AFTER SELECTING GEAR UP ON TAKEOFF, WE RECIEVED A GEAR DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE. THE TWO MAIN GEAR SHOWED UP AND LOCKED HOWEVER THE NOSE GEAR DISPLAYED AN AMBER DN INDICATION WITH THE GEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION. QRH PROCEDURE WAS COMPLIED WITH AND RESULTED WITH THE GEAR INDICATION OF THREE GREEN. WE CONTINUED TO THE DIVERSION AIRPORT AND LANDED SAFELY. NO STEERING ISSUES WERE OBSERVED ON THE TAXI IN AND THE POST FLIGHT INSPECTION DID NOT REVEAL ANY ABNORMALITIES WITH THE GEAR DOOR LINKAGE. REMOVED LANDING GEAR MANIFOLD CHECK VALVE DUE TO NOSE WHEEL DISAGREE. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW CHECK VALVE IAW AMM 32-30-25. OPS CHECK GOOD.

PARK BRAKE LOW PRESS AMBER CAS: DURING TAXI TO THE RUNWAY, WE RECEIVED A YELLOW PARK BRAKE LOW PRESS CAS MESSAGE. THIS MESSAGE OCCURRED WITH BOTH ENGINES RUNNING AND DURING MOVEMENT OF THE AIRCRAFT. WE PULLED OFF TO THE SIDE TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. WHEN WE SET THE PARKING BREAK THE WHITE PARK BRAKE ON CAS MESSAGE CAME ON AS PER NORMAL. WE THEN CYCLED THE PARKING BREAK SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE IF IT WAS POSSIBLY A CONTACT SWITCH THAT WAS CAUSING THE ISSUE. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES DURING OUR TAXI. DIRING THE TAXI BACK TO THE RAMP IT AGAIN APPEARED WITH THE PARK BRAKE LOW PRESS, YELLOW CAS MESSAGE AND NO TAKEOFF. THIS APPEARS TO OCCUR WHEN THE BRAKES ARE STARTING TO BE APPLIED TO SLOW THE AIRCRAFT DOWN. AGAIN WE CHECKED, AND THE PARKING BRAKE HANDLE WAS FULLY STOWED. UPON PARKING AT THE RAMP WITH THE AIRCRAFT CHOCKED, WE RELEASE THE PARKING BRAKE AND AGAIN THE BRAKE LOW PRESS CAST MESSAGE REAPPEARED. REMOVED PANEL 153AL AND 154AR TO GAIN ACCESS TO PARKING BRAKE SWITCH. REMOVED !NOP SWITCH AND RETURNED TO NETJETS . SOLDERED NEW SWITCH P /NM-1130 I/A/W CE-680A SPM 20-30-30. INSTALLED NEW SWITCH I/A/W CE-680A AMM 32-44-15. ALL OPS CHECK GOOD. INSTALLED PANELS 153AL AND 154AR 1/A/W CE-680A AMM 6-40-00.

AIRCRAFT CAME INTO THE REPAIR STATION DUE TO THE ENGINE NR1 HIGH TT. DURING BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF THE HP COMPRESSOR AS PART OF THE TROUBLESHOOTING, THE TECHNICIAN OBSERVED 2 EACH LOOSE BOLTS (GAS GENERATOR CASE TO INTERMEDIATE CASE FLANGE, FLANGE C) THE ENGINE WAS REMOVED FOR REPAIR DUE TO THE LOOSE BOLTS AND THE DEGRADATION OF THE HOT SECTION. THE HIGH ITT WAS DETERMINED TO BE DUE TO THE HOT SECTION CONDITION AND NOT THE LOOSE BOLTS. THE ENGINE WAS DISASSEMBLED TO ACCESS THE LOOSE BOLTS. BOLTS WERE INSPECTED IN SITU BY ATTEMPTING TO INSERT A .001 INCH FEELER STOCK BETWEEN THE BOLT HEAD AND THE FLANGE OF THE GAS GEN CASE. 25 OF THE 36 BOLTS HAD AT LEAST A 001 INCH GAP, AND THESE BOLTS WERE IDENTIFIED AS

BLED BRAKE SYSTEM, LEAK CHECKS GOOD OP CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW 560 XL MM 32-42-00.

AIRFRAME VIBRATION ABOVE 260 KIA APPEARS TO BE COMING FROM RUDDER. RUDDER PEDALS DANCING BACK AND FORTH. CAN BE FELT IN YOKE AS WELL. VIBRATION GOES AWAY BELOW 250 KIAS. CHECKED WITH YAW DAMP OFF AND VIBRATION STILL PRESENT. FOUND ELEVATOR AND RUDDER TRIM TAB HORN BEARINGS WORN EXCESSIVELY. BEARINGS REPLACED.
