PERFORMED A FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE LANDING GEAR NOTICED ACTUATOR LEAKING AT SUPPLY LINE UNION AND B NUT. INSTALLED NEW ORING AND WHITE RETAINER AND RE-INSTALLED UNION ELBOW. PERFORMED LEAKS CHECK . NO LEAKS NOTED. BECAUSE IT IS A NEW ACTUATOR BEING INSTALLED REMOVED ACTUATOR END ATTACHING TO GEAR. PERFORMED MAIN GEAR CAMBER ADJUSTMENT. REMOVED APU ACCESS DOOR AND PERFORMED GVI AND DID NOT FIND ANY OBVIOUS DEFECTS. NO SIGNS OF OIL OVER SERVICE OR LEAKAGE. ALSO NO SMOKE CAN BE SEEN COMING FROM THE APU WHILE RUNNING. NOTIFIED MCC OF ALL FINDINGS AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY WANT THE APU REPLACED. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED IAW CE-560XL AMM 49-00-00. AIRCRAFT WAS POSITIONED ON A SLIGHT HILL ON THE RAMP WHERE THE CG OF THE AIRCRAFT WAS IN QUESTION WITH REMOVING THE APU. COORDINATED WITH FBO TO HAVE AIRCRAFT MOVED TO A LEVEL AREA ON THE RAMP. SEE SQUAWK 2.7 FOR APU REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF APU BLEED AIR IAW AMM 49-10-00 AFTER INSTALLATION OF NEW APU; ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD; NO SMOKE NOR ABNORMAL SMELLS WERE NOTED. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.

ALSO NOTED THE LOW HYD ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATING DURING THE GEAR SWING.PERFORMED AN INSPECTION OF THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR WITH THE INDICATION BELOW THE REFILL MARK. ACCOMPLISHED HYDRAULIC SERVICING AS REQUIRED. WITH THE GEAR IN THE RETRACTED POSITION PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THEUPLOCKS AND NOTED THE RIGHT HAND GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR NOT IN THE FULL LOCKED POSITION. SPOKE WITH TEAM XL WITH FINDINGS AND RAN THROUGH A GEAR CYCLE WITH THEM ON THE PHONE AS REQUESTED AND WITH FINDINGS AT HAND SUSPECTED THE RIGHT HAND GEAR UP LOCK ACTUATOR TO BE AT FAULT. REMOVED THE UNSERVICEABLE RIGHT HAND GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR (P/N: 5527504-3 S/N: 3312). INSTALLED AN RIGHT HAND GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR (P/N:5527504-3 S/N:5151) AND ACCOMPLISHED BLEEDING PROCEDURES WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. ACCOMPLISHED LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECKS WITH THE UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINING ILLUMINATED. COMPLETED ADDITIONAL INSPECTION OF THE GEAR IN THE RETRACTED POSITION WITH THE RIGHT HAND GEAR NOT RETRACTING FULLY INTO THE WHEEL WELL NOT FULLY ENGAGING THE UPLOCK. SPOKE WITH TEAM XL WITH ACCOMPLISHED TASK AND FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT THE GEAR FOR BINDING AND INTERFERENCE WITH THE GEAR IN THE RETRACTED POSITION. COMPLETED INSPECTION AS REQUESTED WITH NO DEFECTS OR INTERFERENCE NOTED. PERFORMED THE LANDING GEAR TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND IN THE PROCESS THAT THE RIGHT HAND RETRACT ACTUATOR HAD ROTATED FROM THE JAMNUT. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION NOTED THAT THE LOCK HAD BROKE ALLOWING THE ACTUATOR PISTON TO ROTATE. ROTATED THE RETRACT ACTUATOR BACK TO THE JAM NUT AND ACCOMPLISHED AN ADDITIONAL LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. SPOKE WITH MCC AND ORDERED A RETRACT ACTUATOR WITH ASSOCIATED PARTS. COMPLETED THE REMOVAL PROCEDURES FOR THE RIGHT HAND RETRACT ACTUATOR (P/N:9912537-4 S/N:1141B) WHILE AWAITING THE REPLACEMENT ACTUATOR TO ARRIVAL. ONCE ARRIVED INSTALLED AN INSPECTED SERVICEABLE RIGHT HAND RETRACT ACTUATOR(P/N:9912537-6 S/N:1742 ) AND ACCOMPLISHED THE BLEEDING PROCEDURES. SERVICED THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AS REQUIRED. COMPLETED THE LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS WITH NO DUPLICATION OF THE UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATING WITH THE GEAR IN THE RETRACTED POSITION AND THE UPLOCK FULLY ENGAGING. ACCOMPLISHED THE RIGHT HAND MAIN GEAR CAMBER ADJUSTMENT CHECK WITH NO ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED. ON TAXI, ANTI SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR ABOUT 1-2 SECONDS AND WENT OUT. SLOWED ACFT AND BRAKES SEEMED FINE. CONTINUED TO DECELERATE THE ANTI-SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGAIN ALONG WITH THE MASTER CAUTION CAME ON. APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THE PEDALS WENT TO THE FLOOR WITH NO RESPONSE. PLANE SWERVED ABRUPTLY LEFT. FOUND RT ANTI-SKID WIRE BUNDLE CHAFED THROUGH. R & R WIRE BUNDLE ASSY WITH A NEW UNIT. COMPLETED ANTI-SKID SYS OPS CHECK, OPS CHECKED GOOD. COMPLETED AIRCRAFT FOD AND DAMAGE INSPECTIONS, ALL CHECKS GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 32-42-07 & MM 5-50-00.

CLIMBING THRU APPROX 15,000' & APPROX 250KTS THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON THEN WENT OFF. A FEW SECONDS LATER THE STAB MISCOMPARE LIGHT CAME ON MOMENTARILY (APPROX 2 SECONDS). CHECKED THE FLAP HANDLE AND INDICATOR- THEY WERE BOTH IN THE 0/UP POSITION. DISENGAGED THE AUTO PILOT TO FEEL FOR ANY FLIGHT LOADS, STRAIGHT AWAY THE ACFT PITCHED DOWN APROX 15-20 DEGREES. EXTENDED SPEED BRAKES AND SLOWED TO BELOW 200 KTS- AT NO TIME IN THE DESCENT WAS ANY CAUTION LIGHT ON ON THE ANNUC PANEL. DURING THE DESCENT, WAS TRIMMING BACK FOR APPROX 30 SECONDS ON THE ELECTRIC PITCH TRIM. BY APPOX 8000' & 190 KTS, WERE IN LEVEL FLIGHT AND THE FLIGHT LOADS FELT NORMAL. EXTENDED FLAPS AND GEAR AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. ON THE RAMP, RAN THE FLAPS FROM 0-35 DEGREES 2 TIMES WITH ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. FROM TAKEOFF TO APPROX 3000' (3 MINS), HAND FLEW THE ACFT , ALL FLIGHT LOADS WERE NORMAL.
