CLEANED INSIDE AIR STAIRS AS LOTS OF DUST AND SMALL ROCKS AND DEBRIS ARE INSIDE. CLOSED UP AIR STAIRS AND ACTUATED HANDLE FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. OPS CHECKS GOOD. CONDUCTED A DIVERT, AND CABIN DOOR LIGHT REMAINED ON THROUGH DESCENT, LANDING, AND TAXI. THE LIGHT WENT OUT UPON SHUTDOWN OF AIRCRAFT. UPON INSPECTION WE DISCOVERED THE MAIN CABIN DOOR DECORATIVE TRIM OUT OF POSITION, THE ACOUSTIC SEAL FRAME BROKEN AND THE ACOUSTIC SEAL TATTERED WHERE IT HAD FAILED. // SIGNOFF // REMOVED AND REPLACED THE UPPER MED ACCOUSTIC SEAL AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK. AT REDUCED POWER SETTING SMOKE DECREASED. EASW CONFIRMED OIL LEAK. AFTER ENGINE REPLACEMENT, PERFORMED HIGH POWER RUNS AND VERIFIED SMOKE AND SMELL OF BURNED OIL IS GONE, NOTED A MUSTY SMELL. RETURNED TO FBO AND CLEANED ECS CONDENSER SOCK CLEANING & DUCT BURNOUT SEVERAL TIMES & NOTED SMELL IS SLOWLY DISSIPATING. PERFORMED AN ADDITIONAL ECS CONDENSER DUCT BURNOUT WITH HIGH POWER RUNS & REPLACED COALESCER SOCK. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD,

CREW NOTICED A LARGE HOLE ON THE ACOUSTIC SEAL AND CONSTANT LOUD HISSING COMING FROM HOLE. // SIGNOFF // FOUND ACOUSTIC SEALS LEAKING AND UPPER CHANNEL ASSEMBLY CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER, LOWER FWD, AND LOWER AFT ACOUSTIC INFLATABLE SEALS AND UPPER CHANNEL ASSEMBLY IAW CE560XL MM 52-10·04, OPERATIONAL AND LEAKED CHECK GOOD IAW CE560XL MM 36-15-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON TAKEOFF AT KSFO AT 50 KTS, HEARD LOUD POP FROM CABIN. ABORTED TAKE OFF. AFTER TAXI IN AND PARK FOUND 3 ACOUSTIC SEALS DEFLATED, WITH A RIP IN THE TOP LEFT SEAL. THE BOTTOM LEFT SEAL IS INFLATED. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST ON ACOUSTIC DOOR SEAL TO IDENTIFY "LEFT" SEAL. UPON INFLATING ONLY THE AFT LOWER SEAL WOULD PARTIALLY INFLATE AND INNER SECTION WAS DETERIORATED. REMOVED UPPER ACOUSTIC SEAL, LOWER AFT ACOUSTIC SEAL, AND LOWER FORWARD ACOUSTIC SEAL. REMOVED EXCESS BUILD UP OF RTV OUT OR ACOUSTIC SEAL CHANNEL. INSTALLED UPPER ACOUSTIC SEAL PN: 9522-11, LOWER AFT ACOUSTIC SEAL 9522-13, AND LOWER FORWARD ACOUSTIC SEAL PN: 9522-15. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK. OPS CHECK FOUND GOOD. IAW MM 52-10-04. COCKPIT/CABIN NOISE: ON TAKEOFF ROLL APPROACHING 50 KTS, WE HEARD A LOUD POPPING NOISE ( LIKE GUN SHOT)COMING FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. FOLLOWED BY LOUD HISSING FROM AFT INBOARD MAIN CABIN DOOR. AFTER BLOCK IN FOUND HOLE IN RUBBER SEAL INSIDE THE CABIN DOOR FRAME. ALSO FOUND DAMAGE ON TOP LEFT SIDE OF DOOR LOOKING FROM THE INSIDE OF CABIN. SEE PICTURES // SIGN OFF // FOUND A HOLE IN THE INFLATABLE ACOUSTIC SEAL. REMOVED THE INTERIOD DOOR TRIM AND INFLATABLE ACOUSTIC SEAL AND FOUND THE CHANNEL THAT HOLDS THE SEAL IN PLACE IS CRACKED. REMOVED THE SEAL CHANNEL. TRI MED AND FITTED THE CHANNEL MATCHED DRILL ALL THE HOLES. INSTALLED THE NEW CHANNEL. INSTALLED A NEW INFLATABLE ACOUSTIC SEAL AND THE INTERIOR DOOR TRIM OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 560 XL MM CHAPTER 52-10-04
DURING DESCENT AT APPROXIMATELY FL200, I NOTICED THE FIRST OFFICERS SIDE PFD WENT BLACK. WITHIN A SECOND, I SAW POOF OF SMOKE COME FROM BEHIND THE DASH TOWARDS THE FLOOR, ACCOMPANIED WITH SPARKS AND A LITTLE BIT OF ASH. THE PFD THEN CAME BACK ON AND OPERATED NORMAL FOR THE SHORT REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT. PIC OF ASH ON FLOOR ATTACHED. INSPECTED ALL WIRING AND STRUCTURE IN THE AREA FOR HEAT/SPARK DAMAGE. REMOVED GLARESHIELD, INSPECTED BOTH FAN'S WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED GLARESHIELD. REMOVED COPILOT PFD, RMU, AUDIO BOX, DISPLAY CONTROLLER AND MODE SELECTOR PANEL, INSPECTED ALL COMPONENTS AND INSIDE OF INSTRUMENT PANEL (COPILOT SIDE) WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED COPILOT PFD, RMU, AUDIO BOX,DISPALY CONTROLLER AND MODE SELECTOR PANEL. REMOVED MFD AND DIGITAL ENGINE INDICATOR, INSPECTED COMPONENTS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED MFD AND DIGITAL ENGINE INDICATOR. REMOVED PILOT PFD, RMU, SECONDARY FLIGHT DISPLAY, STBY HSI AND PILOT MODE SELECTOR AND NOTED THAT THE BURNING SMELL COMING FROM PIIOT MODE SELECTOR PANEL. RAN APU, APPLIED ELECTRICAL AND AVIONICS POWER, INICIALIZATED FMS POSITION, PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF NAV, COM, EFIS AND CONFIRMED THAT NO FAULTS OR DEFECTS. RUDDER TORQUE TUBE AREA IS RUSTED, REMOVED THE RUDDER TORQUE TUBE AND INSTALLED NEW TORQUE TUBE. CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE LOWER RUDDER RIB WHILE REPLACING THE TORQUE TUBE. REPAIRED THE LOWER RUDDER TORQUE TUBE RIB IAW ERO-889729, REV IR.
AFTER GEAR RETRACTION ON TAKEOFF, RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ON. HYD PRESSURE LIGHT BEGAN FLASHING. PUT GEAR BACK DOWN USING THE NORMAL EXTENSION PROCEDURE. HYD PRESSURE & GEAR UNSAFE LIGHTS BOTH EXTINGUISHED. EXECUTED A NORMAL LANDING. HYD RESERVOIR WAS FULL ON BOTH PREFLIGHT & POST FLIGHT. FOUND THE LT MAIN GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH TANG TO BE SHEARED. REMOVED DAMAGED SWITCH AND INSTALLED A NEW SWITCH . PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS AND SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD. DONE IAW MM 32-30-05.
IN FLIGHT AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR THEN FLAP RETRACTION HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED ON. CYCLED FLAPS & GEAR LIGHT REMAINED ON. ON LANDING PREP AFTER GEAR EXTENSION HYD PRESS LIGHT WENT OUT AT 170 KTS. AFTER LANDING & FLAP RETRACTION HYD PRESS LIGHT STAYED ON. PULLED HYD PRESS CB & LIGHT STAYED ON. APPLIED POWER TO ACFT & PRESSURIZED HYD SYS. WITH FLAPS RETRACTED & GEAR IN DOWN POSITION, THE HYD PRESS LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. WHEN FLAPS ARE SELECTED TO ANY POSITION OTHER THAN CLEAN, FULL UP & HORIZONTAL STAB MOVES TO TAKEOFF POSITION THE HYD PRESS LIGHT WILL EXTINGUISH. SUSPECT HORIZONTAL STAB UP LIMIT SWITCH, ST041, TO BE AT FAULT. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIRED. REMOVED LT FLAP ACT & FOUND SWITCH STUCK CLOSED. R & R LT & RT FLAP ACTUATORS & SET LOCKING PRESSURES. COMPLIED WITH FLAP TRAVEL CHECKS & LEAK CHECKS IAW CE-560XL MM CH 27-51-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED. LT FLAP ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY, PN 9912007-1 & SN 2040, RT FLAP ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY, PN 9912007-1 & SN 2039.

ON RETURN TO AIRPORT AT LOWER POWER SETTINGS, PLANE REQUIRED HALF OF RT RUDDER TRIM SETTING FOR COORDINATED FLIGHT. REPLACED RUDDER BIAS ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-20-05, OPS NORMALLY.

AFTER TAKEOFF, FLAPS WERE SELECTED TO ZERO POSITION RESULTING IN A STAB MISCOMP, A HYD PRESS, AND A MC LIGHT. UPON LANDING, STAB CONFIRMED NOT TO MOVE FULL UP OR DOWN. TROUBLESHOT TO INOPERATIVE STAB ACTUATOR. REPLACED ACTUATOR WITH MODIFIED UNIT IAW MM. OPS CHECK & LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
DURING CLIMB, HAD A MASTER WARNING ANNUNCIATOR & LT OIL PRESS ILLUMINATE. NOTED A LT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE READING 45 PSI. RT ENGINE INDICATED 75 PSI. DURING NEXT 90 SECS, LT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE VARIED BETWEEN 45 & 55 PSI. RT ENGINE REMAINED STEADY AT 75-80 PSI. LT ENGINE STABILIZED. AFTER LANDING, NOTICED LT ENGINE OIL LEVEL SIGHT GAUGE INDICATING NO OIL. 4 DAYS PREVIOUS WITH NO OIL LEVEL VARIANCE NOTED. R & R LT ENGINE WITH A REPLACED ENGINE & COMPLIED WITH ALL OPS AND LEAK CHECKS IAW MM 79-00-04.
HEADING FAIL INDICATED ON LEFT SIDE PFD AND MFD WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL 400. WITH REV MODE SELECTED, INDICATION NORMAL. R & R NR 1 AHRS UNIT. C/W COMPASS SWING. OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 34-21-01.
WHILE ON APPROACH, FLAPS WERE SELECTED TO 15(DEG). FLAP INDICATOR DID NOT MOVE & STAB MISCOMP ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. WHEN MLG SELECTED DOWN, THEY DID NOT MOVE. APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS AFTER MLG WAS SELECTED DOWN, FLAPS MOVED, MLG MOVED & STAB MISCOMP ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED. HYD FLUID LEVEL CHECKED OK ON POST FLT. JACKED ACFT & FOUND HYDRAULIC LOADING VALVE NOT OPERATING IAW THE MM. BOTH THE LOADING VALVE & HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT BOARD WERE REPLACED. OPS CHECK OF ALL SYSTEMS WAS GOOD. PC BOARD MM REF. 24-50-03 AND LOADING VALVE MM REF 29-11-06.
RT GEAR DOWN INDICATOR LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE WHEN GEAR SELECTED DOWN. ALSO FAILED TO ILLUMINATE ON ROTARY TEST. FOLLOWED EMER PROCEDURE AND BLEW THE GEAR DOWN. (NOTE - WHEN GEAR WAS CYCLED UP ON GO AROUND THE RT GEAR IND LIGHT MOMENTARILY FLASHED ON). TROUBLESHOOT FOUND BOTH RT CLEAR INDICATOR LIGHT BURNED OUT. REPLACED WITH NEW BULBS. PLACED ACFT ON JACKS AND CYCLE LANDING CLEAR SEVERAL TIMES. AFTER RESET AND SERVICED CLEAR BOTTLE. PERFORMED LANDING CLEAR FUNCTIONAL CHECK. FUNCTIONAL CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM CHAPTER 32-30-00.
