NR 2 AHRS FAIL. DURING CRUISE, RIGHT SIDE PFD HAD A MOMENTARY RED X AND THEN POPULATED NORMALLY AGAIN. SHORTLY AFTER BOTH ON ATT/HDG1 AMBER PFD CASS MESSAGES DISPLAYED, ALONG WITH WHITE ROL/PIT MESSAGES. AUTOPILOT AND YAW DAMP KICKED OFF AND DIDNT REENGAGE. RESET AHRS. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 34-20-00
WHILE WORKING TO INSTALL THE LH WING AILERON ON AOG AIRCRAFT N649QS, SOMEHOW THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS IT MANAGED TO SLIP AND DAMAGE THE LH AILERON OUTBOARD HINGE OPENING ON THE TOP SIDE. IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A CRACK AND THE DAMAGED AREA AROUND THE CRACK IS DENTED. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POSSIBLE SOLUTION. PERFORMED REPAIR OF LH AILERON CRACK PRESENT AT OUTBOARD HINGE OPENING IAW AQRD ERO-985617 REV IR DATED 07/10/2025.
ENG CNTRL FAULT L AMBER CAS: ON CLIMB OUT THE AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED PASSING THROUGH 38500 FEET, FOLLOWED BY A AMBER WOW MISCOMPARE. AT APPROXIMATELY 39700 FEET THE A/I STAB HOT AMBER CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. QRH PROCEDURE COMPLETED AND THE ENG CONTROL FAULT L AMBER CAS REMAINED ILLUMINATED AS WELL AS THE WOW MISCOMPARE CAS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: LH MLG WOW SWITCH SHIFTED TO GND WHILE IN AIR. PERFORMED GVI OF LH MLG AND WHEEL WELL AREA, NO DEFECTS FOUND. SWITCH ON ORDER. ONCE SQUAT SWITCH ARRIVED. PERFORMED REPLACEMENT OF THE LH SQUAT SWITCH WITH A NEW SWITCH I.A.W CE 680A 32-60-05. UNABLE TO PERFORM ADJUSTMENT AND OPS CHECK DUE TO AIRFIELD HAVING NO HANGER SPACE TO PERFORMED JACKING. NJ TO FERRY AIRCRAFT TO LOCATION ABLE TO PERFORM OPS CHECKS. SWITCH P/N OFF S3176-1 SWITCH P/N ON S3176-1 WITH 8130 FROM TEXTRON AVIATION CRS#PC4 ON WO: 6218664 DATED 02/MAY/2025 C/W CE-680A AMM 32-60-05 PARAGRAGH 6 AND 7 MLG GEAR SQUAT SWITCH POST MX CHECKS AND OPS CHECKS ARE GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.

MAIN DOOR HANDLE DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. INSPECTED DOOR HANDLE TO VERIFY SQUAWK. INFORMED MAINTENANCE CONTROL THAT WE BELIEVED THE DOOR HANDLE WAS BENT AND WOULD WAIT TILL THE NEXT MORNING TO DISSEMBLE THE DOOR. PICTURES OF PADDLE HANDLE AND SENT INTO MCC. THEY STATED THAT THE PADDLE HANDLE HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED TO LOOK FUITHER FOR ANOTHER ISSUE. COULD NOT FIND ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THE PADDLE HANDLE. DISASSEMBLED MAIN ENTERY DOOR TO GAIN ACCESS TO PADDLE HANDLE. REMOVED PADDLE HANDLE FROM MAIN ENTRY DOOR. PICTURES SENT TO MCC. 4/22 WAS SENT ENGINEERING DRAWINGS OF PADDLE HANDLE AND ASKED TO COMPARE TO PADDLE HANDLE. REMOVED. SENT PICTURES OF MEASUREMENTS OF PADDLE HANDLE AS COMPARED TO ENGINEERING DRAWING. THE PADDLE HANDLE WAS BENT. MCC INITIATED AN AQRD. RECEIVED AQRD DRAFT. SET UP FOR THE PADDLE HANDLE TO BE COLD WORKED AND NDT. 4/23 TRAVELED TO SHOP AND HAD PADDLE: HANDLE COLD WORKED PER RFTS-113729 REV.0 COMPLIED WITH A HIGH-FREQUENCY EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION ON THE CABIN DOOR PUSH PADDLE ON THE DISCREPANT AREA POST-COLD WORK REPAIR PER RFTS-113729,REV.0 ENGINEERING RESPONSE STEP 6. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. REINSTALLED PADDLE HANDLE: OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD REF CESSNA 680A AMM 52-10-15.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: FLOOR LIGHS AT SEAT 5&8, OVERHEAD LIGHT AT SEAT 7 AND RIGHT OVER WING LIGHT INOP //SIGNOFF// REMOVED AND REPLACED #2 EMER BATTERY PACK IN ACCORDANCE WITH CE680A AMM 33-50-06. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE EMER LIGHTING SYSTEM. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER CLOSING THE CABIN DOOR ON THE GROUND JUST PRIOR TO ENGINE START, THE "OPEN DOOR" LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED ADJACENT TO THE DOOR HANDLE AND WE GOT AN AMBER "CABIN DOOR" CAS MESSAGE. GROUND PERSONNEL CONFIRMED THE DOOR HANDLE WAS OPEN ON THE EXTERIOR AND WE CAPTURED A PHOTO WITH THE HANDLE REMAINING APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH OPEN WITH THE DOOR SHUT FROM THE INSIDE. INSPECTED AND NOTED THAT THE CABIN DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE HINGE WAS DIRTY AND DRIED RESTRICTING FULL TRAVEL TO CLOSE FLASH. CLEANED AND LUBED HING, ALSO CLEANED AND LUBED ALL DOOR PINS. C/W SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS IAW CE-680 A AMM CHAPTER 52-10-00 AND CHECKED GOOD. NO CAS MESSAGES DISPLAYED AND NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
LEFT MLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION: AFTER TAKEOFF THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS STUCK IN THE DOWN POSITION. SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE WOW MISCOMPARE MESSAGE DISPLAYED. THIS CAS MESSAGE REMAINED ILLUMINATED UNTIL AFTER LANDING. THE FLIGHT GROUND OPERATIONS PRIOR TO INITIAL TAKEOFF WERE IN HEAVY WINTER WEATHER WITH SUB FREEZING TEMPS AND BLOWING SNOW. INSPECTED NLG SQUAT SWITCH HARNESS AND FOUND WIRE BROKE. ALSO THE TAXI LIGHT WIRE HARNESS SHOWS SIGNS OF CHAFING. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NLG WIRE HARNESS. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NLG SQUAT SWITCH HARNESS IAW 32-60-10.
RH AGB AFT SIDE HAS CORROSION ON OIL LINE MOUNTING PAD JUST INBOARD OF HYDRAULIC FAN.
AFT SIDE OF LH AGB OUT BOARD SIDE HAS TWO OIL LINE MOUNTING PADS WITH CORROSION.
CABIN DOOR OPEN AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED - MAIN CABIN DOOR OPEN MESSAGE WITH CORRESPONDING CHECK DOORS MESSAGE. DOOR OPEN LIGHT ON THE DOOR WILL NOT EXTINGUISH. INTERIOR HANDLE CAN BE PULLED UP WITHOUT PRESSING THE RED BUTTON ON HANDLE. REMOVED THE UNSERVICEABLE NC105 CED MONITOR PCB (P/N: 7468101-17 S/N: 0154 ) AND INSTALLED A NEW SERVICEABLE NC105 CED MONITOR PCB (P/N: 7468101-17 S/N:0342 ). ACCOMPLISHED FOLLOW ON CHECKS AS REQUIRED WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. COMPLETED MULTIPLE OPERATIONS OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. ALL MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED IAWCE-680A AMM CH. 52-00-00, 24-60-40, CE-680A WDM CH. 52-10-01.
