CREW REPORTED THAT WHEN THE MAIN CABIN ENTRY DOOR WAS OPENED THAT THE DOOR COUNTER BALANCE SPRING INSIDE THE DOOR FAILED. THE DOOR TRIM PANELS WERE REMOVED FOR ACCESS WHERE IT WAS FOUND THAT WHEN THE DOOR SPRING FAILED IT CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE DOOR INNER DOOR SKIN AND STRUCTURE. THE DOOR SKIN WAS REPLACED AND THE DOOR COUNTER BALANCE SPRING WAS REPLACED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER REPAIRS.

THE CREW REPORTED THAT DURING APPROACH, AFTER THE GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, THERE WAS NO LT GEAR DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION. AFTER COMPLETING THE PILOTS CHECKLIST THE CREW ACTIVATED THE EMERGENCY GEAR BLOW DOWN SYSTEM. THERE WAS STILL NO LT GEAR DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION. THE CREW MADE A FLYBY OF THE TOWER TO VERIFY LANDING GEAR POSITION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THAT THE ANNUNCIATOR LAMP WAS DEFECTIVE. A NEW LAMP WAS INSTALLED, THE GEAR WAS RESET AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURN TO SERVICE.

DURING APPROACH, AFTER THE FLAPS HAD BEEN SELECTED TO SEVEN DEGREES, RECEIVED A STAB MISCOMPARE ANNUNCIATION, FOLLOWED BY A SIGNIFICANT CLIMB MOVEMENT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINED THAT THE SPEED SWITCH OF THE TWO-SPEED POSITION HORIZONTAL STABILIZER WAS DEFECTIVE. THE SPEED SWITCH WAS REPLACED. OPERATIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE MAINTENANCE NOTED THAT WHEN THE AIRCRAFTS MAIN SHIP BATTERY MASTER SWITCH WAS SELECTED ON, THE AVIONICS SYSTEMS ENERGIZED UNCOMMANDED. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED BOTH AVIONICS POWER RELAYS FAULTY (KZ001 AND KZ002). REMOVED THE RELAYS AND REPLACED WITH NEW UNITS. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
