POSTFLIGHT, THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF FIRE ON THE COWLING. R & R THE LT ENGINE FIRE LOOP IAW MM 26-11-01. SYS OPS CHECKS GOOD.

C/W RIGGING, TENSION, SAFTEY, AND TRAVEL CHECKS. ALL CHECKS OF THE ELEVATOR TRIM TABS ARE GOOD. WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW MM 27-31-00.

AT FL 370 RED GEAR "UNLOCK' LIGHT ILLUMINATED. NO NOISES OR OTHER INDICATIONS, NO OTHER LIGHTS WERE PRESENT. GEAR LOWERED NORMALLY WITH 3 GREEN. GEAR EMER EXTENSION BLOWDOWN WAS NOT USED. REPACKED NOSE STRUT ASSEMBLY IAW CMM 32-20-01 LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. SERVICED STRUT LEAK CHECK GOOD.
DURING TAXI ONTO RUNWAY, "ANTI SKID INOP" ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED FOR 15 SEC AND EXTINGUISHED. OCCURRED A SECOND TIME DURING TAXI TO CLEAR RUNWAY. CYCLED THE ANTI SKID SWITCH AND TEST OK. ROTARY TEST OK. RIGHT TRANSDUCER BIT TRIPPED IN NOSE COMPARTMENT. NO LIGHT DURING TAXI BACK TO FBO. CHECKED BITE INDICATORS, FOR RT TRANSDUCER WAS TRIPPED REPLACED RT TRANSDUCER. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY ALL WORK IAW MM 32-42-00
DURING CLIMBOUT PFD NR2 SCREEN WENT DARK, PFD FAILURE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY A BURNING ODOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED PFD NR 2 WITH A REPAIRED UNIT AND SECURED. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY IAW MM CHAPTER 34-25-01.
CLIMBING FROM FL 380 TO FL 410 AT 18,600 LBS AND 180 KTS WHEN WE RAN OUT OF FWD NOSE DOWN TRIM. REPLACED ELECTRIC TRIM MOTOR FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PURPOSES AND FOR POSSIBLE COLD SOAK OF OLD TRIM MOTOR CAUSING OVER TORQUE CONDITION. OPS. CHECKED OKAY. LOWERING TRIM CABLE TENSIONS NOT REQUIRED. CHECKED ELEVATOR TRIM MOTOR AND ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE TENSIONS, THEY FALL WITHIN SPECS AT THIS TIME. CHECKED ELEVATOR TRIM TAB TRAVELS OKAY AT THIS TIME.
AFTER GEAR EXTENSION, RT MAIN GEAR DID NOT INDICATE DOWN AND ASSOCIATED UNLOCK LIGHT DID ILLUMINATE. ATTEMPTED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION VIA CHECKLIST BUT GEAR STILL INDICATED UNSAFE. NORMAL LANDING AFTER GEAR BLOW DOWN BOTTLE WAS USED. TROUBLESHOT TO BRAKE X1 WIRE AT POWER BRAKE MOTOR RELAY. REPAIRED WIRING. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW 560XL M.M. CHAP. 32-42-00.
LT SEAT RT BRAKE PEDAL IS SOFT REALITIVE TO LT BRAKE PRESSURE WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED. REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPTAINS RT MASTER CYLINDER IAW MM 32-42. BLEED OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
DURING TAXI CAPTAINS RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL BECOMES VERY "SPONGY". PERFORMED ANTI-SKID BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE IAW CESSNA 560XL MM 32-42-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
RT BRAKE PEDAL ON CAPTAINS SIDE RELEASES THE PRESSURE AND CONTINUES TO TRAVEL DOWN TOWARD THE FLOOR. ( IT BUILDS UP PRESSURE THEN RELEASES IT.) FOUND AIR IN RT SIDE BRAKES, BLED BRAKES IAW MM CH 32-42-01. TAXIED AIRCRAFT AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. USED AFT EMERGENCY EXIT TO DEPLANE. GAINED ACCESS TO INSIDE OF CABIN DOOR & REMOVED A LOOSE SCREW THAT WAS JAMMED INSIDE AFT SIDE MIDDLE DOOR LOCKING PIN SOCKET. CLOSED ALL DOOR ACCESS PANELS & REINSTALLED STEPS. OPS CHECK MAIN CABIN DOOR LOCKING/UNLOCKING MECHANISM GOOD PER CE560XL MM 52-10-01.
PERFORMED AILERON WING CABLE INSPECTION PER CESSNA ASL560XL-27-12, FOUND CABLES CHAFED/BROKEN BEYOND MANUFACTURER'S LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT WING AILERON CABLES IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 27-10-03.
