FAN IS SCHEDULED TO BE REPLACED NEXT MX OPPORTUNITY. NO FURTHER REPORTS OF ODOR WERE NOTED ON THE SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS.

AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A LOW CREW OXYGEN WARNING DURING CRUISE, THE ACFT DIVERTED FOR REPAIR. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING THE TECHS FOUND AN OXYGEN LEAK FROM THE LOW PRESSURE LINE FITTING AT THE OXYGEN BOTTLE PRESSURE REGULATOR. THE LINE WAS SECURED AND THE OXYGEN BOTTLE WAS REPLACED, NO FURTHER LEAKS WERE NOTED. MAINTENANCE CONTROL CREATED A WATCH ITEM TO MONITOR THE OXYGEN PRESSURE ON SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS, TO DATE NO ABNORMAL OXYGEN PRESSURE HAS BEEN NOTED.

SHORTLY AFTER REACHING CRUISE ALTITUDE, THE CREW RECEIVED A CABIN PRESSURE NR 1 SYSTEM STATUS MESSAGE (CAB PR 1) DISPLAYED ON ECAM WITH AN ASSOCIATED CABIN PRESSURE "BUMP". IAW FCOM PRO-ABN-21 15/24 THE CREW CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 1 HR THE CREW RECEIVED A "CAB PRESSURE EXCESS CAB ALT ECAM" WARNING. THE CREW INITIATED A DESCENT TO FL100 AND DIVERTED. UPON ARRIVAL, LOCAL MAINTENANCE MET THE ACFT AND ACCOMPLISHED THE FOLLOWING AMM PROCEDURE AMM 21-31-00-710-002-A. THE NR 1 CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER WAS FOUND FAULTY AND DEACTIVATED IAW MEL 21-31-01-2. THERE WAS NO REPORT OF ACTUAL CABIN PRESSURE LOSS DURING THE EVENT. THE ACFT DEPARTED AND CONTINUED TO ITS FINAL DESTINATION WITHOUT ANY FURTHER FAULTS. THE NR 1 CABIN SYSTEM CONTROLLER WAS REPLACED AND THE SYSTEM WAS REACTIVATED.

OVERWEIGHT LANDING INSPECTION ALSO PERFORMED IAW AMM 05-51-11-200-004-B WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO REPORTS OF ANY ISSUES ASSOCIATED TO BLUE SYSTEM HYDRAULICS ON SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS.

MX CHECKED THE TRAVEL RANGE OF THE SLATS OFR OBSTRUCTIONS AND CLEARANCE THEN CYCLED THE FLAPS THROUGH THE FULL RANGE SEVERAL TIMES- SYS CHECKED OK IAW AMM 27-84-00-710-001. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. FLIGHT WAS OPERATED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED. A FOLLOW UP REQUEST TO DO A COMPLETE OPS CHECK AND VISUAL INSP OF THE SLAT SYS. IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FINDINGS. ACCORDING TO THE OPERATORS RECORDS, ALL AD, SB, STC`S AND PMA`S ARE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE TYPE DESIGN CERTIFICATE AND ASSOC REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.

AN ACARS WAS SENT BY THE CREW AT 0118Z NOTING THEY HAD THE MESSAGE AND THEY HAD COMPLIED WITH ECAM ACTIONS. AN AIRCELL CALL WAS PLACED BY THE CREW TO THE MX. THE CREW WAS REFERRED TO FCOM 3.02.29 FOR ACTION. THE CREW MADE THE DECISION TO RETURN AFTER CONFERRING WITH MX. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED BY THE CREW. THE ACFT MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING AT 0152Z AND SET BRAKES AT 0157Z. MX MET THE ACFT. UPON ACCOMPLISHING TSM 29-13-00-810-802, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE CHECK VALVE, 3083GM, PN ZCV63-6-1, HAD FAILED INTERNALLY. REF IPC 29-13-03-15B ITEM 100. THE RESERVOIR STILL HAD APPROX 205 GALLONS OF FLUID REMAINING. THE CHECK VALVE WAS REPLACED ALONG WITH THE Y-SYSTEM PRESSURE FILTER, LP FILTER AND CASE DRAIN FILTER PRECAUTIONARY. THE SYS WAS CHECKED WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES AND RETURNED TO SERVICE AT 1200Z ON THE 21ST. ACFT HAS HAD NO FURTHER REPORTS OF Y SYS FAULTS.

ACFT WAS IN FOR OVERNIGHT SCHEDULED MX. DURING THE WEEKLY CHECK, IT WAS NOTED THAT THE LAST 3 ROWS OF COACH SEATS, 24, 25, AND 26 ABC, EXIT PATH LIGHTING WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. UPON TROUBLESHOOTING, LINE MX FOUND THAT THE CONNECTOR FIN 7260VC10 HAD BROKEN WIRES ON THE SEAT SIDE OF THE HARNESS WHERE IT ENTERS THROUGH THE LOWER SIDEWALL AREA. CAUSE OF DAMAGE UNKNOWN. THESE EXIT POINTS ARE USUALLY COVERED BY A PROTECTIVE COVER, PN D9241160000200, WHIC IS SECURED IN 2 PLACES TO THE SIDEWALL. THE COVER IN THIS POSITION WAS MISSING. WORKING WITH MX CONTROL, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT REPAIRING THE HARNESS WAS NOT AN OPTION. A HARNESS ASSY, PN 8008-40-60-60, REF IIPC 33-51-09-20G, ITEM 80, WAS OBTAINED AND REPLACED ALONG WITH A NEW COVER. SYSTEM CK OK AND ULTIMATELY TOOK A 3 MINUTE DELAY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THIS TASK. ACCORDING TO THE OPERATOR`S RECORDS, ALL AD`S, SB`S, STC`S AND PMA`S ARE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE TYPE DESIGN CERTIFICATE AND ASSOCIATED REQUIREMENTS.
