REPAIRED 54 AREAS OF CORROSION ON THE DROP AISLE FUSELAGE SKIN AND STRINGERS BETWEEN FUSELAGE STATION 175 THRU 355. PERFORMED AN EDDY CURRENT AND ULTRASONIC THICKNESS INSPECTION OF THE BLENDED AREAS. CLEANED, TREATED AND PRIMED AREAS FOUND ACCEPTABLE. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED -001 THRU -017 DOUBLERS, -018 AND 019 SHIMS AND LH AND RH STRINGER SPLICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH AQRD ERO-977594 REV IR TITLED "N648QS DROP AISLE CORROSION REPAIR" DATED JAN 25 2024. FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: FWD LEFT AISLE DROPDOWN LED STRIP HAS AN APPROXIMATELY 3 TO 4 FOOT INOPERATIVE SECTION WHEN EMER LTS ARE SELECTED TO ON. REMOVED DAMAGED DROPPED AISLE LIGHT LED LIGHTING ASSEMBLY PN: 9919040-5 SN: 117003833 AND INSTALLED NEW UNIT PN: 9919040-22 SN: 202200000007149. REMOVED DAMAGED DROPPED AISLE LIGHT LED LIGHT ASSEMBLY PN: 9919040-14 SN: 126003757 AND INSTALLED NEW UNIT PN: 9919040-31 SN: 202200000033818. OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE DROPPED AISLE AND THRESHOLD LIGHTING GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE IAW CE560XL AMM 33-20-04.
MAIN DOOR: TAKING OFF WE HAD A DOOR OPEN AND DOOR SEAL LIGHT WITH MASTER CAUTION AND LOUD WIND NOISE. DID AN EMERGENCY RETURN TO THE FIELD. ON TOUCHDOWN THE DOOR CAME OPEN. ON STOPPING WE WERE ABLE TO SECURE THE DOOR FOR TAXI BUT IT WOULD NOT LOCK. THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE AT THAT POINT. WERE ABLE TO EXIT THROUGH THE EMERGENCY EXIT AND MANIPULATED THE OUTSIDE LATCH AND PARTNER INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT WAS ABLE TO GET THE DOOR TO OPEN. THE DOOR SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO BOTH SUPPORT STRUTS. ONE DETACHED FROM THE MOUNT ON THE AIRCRAFT, THE OTHER HAS A CRACK AT THE ATTACHMENT POINT ON THE DOOR. //SIGNOFF// REMOVED MED STEPS AND RELEASED TENSION ON BOTH COUNTERBALANCE CABLES. REMOVED CABLES AND DOOR CLOSEOUTS TO INSPECT. FOUND SEVERE CRACKS IN THREE LOCATIONS. REMOVED L/H PSU AND INTERIOR DOOR TRIM. REMOVED AFT DOOR HANDLE AND FORWARD RETRACT HANDLE. DISCONNECTED SPADE DOOR AND REMOVED MED. DONE JAW CESSNA 560XLMM 52-10-00. MAIN CABIN DOOR ASSEMBLY REMOVED WAS PIN 6511352-L SIN 5575. BEGAN DISASSEMBLY OF DOOR STRUCTURE TO EVALUATE AREAS OF DAMAGE. INSTALLED THE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED DOOR ASSEMBLY PART NUMBER 661 I 352-L, SERIAL NUMBER 5706 AT THE DOOR FRAME HINGES. ASSEMBLED THE FWD AND AFT DOOR SUPPORT ASSEMBLY'S WITH NEW PART NUMBERS TUBES: 6211303-40, 6211303-41, 6211303-42, 6211303-43 WITH TEFLON STRIPS 621]303-35, 6211303-36, 6211303-52, 6211303-53, AND PINS 6211303-38. ATTACHED THE DOOR SUPPORT ASSEMBLY TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED DOOR WITH NEW ATTACH FITTINGS PART NUMBERS 6211280-18 AND 6211280-20 WITH NEW ROD ENDS PA11 NUMBER 6211303-34, NUTS PART NUMBER AN3 J6-6R, AND PINS 6211280-27. REINSTALLED THE AFT DOOR HANDLE AND FORWARD RETRACT HANDLE AND CONNECTED THE UPPER DOOR SUPPORT TUBE IN POSITION TO LOCATE AND DRILL THE MOUNTING RIVETS HOLE. INSTALLED THE MOUNTING RIVETS AT THE FWD AND AFT UPPER DOOR SUPPORT TUBES AND BOTH NEED BUCKED. CONNECTED THE OVER CENTER LINK TO THE FWD CABIN DOOR HANDLE. THE OVER CENTER LINK AND BOTH FWD AND AFT, INCLUDING THE STOP FITTINGS NEED COMPLETED RIG OF THE CABIN DOOR LOCK PIN SOCKETS. MAIN CABIN DOOR OPS CHECKS GOOD. BEGAN RIGGING PUSH RODS FOR SPADE DOOR. ADJUSTED SPADE DOOR AND VERIFIED CLEARANCE OF LATCH .HOOK !AW CE 560XL MM 52-10-05 OPERATED DOOR AND VERIFIED WARNING LIGHTS AND SEAL OPERATION. NEED .OK TO CLOSE DOOR STEPS AND INTERIOR TRIM. PRESSURIZED CABIN TO MAX DIFFERENTIAL PRIMARY· DOOR SEAL. LEAK CHECK GOOD. VERIFIED MAIN CABIN DOOR INSTALLATION, CABLE TENSIONS, SPADE DOOR ADJUSTMENTS AND. LEFT ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE CORRODED OUT OF LIMITS. FOUND DURING COMPLETE PAINT PROCESS. REMOVED TORQUE TUBE, PN UNKNOWN, FROM LT ELEVATOR PN 6634200-9, SN 0000106 DUE TO LEVEL 2 CORROSION. INSTALLED NEW TORQUE TUBE PN 6634002-15 IAW SRM 51-40-03, 51-40-04, 51-40-05, 51-40-06, 55-20-01 & MM 20-32-00. THIS IS CONSIDERED A MAJOR REPAIR. SEE WO YMMHB SQUAWK 2 , 1 FOR ELEVATOR BALANCE.

TROUBLESHOOT SYS TO AN INOPERATIVE NR 1 INTEGRATED AVIONICS COMPUTER. REMOVED NR 1 INTEGRATED AVIONICS COMPUTER, REPAIRED, AND INSTALLED. . RE INSTALLED FMS DATABASE TO CYCLE 12-2014. OPS CHECKED GOOD ON GROUND. WORK DONE IAW MM 34-25-02.
AT FL230 SAT WAS -30C. NOTICED SPARKS AT THE TOP RT PORTION OF PILOT SIDE WINDSHIELD AND WITHIN 5 SECONDS THE WINDSHIELD COMPLETELY SHATTERED, "WINDSHIELD FAIL R" ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED SIMULTANEOUSLY. TROUBLESHOT & FOUND PILOTS WINDSHIELD HEATING ELEMENTS TO BE AT FAULT. R & R PILOTS WINDSHIELD IAW 30-41-00. OPS CHECK & LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE IAW MM CHAP 30-41-00.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, THE MASTER CAUTION AND ANTI SKID LIGHT CAME ON. AFTER SHUTDOWN, NOTICED THE RT TRANSDUCER FLAG IN THE LT NOSE COMPARTMENT WAS SHOWING WHITE. R&R RT TRANSDUCER, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM 32-42-07.
DURING T/O ROLL, RT N1 ROLLED BACK FROM 90.8 (T/O PWR SETTING) TO 80 PERCENT N1. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOU TORQUE MOTOR BASE GASKET IAW MM 75-30-01 C/W RUNS ALL CHECKS GOOD LEAK CHECKS GOOD. DOWN LOADED EFC AND NOTED NO TR FAULTS. FOUND FAULT FI09 AND ALSO FOUND TORQUE MOTOR GASKET BLOWN OUT, CONTACTED MFG, THEY SUSPECT GASKET CAUSED ROLL BACK. POWERS CHECKED GOOD IN AUTO AND MANUAL.
THE CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED WHILE PASSING FL190. 10-29-07 ADJUSTED DOOR HANDLE SWITCH AND LUBED DOOR PINS. IAW CE-560XL M.M. 52-10-01. OP'S CHECK NUMEROUS TIMES. OP'S CK GOOD.
DURING GEAR RETRACTION THE 3 GREEN LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED WHILE THE RED UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. - JACKED ACFT, ADJUST UP-LOCK, SWITCH ON NOSE GEAR, SWING GEAR MULTIPLE TIMES. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CE560XL 32-01-00.
FOUND THE STATIC SYSTEM DRAIN VALVE POPPET RETAING RING COMING LOOSE FROM VALVE BASE.
LT AND RT BRAKES ARE CATCHING AND GRABBING ON BRAKE APPLICATION. LOUD CHATTERING CAN BE HEARD AND THE GRABBING SHAKES THE PLANE. BRAKE WEAR PINS SHOW AMPLE BRAKE WEAR AVAILABLE. BLED LT AND RT BRAKE SYSTEM IAW CE 560XLS MM CHP 32-44-00. TAXI CHECKED GOOD.
