INCLINOMETER WAS UNRESPONSIVE WITH UP TO 1 FULL WIDTH YAW TRIM LEFT EVEN AFTER DISCONNECTING AUTOPILOT + Y/D. AFTER SHOWING AROUND 270 KIAS OR LESS LEFT RUDDER AUTHORITY RETURNED AND FUNCTIONED NORMALLY FOR REMAINDER OF FLIGHT WITH AUTOPILOT AND Y/D STILL DISCONNECTED. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER HYDRAULIC PCU IAW EMB 145 AMM 27-22-03. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 2955 THE CREW REPORTED THAT WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT: EXCESSIVE LEFT RUDDER TRIM AND OR RUDDER PRESSURE WAS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN COORDINATED FLIGHT. UPON AUTO PILOT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT VERY LITTLE TO NO MORE LEFT RUDDER ACTUATION WAS AVAILABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PERFORMED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION TO THE RUDDER ACTUATORS IAW EM 145 AMM 27-22-02 AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH DVI TO THE RUDDER CONTROLS AND CABLES IAW EMB 145 AMM 27-21-01 AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH RUDDER SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW EMB 145 AMM 27-23-00 AND FOUND TO BE WORKING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE PROBLEM ON THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING MAINTENANCE BASE VISIT FOUND FRAME 65 HAS DAMAGE FROM SCREW AT APPROXIMATELY STRINGER 11 RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPAIRED BY DRILLING OUT DAMAGE AND INSTALLING RIVET IAW EO EM-53MR-1645. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE BASE VISIT FOUND THE SEAT TRACK SUPPORT CORRODED AT FRAME 50. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPAIRED CORROSION ON SEAT TRACK AT FRAME 50 IAW AEA EO EM-53MR-1646. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FOR FLIGHT 2815 THE CLEANING CREW LEFT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERABLE. THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM IAW AMM 33-50-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. NO PARTS REMOVED OR REPLACED THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3239 DURING THE TAXI THE CREW DISCOVERED THE FIRST OFFICERâS FLASHLIGHT TO BE MISSING. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. INSTALLED FIRST OFFICERâS FLASHLIGHT AS REQUIRED PER AMM 33-50-16. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3655 THE CREW REPORTED WHILE EN ROUTE A "BLEED 1 LEAK" MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. THE CREW FOLLOWED AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS MANUAL VOLUME 1 AND DE-SELECTED BLEED 1 AND WAITED 3 MINUTES, THE FAULT REMAINED. THE CREW DE-SELECTED THE NR 2 BLEED SWITCH AND WHILE WAITING THE 3 MINUTES THE FAULT CLEARED. THE CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO MIA. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND O-RING DAMAGED IN BLEED AIR TUBE UNDER CARGO FLOORBOARD NR 272AF. REPLACED O-RING PER AMM 36-11-10. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. NO OVERWEIGHT LANDING LESS THAN 300 FEET PER MINUTE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3958 THE TOWER NOTIFIED THAT ON LANDING THERE WAS EXCESSIVE SMOKE COMING FROM THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PERFORMED INSPECTION OF BRAKE ASSEMBLY ON RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR. NO DEFECTS NOTED REF AMM 32-49-03, NO FLAT SPOTTING ON TIRE. SUSPECT GLYCOL CONTAMINATION. NO PARTS REMOVED OR REPLACED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING PS-1 CHECK, EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM ASSOCIATED WITH BATTERY NR 2 WERE INOPERATIVE. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY AND CHARGER IAW AMM33-50-04. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

UPON LANDING AT APPROXIMATELY 90 KNOTS A HEAVY CROSS WIND BLEW THE AIRCRAFT OFF THE RUNWAY. PASSENGERS WERE DEPLANED BY AIRSTAIRS, POST INSPECTION REVEALED DAMAGED TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS AND TO THE NR 2 VHF ANTENNA. PERFORMED HIGH SIDE LOAD INSPECTION IAW AMERICAN EAGLE WORK CARD 05-200-02 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS IAW EMB AMM 32-20-05, OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER 2 VHF ANTENNA IAW EMB AMM23-12-04, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. RECONTOURED DENT AFT OF NUMBER 2 VHF ANTENNA IAW EMB IC2007-145/01374. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EXTENSION/RETRACTION SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF LANDING
FLAP FAIL. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT INBOARD FLAP VELOCITY SENSOR IAW EMB AMM 27-51-12. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
