AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT OTHER SEAT BACK CUSHIONS ARE MFG WITH A DIFFERENT MATERIAL THAT CONTACTS THE WEBBING HAS NOT HAD THIS ISSUE. 10 OF THE 12 SEAT FRAMES ARE CORRODED ON THE WEBBING.
