AFTER TAKEOFF FROM LEB, WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED UP, BOTH MAIN GEAR RETRACTED UP AND LOCKED INTO POSITION. THE NOSE GEAR RETRACTED UP BUT DID NOT LOCK UP AND ALL GEAR DOORS REMAINED OPEN. THE CREW SELECTED GEAR DOWN AND ALL GEAR EXTENDED DOWN AND LOCKED INTO POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO LEB AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND NOSE GEAR RETRACT ACTUATOR HAD INTERNAL HYDRAULIC LEAKAGE THAT PREVENTED THE NOSE GEAR FROM LOCKING UP. NOSE GEAR RETRACT ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

KCMH TO CMI: ON TAKEOFF ROLL THE MASTER WARNING ILLUMINATED "LEFT ENGINE OIL" ALONG WITH THE AURAL WARNING "ENGINE OIL" ACTIVATED. THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND AFTER THE LEFT ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN, OIL WAS SEEN LEAKING FROM THE LEFT ENGINE. MAINTENANCE FOUND ONE END OF THE OIL COOLER BYPASS LINE LOOSE. THE FITTING WAS TORQUED AND AREA CLEANED OF OIL. ENGINE WAS GROUND RUN AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS WITH NONE FOUND. ENGINE OIL QUANTITY SERVICED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

FLIGHT 17155 KFRG-KACY: AFTER TAKEOFF AND WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH 5000FT THE RIGHT ENGINE STARTED OSCILLATING WITH AN AIRCRAFT YAWING MOTION. THE RIGHT NP WAS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 97% AND 104% WITH THE ASSOCIATED ENGINE TORQUE FLUCTUATING 72% TO 84%. THE CREW ELECTED TO SHUT-DOWN THE RIGHT ENGINE AND RETURN TO KFRG WHERE THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE RAN THE ENGINE AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE RIGHT PROPELLER CONTROL UNIT (PCU) WAS REPLACED AS PRECAUTIONARY MAINTENANCE. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUND RUN AND TEST FLOWN WITH SYSTEM CHECKING NORMAL.

FLIGHT 15976 (MER) TO (GCN): WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH 11,000FT THE AUTO-PILOT ENGAGED WITHOUT THE CREW SELECTING THE SYSTEM ON. NEITHER CONTROL WHEEL A/P DISCONNECT SWITCH WOULD DISENGAGE THE AUTO-PILOT. THE FIRST OFFICER HAD TO HOLD DOWN THE DISCONNECT BUTTON CONTINUOUSLY ON THE AUTO-PILOT CONTROL PANEL APP-65A TO DEACTIVATE THE SYSTEM. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MER AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE APP-65A CONTROL PANEL WAS WET WITH WHAT APPEARED TO BE COFFEE. THE CONTROL PANEL WAS REPLACED, THE AIRCRAFT TEST FLOWN WITH THE SYSTEM CHECKING GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

SHORTY AFTER TAKEOFF FROM ACY; WITH LANDING GEAR AND FLAPS UP, CREW RECEIVED A SINGLE CHIME AURAL WARNING WITH THE HYD LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE MAP. THE HYDRAULIC LOW LEVEL WARNING LIGHT ON THE HYDRAULIC PANEL FOR THE GREEN SYSTEM WAS ALSO ILLUMINATED. THE LANDING GEAR WAS IMMEDIATELY SELECTED DOWN WHICH EXTENDED AND LOCKED DOWN. THE CREW FOLLOWED PROCEDURES AND RETURNED TO ACY WHERE A FLAPS UP LANDING WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT NACELLE FLAP ACTUATOR PRESSURE RETURN LINE HAS CRACKED DEPLETING THE GREEN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF FLUID. THE LINE WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM SERVICED WITH FLUID. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE AHRS WAS REPLACED AND SYSTEM TESTED NORMAL. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
